The reality of domestic torture delivered by ideologically-driven, cold-hearted agents of government and their vigilante citizen operatives is finally gaining public exposure by way of first-hand accounts -- including that of this correspondent, a mainstream journalist who has been "community stalked" and tortured by means of silent, potentially deadly radiation weaponry for nearly five years.

The "gang stalking" moniker trivializes what is an extensive, multi-level government campaign of extrajudicial targeting and punishment that victims say extends into Canada, the United Kingdom and other industrialized nations.

After six months of reporting in this space, the first crack in an official wall of silence regarding the wholesale deployment of radiation weapons came on Christmas Eve, 2008 -- and went largely unnoticed by the mainstream media.

The magazine New Scientist reported: "The research arm of the U.S. Department of Justice is working on two portable non-lethal weapons that inflict pain from a distance using beams of laser light or microwaves, with the intention of putting them into the hands of police to subdue suspects."

A recent article on the Wired.com magazine "Danger Room" blog site discusses a court document said to indicate that the U.S. Secret Service is involved in the development of directed energy weapons technology. The article speculates that the agency may have deployed such devices in the course of its official duties.

In fact, say victims of government-inspired extrajudicial punishment, these "directed energy weapons," or "D.E.W.," have been covertly used as a weapon of harassment, torture, and infliction of pain and physical and mental incapacitation for years -- with the number of anecdotal reports surging in the wake of 9/11 and the advent of the "war on terror."

Official confirmation of radiation weapons deployment comes despite a substantial body of medical research which indicates that human exposure to microwave radiation can cause strokes, aneurysms, cancer, eye damage and degraded vision, and can induce symptoms that mimic serious brain ailments such as Alzheimer's Disease and schizophrenia. The science indicates that prolonged or intense exposure can induce cognitive impairment resulting in mental incapacitation and physical impairment, even death.

The "targets" of extrajudicial targeting and punishment apparently are not limited to "terrorists" or drug traffickers. They are said to include individuals who have been labeled by persons in positions of authority as "dissidents," "radicals," "whistle-blowers" or undesirables, perhaps due to their lifestyles, their ethnic heritage, or their religious or political beliefs.

Many find themselves slandered and unjustly accused of wrongdoing. Typically, they are not charged with any violation of the law -- yet they are condemned nonetheless to a lifetime sentence of being "community stalked" by citizen vigilantes, over-reaching uniformed officers, or undercover agents.

Some victims who are charged with crimes typically maintain that they were framed -- set up with fabricated or planted "evidence" or entrapped. Journalists are among targeted classes; but many don't realize they are subject to pervasive surveillance, physical harassment and career sabotage until they are already ruined, professionally and personally.

These targeted persons -- and their families -- are subject to relentless harassment and psychological intimidation, including surreptitious entry into their homes and vandalism of their property. Electronic surveillance devices are secreted in the homes and vehicles of the targets, including covertly implanted GPS tracking units. Surveillance data about their whereabouts and personal daily routines funneled to "community stalkers" who are recruited under the cover of government-funded community policing, town watch, and business-related anti-terrorism programs, even fire and rescue squads. Members of retired officers' and fraternal organizations also are said to participate in community stalking. The operations of these civilian vigilantes appear to be overseen by agents of government, ranging from local police personnel to federal intelligence and security agents under whose direction these programs have been institutionalized.

Under the guise of performing "surveillance," the "targets" are subject to electromagnetic radiation of various forms -- ranging from microwaves, lasers, sound waves, perhaps even particle beams, X-rays and gamma rays. The government publicly claims that these "directed energy weapons," or "D.E.W.", are still in the experimental stage, or that working equipment is large and bulky, such as the Army's recent demonstration of a microwave weapon tagged with an innocuous-sounding sobriquet, the "Active Denial System." The government describes these radiation weapons as "non-lethal" -- despite the scientifically proven fact that, depending on the dosage of radiated energy delivered, these instruments can stun, maim, burn, cause strokes or aneurysms, induce illness such as cancer, or kill.

These D.E.W. are being widely deployed, as noted in an article in the April 2008 FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin. The article discusses the potential adverse health effects of D.E.W. fire. The article also states that law enforcement personnel themselves may fall victim to these adverse effects, should criminals or terrorists obtain D.E.W.

