  A Disney Monorail Crash in Orlando, FL took the life of a Disney World employee. According to Disney World officials, the monorail driver died after his train rear-ended another train. The driver has been identified as Austin Wuennenberg, who is believed to be a student at Stetson University.

The Disney Monorail accident took place at around 2 am EDT o the morning of July 5. The other driver suffered minor injuries. Two Disney World employees and six guests who were riding as passengers were unharmed.

The Disney monorail crash happened near the Disney World parking lot as guests were leaving the park following a July 4th fireworks show.

 The incident was the first fatal accident in the Disney monorail in its 38-year history.
