Do the Mussolini in Sabaudia...Beaches and Architecture from the Fascist Era

I do not recall being taught in my history classes about the new towns built in Italy during the fascist era.

One of them was Sabaudia which I discovered thanks to Sun, Sand and Mussolini (by Elizabeth Rosenthal) on Globespotters.
The city was inaugurated in April 1934.
As for the beaches, the writer suggests Saporetti as the best one.