What the article does not state is that victims of "community stalking" have complained for several years that they are being tortured by painful D.E.W. radiation attacks, and that their health has been degraded by the cumulative effects of exposure to silent and potentially lethal beams of radiated energy.

These weapons share a characteristic that explains why few people outside of law enforcement are aware of their widespread deployment and usage: The radiation energy the weapons emit is silent and invisible, making possible "the perfect crime" -- the covert application of potentially lethal force.

Victims of D.E.W. attack have tried to appeal to law enforcement for justice, but to no avail. Indeed, that's part of the "M.O." -- when victims complain, they are routinely written off as delusional or mentally ill. Victims say that health care workers also cooperate in this persecution. Targeted persons may even be subject to attempts to commit them to psychiatric facilities, a means of accomplishing the underlying goal of extrajudicial targeting and punishment -- the removal of "targeted individuals" (and by extension, their families) from mainstream society.

Victims of extrajudicial targeting also charge that their family finances are sabotaged and ultimately expropriated by secret government programs ostensibly implemented to disrupt the financial dealings of terrorists and drug traffickers. In effect, they say, they are victimized by a parallel system of transaction processing sold to lawmakers as a necessary component of the "war on terror" -- not as an ideologically-motivated tool of social control and political repression.

There is no rational or moral defense for this horrific domestic torture -- what could be termed a campaign of "slow genocide" -- which is happening right now in cities and towns across America. The "targets" typically pose no danger to society. They are victims of a political system that has institutionalized -- and has attempted to legalize -- extrajudicial punishment. The "war on terror" is the pretext that has been employed to effect a wholesale bypass of the judicial system, and of constitutionally protected rights.

This is the transformation of American democracy into a fascist police state -- an American Gestapo, a frontal assault on our constitutionally guaranteed civil rights and liberties.

When the pervasiveness of this officially sanctioned and funded domestic terrorism and torture is confirmed by "official sources" -- in recent times, the only sources that much of the mainstream media consider sufficiently credible -- any excuses for the excesses that heretofore have come to light will be exposed as evil sophistry.

URGENT TO MY READERS:

Last night, in the wake of making the posts above and related posts to recent articles I have written, the radiation attacks on me intensified. I was struck at the base of my neck, causing instant extreme pain. Also, my head felt like it was burning up, and the skin on my hands literally turned a reddish pink as I typed. And my computer slowed to a crawl, as it is doing at this very moment. My vision also was noticeably degraded. My already weak vision in dim light turned to nearly night blindness. Faintly visible light had a magenta-like tinge -- much like over-exposed photographic film.

It appears to me that radiation emitting devices have been secreted in my house, or that "directed energy weapons" (DEW) capable of through-the-wall penetration (as has been verified in official literature about these weapons) is being directed at me from outside by house, perhaps from adjacent properties.

I place the credibility of 35+ years as a journalist on the line in making these statements. Those who have deployed these radiation weapons in communities across America know I am speaking the truth.

Just this last week, on Christmas eve, an article in "New Scientist" (newscientist.com) confirmed from official sources that "pain ray" weapons are nearing readiness for deployment to local law enforcement. (Interesting timing, given the recent stories here.)

That is disinformation which contains the essential kernel of truth. Such weaponry exists, is already is out there, and it's been deployed covertly to operatives (if not sworn officers, perhaps civilians, citizen vigilantes, or "contractors") who are using these radiation "pain rays" to torture, impose "control," and otherwise degrade the lives and the health of their officially-designated "targets" -- a SLOW KILL operation. Death squads in America.

The fact that this torture increased in intensity as I am publishing these articles to a broadening global audience demonstrates to me just how brazen these human rights abusers have become. The forces committing these heinous acts truly believe they are above the laws of man and God. This is the face of American fascism. It must be stopped. Now. Before more people suffer; before more people die; before our economy plunges deep into a Depression partly brought about by extrajudicial targeting and punishment of untold thousands of Americans who are being denied their constitutional and human rights.

This cannot stand. The good people on the inside must act. Now.

IMPORTANT ADDENDUM:

Today I received more than 80 emails, purportedly from Politico.com, stating that more than 80 posts I have made to the site over the past few months have been deleted "due to inappropriate content."

