The reality of domestic torture delivered by ideologically-driven, cold-hearted agents of government and their vigilante citizen operatives is finally gaining public exposure by way of first-hand accounts -- including that of this correspondent, a mainstream journalist who has been "community stalked" and tortured by means of silent, potentially deadly radiation weaponry for nearly five years.

In a matter of weeks, this correspondent believes, operatives who have been involved in the purposeful "dosing" of American citizens with various forms of pulsed radiation emitted from so-called "directed energy weapons" and devices will begin to come forward, confirming reports of what's been euphemistically labeled as "electronic harassment" by victims of so-called "community stalking" or "gang stalking."

The "gang stalking" moniker trivializes what is an extensive, multi-level government campaign of extrajudicial targeting and punishment that victims say extends into Canada, the United Kingdom and other industrialized nations.

After six months of reporting in this space, the first crack in an official wall of silence regarding the wholesale deployment of radiation weapons came on Christmas Eve, 2008 -- and went largely unnoticed by the mainstream media.

The magazine New Scientist reported: "The research arm of the U.S. Department of Justice is working on two portable non-lethal weapons that inflict pain from a distance using beams of laser light or microwaves, with the intention of putting them into the hands of police to subdue suspects."

A recent article on the Wired.com magazine "Danger Room" blog site discusses a court document said to indicate that the U.S. Secret Service is involved in the development of directed energy weapons technology. The article speculates that the agency may have deployed such devices in the course of its official duties.

In fact, say victims of government-inspired extrajudicial punishment, these "directed energy weapons," or "D.E.W.," have been covertly used as a weapon of harassment, torture, and infliction of pain and physical and mental incapacitation for years -- with the number of anecdotal reports surging in the wake of 9/11 and the advent of the "war on terror."

Official confirmation of radiation weapons deployment comes despite a substantial body of medical research which indicates that human exposure to microwave radiation can cause strokes, aneurysms, cancer, eye damage and degraded vision, and can induce symptoms that mimic serious brain ailments such as Alzheimer's Disease and schizophrenia. The science indicates that prolonged or intense exposure can induce cognitive impairment resulting in mental incapacitation and physical impairment, even death.

The "targets" of extrajudicial targeting and punishment apparently are not limited to "terrorists" or drug traffickers. They are said to include individuals who have been labeled by persons in positions of authority as "dissidents," "radicals," "whistle-blowers" or undesirables, perhaps due to their lifestyles, their ethnic heritage, or their religious or political beliefs.

Many find themselves slandered and unjustly accused of wrongdoing. Typically, they are not charged with any violation of the law -- yet they are condemned nonetheless to a lifetime sentence of being "community stalked" by citizen vigilantes, over-reaching uniformed officers, or undercover agents.

Some victims who are charged with crimes typically maintain that they were framed -- set up with fabricated or planted "evidence" or entrapped. Journalists are among targeted classes; but many don't realize they are subject to pervasive surveillance, physical harassment and career sabotage until they are already ruined, professionally and personally.

These targeted persons -- and their families -- are subject to relentless harassment and psychological intimidation, including surreptitious entry into their homes and vandalism of their property. Electronic surveillance devices are secreted in the homes and vehicles of the targets, including covertly implanted GPS tracking units. Surveillance data about their whereabouts and personal daily routines funneled to "community stalkers" who are recruited under the cover of government-funded community policing, town watch, and business-related anti-terrorism programs, even fire and rescue squads. Members of retired officers' and fraternal organizations also are said to participate in community stalking. The operations of these civilian vigilantes appear to be overseen by agents of government, ranging from local police personnel to federal intelligence and security agents under whose direction these programs have been institutionalized.

Under the guise of performing "surveillance," the "targets" are subject to electromagnetic radiation of various forms -- ranging from microwaves, lasers, sound waves, perhaps even particle beams, X-rays and gamma rays. The government publicly claims that these "directed energy weapons," or "D.E.W.", are still in the experimental stage, or that working equipment is large and bulky, such as the Army's recent demonstration of a microwave weapon tagged with an innocuous-sounding sobriquet, the "Active Denial System." The government describes these radiation weapons as "non-lethal" -- despite the scientifically proven fact that, depending on the dosage of radiated energy delivered, these instruments can stun, maim, burn, cause strokes or aneurysms, induce illness such as cancer, or kill.

These D.E.W. are being widely deployed, as noted in an article in the April 2008 FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin. The article discusses the potential adverse health effects of D.E.W. fire. The article also states that law enforcement personnel themselves may fall victim to these adverse effects, should criminals or terrorists obtain D.E.W.

What the article does not state is that victims of "community stalking" have complained for several years that they are being tortured by painful D.E.W. radiation attacks, and that their health has been degraded by the cumulative effects of exposure to silent and potentially lethal beams of radiated energy.

These weapons share a characteristic that explains why few people outside of law enforcement are aware of their widespread deployment and usage: The radiation energy the weapons emit is silent and invisible, making possible "the perfect crime" -- the covert application of potentially lethal force.

