Does not America have advisors?

It seems that America is fastening its death. It also seems that America has no whole hearted advisor. Due to its military training with South Korea, China is exercising both its air and ground military forces capability. This is a very high potential risk for America as China is growing fast and placing itself second in economic capability. Does not America have any one advising itself for uncertainties it may face? Why America trigger dangers for itself? It was high time for America to promote collaborative, liberal and interdependence diplomacy with the world than trigger risks for itself. The world is long unhappy with America since the down of the cold war. Instead of running to be police of the world, it should have stopped for a while and think on the worst and best scenarios. It is true that the world seems silent while observing USA acting as the world’s police force. But silence implies danger. Let me tell you a story king Minnelik II of Ethiopia said in the 1800s. Mennelik II levied a tax on Ethiopian people which was higher than before. He asked his securities what the people say about the tax. The security people told him that the people are shouting against the tax levied. Mennelik II kept silent. Again he levied even a higher tax after one year. He asked his security people about what the public say on the new tax levy. They told him that the public is shouting more than before against the new tax levy. Mennelik II kept silent again. The third time, Mennelik II levied even more higher tax than the first and the second on the third year, He asked his security people what the public say on the third tax levy. They told him that now the public is silent. This time, Mennelik II said, now there is danger.