Then I checked Google. The links to those Politico.com posts apparently were deleted as well.

Then I tried to log onto Politico.com. I received a message that my account has been "deactivated."

All this happened since last night.

What powerful message are the forces of censorship attempting to keep from the American people? I am being silenced.

Now long before even this channel of communications is removed from public view? I believe the "comments" section already is being unconstitutionally "filtered" by third-party censors.

If any constitutional lawyers and/or civil liberties advocates are reading this: Please file on my behalf and on others similarly affected a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against the government agencies who have the power to effect this apparent unconstitutional censorship and invasion of privacy. Perhaps in the discovery process, we can determine who bears responsibility for this descent into authoritarian fascism.

Please send an undercover agent into the Kutz Home for the elderly in Wilmington, DE to determine if organized community gang stalkers who may be closet bigots with a radical ideological agenda have infiltrated the staff (possibly with the knowledge of other agencies), possibly delivering substandard care and inflicting psychological or even physical harassment upon residents, possibly including radiation weapons/devices assault.

Don, the computer interference cannot stand. The very fact that's it's applied on a sadistic, ad hoc basis, with no real consistency, is prima facia evidence that it cannot be squared with the Constitution. Aside from the 1st and 4th Amendment issues, there's a clear violation of the equal protection clause. This is a rogue operation, with multiple agency complicity.

Yesterday, I received email notice that more than 20 of my posts to Politico.com over the past few months were DELETED from the site, along with the Google links

The emails purportedly were from Politico -- and stated that the posts were removed "due to inappropriate content," despite the fact that many had been on the site for months, and that there was nothing remotely inappropriate about them.

My conclusion: Either Politico was pressured into removing my posts -- or a third party hacking entity with an ideological agenda is imposing prior restraint and censorship on political web sites.

And here's the kicker:.. my access account to Politico.com has been SUSPENDED -- meaning that I am blocked from the site.

Am awaiting a return call from John Harris to see whether this was Politico's doing... whether Politico was pressured or ordered to do it (or whether he is prohibited by the Patriot Act from saying so)... or whether a third-party hacking entity is interfering with free speech in America.

Perhaps during the discovery phase of a class action lawsuit, we will learn the truth of what's happening to "free" speech in America.

There is no justification for even surveillance in most cases, let alone sadistically applied interference and tampering. My computer has slowed to a crawl, with each letter appearing on the screen in slow motion. The presentation, as it arrived at my computer, was missing captions on more than a few frames. It appears that it may have been censored.

The captions single out the FBI, when in fact it is apparent that rogue actors in multiple agencies (including local authorities) are involved in abuses of power and infringement of constitutional rights.

My multiple personal contacts with the FBI over the past couple of years indicate to me that good people on the inside believe in their sworn oath to uphold the constitution. The radiation assaults that incapacitated me for more than three years (and continue to this hour) did not begin to decrease in intensity until my visits to the FBI. Also, the poisoning of our food and water happened less frequently after FBI Philly HQ became aware of what is happening in their territory. (Again, certain atrocities, such as radiation device/weapon attacks, have continued, and continue to degrade my life and the health of my immediate family. That the assaults continue, but at reduced levels, could indicate the FBI does not have unilateral control over the methods and tactics being inflicted on American citizens. Or it could mean that the monsters running the show think a little less torture makes it right.

I don't know if the intensity level deceased due to direct FBI intervention, or because other agencies calling the shots knew of my visits, and ordered that the "rheostat" be turned down. I only know what I know. And I know that if I had not gone to the FBI multiple times to plead my case, I would be totally incapacitated, or dead, by now.

So I wonder aloud whether this slide show is not intended to shift the primary blame on the only federal agency that provided a mechanism to allow me to relate my account several times. To my knowledge, the Dept. of Justice civil rights investigation I begged for was not opened -- to my knowledge. But I have reason to believe that my account did NOT fall upon deaf ears.

We shall soon see.

Correction:

It is a "worse" evil and here's why. The United States government fought the Nazi's in Germany and "have taken" the "data" for the experiments from the Nazi death camps in developing this system of torture. Moreover, the United States having fought the Nazi's and exposed their evil "knows" better.

With respect to finding a law firm, it needs to be one that "understands" the methodologies, tactics and science to present the case in an understanding way to any potential jury.

Thanks, Don. Help make this issue viral -- especially the fact that the U.S. Department of Justice quietly confirmed to New Scientist on Christmas Eve that "pain beams" are being deployed to local police across America.

Even though it's clear such weapons have been deployed for some time (so the article is disinfo to that extent) this is the breakthrough confirmation that the mainstream media needs -- yet no one has picked up the story about radiation weapons in HomeLandTown USA. Also, linking their deployment with scientific studies linking this general type of microwave radiation to the induction of disease such as Alzheimer's and schizophrenia, as well as strokes and aneurysms (that latter category opens a huge Pandora's box).

TEN DAYS LEFT TO MITIGATE THE DAMAGES

It would not surprise me in the least if Mukasey, Gates and Mueller present a united front against more secretive elements within the government who may bear a more direct responsibility for the programs and methodology of domestic and international torture, unconstitutional surveillance and expropriation of wealth, and the operation of covert death squads that have targeted many innocent Americans for elimination via the "slow kill" of directed energy (radiation) weapons and devices.

Wouldn't it come as a shock if the "Fourth Reich" of the Bush years is taken down by some Bush appointees who have gotten religion in the face of possibly being charged themselves with crimes against humanity. It's called "mitigation of damages" and it is well underway, in my humble opinion. Just a hunch...

And despite the brown-shirt legions of the community gang-stalkers, I believe the armed forces are solid behind the Constitution... with the exception of those generals and military/civilian intel/weapons developers and "Dr. Strangelove" social engineers who will be left slowly, slowly twisting in the wind, to be handed up as the rogue scoundrels who found a way to do all this without the complicity of the higher-ups... does anyone think that will sell?

My account is just one sad anecdote in a horror story that goes back decades, and has been exposed only because these evils became so commonplace during the Bush "reign of terror." Had they limited the "kill" they might have gotten away with it.

But the jig is up now... Too many good people are chomping at the bit to tell all -- not to this lone blogger, but to the most powerful and influential world media. I've just laid out the hors d'ouevres. There's no way to contain this now. The mantra is: Cut your losses.

Not that the "doers" will take my advice... but I will repeat it:

Cease and desist.

Stop the torture.

Tell your accusers you had to work "undercover" 'til the bitter end...

...so as not to blow the "counter-op."

Cut your losses, quickly put on the good guy jerseys, and do the big 180 flip act.

The Fourth Reich is going down. No "9/11 Redux" will alter that fact. The die is cast. Get your farmland in Paraguay ready and head for the border.

And for the locals who had knowledge of the vandalism, the stalking, the menacing, the poisoning of food and water, the radiation and chemical assaults from nearby, the planting of radiation devices inside private homes, the pervasive infiltration of the health care system, with rogue "technicians" doing physical harm with hospital X-ray machines and hypodermic needles, doctors strong-armed into violating the Hippocratic Oath, the failure to investigate despite complaints from credible citizens.... well, flip now, or face the heavy metal thunder.

Tell all, and maybe you can spare your families from the shame and disgrace that is surely to come if you don't.

But the article makes it sound like this is the result of jilted boyfriends, etc., not an ideologically motivated nationwide network aimed at "culling the herd" of those considered by those in power to be somehow societally "undesirable," which is what is going on here.

One in one hundred standing up to 20 in one hundred ... they do have us outnumbered, don't they? Each of us (targeted individuals) must be strong like Solomon, even to keep breathing in the face of this.

Societally undesirable means whomever the sadistic mob wants to abuse at any given moment. A target's name was likely put into the database for "spitting on the street", (in some cases, literal meaning) or for no bloody real reason at all. It is mob lynching gone wild, and is spiraling out of control.

From my position at the bottom of the fish spear barrel, it is sometimes difficult to see what's happening down the street. (This, of course, is true of all targeted individuals). However; it's becoming clear by means of repetitive inductions, deductions and similar conclusions, that what is happening involves several tiers of operation.

There exists a core group of people, including a number of technocrats, who "run" the mobs, community groups, etc. They supply the technical device and service requirements, run the databases and other software, manage things, and make sure that the "lynching system" is always up to par.

Members of the public are solicited to participate with the "program". Everyone has a little sadists hidden away in the recesses of the darker part of their being, but it is stronger in some people than others, and the program directors seek out the people most willing to inflict pain on others without remorse, so as to minimize any witness against them in the future (by those who would show remorse, regret, etc)

Unfortunately, the directors find a lot of recruits. In my opinion, up to twenty percent of the population is currently engaged in the program, although some of them may not yet see the sadistic program for what it really is.

The whole thing is controlled by gps-located cellphones, and the automotive equivalent of same (That nifty little device that warns you of upcoming road hazards, if you are willing to allow your vehicle to be tracked in order to have the applicable service)

People in the "program", have one of these little devices, or just a cell phone (also outfitted with real-time tracking), so the that lynching system's database (on the back end) has real-time location entries for every cellphone and automotive device in the "program".

On the targeted individuals end, he is being tracked, and is probably aware of this, but does not know how it is being accomplished. A bug is placed on a persons automobile if such a person has ever been placed in the system's database. The bug can be made to look like a chunk of rust, or a legitimate automotive component, and contains a battery that can last up to ten years (my speculation). It cannot be found by electronic means because the pulse it emits is too short. In the blind, no spectrum analyzer will ever find it for this reason.

As the target moves around the streets, the system's database has location entries for both the targeted individual and for all of the "program members" who might be in close proximity.

That, of course, is the beauty of their system, in that it is not necessary for them to "send cars" to harass and to chase targets around town ... there are so many "program members", that one or more is always within striking distance. This is why targets sometimes feel like they are being "swarmed". It's likely not even planned to create a swarm, but just happens that many "program members" happen to be in the area at that particular time.

It is this aspect of mobile computing power that makes this author curse the day the computer was born. It was inevitable that computing technology would ultimately be uses by mankind to destroy mankind. Think about what Hitler could have accomplished with this technology. You're not telling me anything I didn't already know.

But the importance of your post is to reinforce the point to elements of LAW ENFORCEMENT or the judicial system:

... that a rogue vigilante network is using high-tech communications -- apparently LINKED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT NETWORKS -- to target, harass and violate the civil rights of THOUSANDS of Americans nationwide...

... a network that on its face ENDANGERS THE ENTIRE PUBLIC because these automaton cretins see the "target" on their GPS and immediately SWARM toward the "target" -- many of them speeding, tailgating, flashing slights, sounding sirens.

The evidence is strong that LAW ENFORCEMENT -- FROM THE FEDS ON DOWN -- KNOWS about this. And instead of rounding up these vigilantes, they apparently let them operate -- violating the civil rights of their targets and endangering public safety.

Your post serves as AN INDICTMENT OF THE SYSTEM. A deputy district attorney in my jurisdiction questioned how such a widespread "conspiracy" could exist.

The ability to inflict pain on people from a distance has been available for quite some time. Its sad that American citizens are being tortured with these devices. Its been my experience that a corner reflector can bounce a signal back to its source. Wikipedia has a nice explanation of how corner reflectors work. A free template for a corner reflector can be found at freeantennas.com/Ez-10. A simple version can be constructed for less than ten dollars out of mirrored tiles available at your local big box store. Take two mirrored tiles shiny side facing inward and form a right angle then place one tile underneath and tape together with foil tape. This can be set in the corner of a cardboard box to reinforce it. Alunimum sheeting from the heating and cooling department can also be used to construct the corner reflector on the website. If your being stalked by cars pull the tag numbers at www.data-trac.com. Always keep a digital camera with audio and video and record the harassment. Keep a detailed record.

Hello and thanks for the info.

Concerning your first point relating to the use of reflectors, I don't think, really, that I am so athletic such that I could use them in most cases. :-)

(Still, it's always good to consider the options).

With reference to your second suggestion ... it sounds like a very good idea. Since we are the fish at the bottom of the spear barrel, it's a little tough to be sure about anything going on down the street, yet there are a few things that we can be pretty sure about ... and the bogus license plate game is one of those things.

Most "group stalkers" know what they are doing is wrong, and the use of bogus tags makes them feel less vulnerable. Many "group stalkers" spray their real, registered tags with a film similar to the dark automotive window film that is normally used to obscure vehicle occupants. Unless you are very , very, close, to these tags, you cannot see the identifier on these coated plates.

While it's true that much of what the "group stalkers" have been doing is wrong, and much of it is illegal, historically we have had a very tough time in terms of the accumulation of solid evidence to go to court with. I'm sure that during the thirties, innocent German citizens had the same problem with the "brown shirts".

Since running bogus tags is illegal, and in some states garners for the perpetrator some mandatory jail time, it's an area we should pursue rigorously. Yes, the tag crime is a somewhat juvenile level crime, but we'll take what we can get. Additionally, it brings in a state connection -- the bogus tags are real tags, made in a real state facility, but they simply are not registered to anyone. If at some future point in time, you present with a gazillion photographed, obviously state-manufactured bogus tags, it's gonna be hard to ignore.

The camera idea is great - as it locates a stalker in time and space, and such location, while not immediately useful, may be very effective towards incriminating harassers at a future point of time.

There exists a core group of people; including a number of technocrats, who "run" the mobs, community groups, etc. They supply the technical device and service requirements, run the databases and other software, manage things, and make sure that the "lynching system" is always up to par.

This would be the dark rooms @ NSA/SAIC and their backbone are the "fusion" centers throughout the United States.

With respect to some of the stated methodologies be mindful of "how" the technologies work. Don't forget that the said groups are @ the lower layer of this multiple layer torture matrix.

First where are these groups getting their intelligence insomuch as to when the target is driving, walking out of their house, meetings, mailing items and many other day to day activities?

For emphasis the lower level groups are just tools and don't have that kind of technical or real time intelligence capabilities. However, there "uplink" does. Know that a large part of this torture matrix uses and works with people. Most important is the technologies, methodologies and parallel processing of the major databases using their advance math algorithms that make it effective.

This has been and still is being done as to supply the torture matrix with data on everyone as to allow the torture matrix to build the mass math algorithms to control just not a few targets, but, hundreds of thousands; think hive mind control.

But the National Security Agency had access to all Americans' communications, faxes, phone calls, and their computer communications. And that doesn't -- it didn't matter whether you were in Kansas, you know, in the middle of the country, and you never made a communication -- foreign communications at all. They monitored all communications.

Tice also reveals how NSA officials lied to Congress and others in order to avoid oversight:

TICE: One of the things that could be done was you could take something that was part of the Department of Defense, make it part of the intelligence community, and put a caveat to that, and make that whatever the intelligence community is doing for support will ultimately be given a different caveat. So when the defense committees on the Hill come calling, you say, you can't look at that because that's an intelligence program.

OLBERMANN: Right.

TICE: But when the intelligence program comes calling, you say you can't look at that because it is a Department of Defense program.

OLBERMANN: Right.

TICE: So you basically have a little shell game that you are playing back and forth.

On Thursday, he returned to the airwaves with expanded allegations against the NSA, claiming the agency collected Americans' credit card records, and adding that he believes the massive, warrantless data vacuum to be the remnants of the Total Information Awareness program, shut down by Congress in 2003.

Asked for comment by Olbermann's staff, the agency responded, "NSA considers the constitutional rights of US citizens to be sacrosanct. The intelligence community faces immense challenges in protecting our nation. No matter the challenges, NSA remains dedicated to performing its mission under the rule of law."

Olbermann ran the quote under a banner which read, "Non-denial denial."

"As far as the wiretap information that made it though NSA, there was also data-mining that was involved," Tice told Olbermann during the pair's second interview. "At some point, information from credit card records and financial transactions was married in with that information."

At this point on the audio track, Olbermann can be heard taking a deep breath.

"So, lucky American citizens, tens of thousands of whom are now on digital databases at NSA, who have no idea of this, also have that information included in those digital files that have been warehoused," said Tice.

"... Do you have any idea what all this stuff was used for?" asked the stunned host.

"The obvious explanation would be, if you did have a potential terrorist, you'd want to know where they're spending money, whether they purchased an airline ticket, that sort of thing," said Tice. "But, once again, we're talking about tens of thousands of innocent US citizens that have been caught up into this trap. They have no clue.

GUESS WHO DOES HAVE A CLUE....TIs all over the world know what the NSA and SAIC are doing with the data. "THEY" are using the said date to build and maintain the torture matrix.