Victims of D.E.W. attack have tried to appeal to law enforcement for justice, but to no avail. Indeed, that's part of the "M.O." -- when victims complain, they are routinely written off as delusional or mentally ill. Victims say that health care workers also cooperate in this persecution. Targeted persons may even be subject to attempts to commit them to psychiatric facilities, a means of accomplishing the underlying goal of extrajudicial targeting and punishment -- the removal of "targeted individuals" (and by extension, their families) from mainstream society.

Victims of extrajudicial targeting also charge that their family finances are sabotaged and ultimately expropriated by secret government programs ostensibly implemented to disrupt the financial dealings of terrorists and drug traffickers. In effect, they say, they are victimized by a parallel system of transaction processing sold to lawmakers as a necessary component of the "war on terror" -- not as an ideologically-motivated tool of social control and political repression.

There is no rational or moral defense for this horrific domestic torture -- what could be termed a campaign of "slow genocide" -- which is happening right now in cities and towns across America. The "targets" typically pose no danger to society. They are victims of a political system that has institutionalized -- and has attempted to legalize -- extrajudicial punishment. The "war on terror" is the pretext that has been employed to effect a wholesale bypass of the judicial system, and of constitutionally protected rights.

This is the transformation of American democracy into a fascist police state -- an American Gestapo, a frontal assault on our constitutionally guaranteed civil rights and liberties.

When the pervasiveness of this officially sanctioned and funded domestic terrorism and torture is confirmed by "official sources" -- in recent times, the only sources that much of the mainstream media consider sufficiently credible -- any excuses for the excesses that heretofore have come to light will be exposed as evil sophistry.

"Few"? I really doubt this nationwide network, feeding off of government-funded community watch, policing and anti-terrorism volunteer organizations, would have gone to all this trouble to persecute the "unfortunate few." The fact that silent, radiation-emitting weaponry is being widely deployed, not just to military, security and intelligence agents, but to police departments across the nation, betrays the intent -- to subject large number of people to radiation that degrades the quality of daily life, induces illness, from radiodermatitis to cancer, causes strokes, heart attacks and aneurysms...

And it's not just "torture." It's a "slow kill genocide".

This is a nationwide high-tech lynch mob network. Its members are traitors to our values and to our system of the rule of law. Whether they are agency heads, police chiefs and officers, or self-sanctimonious private citizens, they should be stripped of power and brought to justice. While these monsters put out a "slow kill" order on their targets, I would argue that their removal from power, trial, and imprisonment would suffice. Perhaps they should be required to take frequent refresher courses on the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution.

This is an ideologically driven Gestapo-like apparatus that must be taken down, its architects put on trial before a jury of their peers. And yes, they are all innocent until proven guilty under the law. Their trials should be an example to all who doubt the self-purifying power of American democracy.

All VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC TORTURE via Radiation PLEASE NOTE THE REAL REASON FOR IT, IN ORDER TO GET RID OF THESE PERPETRATORS:

Your IDENTITY and CV are being stolen (originally by Eastblock agents, a chain business gang, growing that way).

To cut a long story short: People with a bad CV, take your good CV to get lucrative jobs!

They apply to secret services under a false name, mentioning YOUR ADDRESS (home).

You are being harrassed IN YOUR HOME because they want to drive you away from your address (stalking), including internet addresses and one of them takes over your Identity.

Once they've taken your good identity, they give you a bad identity instead to get you into trouble and discredit your evidence that way.

Now that you know, WHY you are being irradiated (surveillance of your house, car, etc. and reading your mind to take over your life story), you'll have a better chance to find the real perpetrators (neighbours!) because they are envious and unqualified!

Experiments are a way of making money for these criminal gangs or just red herrings, so you'll accuse the wrong people and be discredited that way.

Make sure to add old fashioned sliding bolts to all your doors and lock up all photographs, ID papers, papers with handwriting and any source of DNA, and any objects unique to you, which the perps use before internet video cameras to pretend they are you.

Go to the Police when you have proof of identity theft at work places and/or clear suspects or else send applications to employers yourself, mentioning that you suspect someone else to steal your identity.

Once you have taken away the perpetrators motive (robbery and "driving" away from your address) you still have time to disprove slander and false allegations against you.

Here's hoping that all fellow-sufferers can get rid of their torturers by getting rid of identity theft!

It's all "envious neighbors." What a load of disinformation. Yes, they co-opt the neighbors (who aid and abet the stalking "program," and they may be members themselves.0 And yes, identities are stolen, to bleed people of their financial well-being. But the "targeting" appears to come from official sources, who fund and appear to provide direction and command and control.

This is not merely the work of street thugs. They are the ground muscle used by rogues in positions of power to do their extrajudicial dirty work. Take your disinfo somewhere else -- we are not buying it, and hopefully neither will intelligent readers.

Dead-bolts can't keep out skilled operatives who can pick a lock or gain entry in any number of ways. Alarm services most likely are run or staffed by "program" members. Or the program stalkers have established a "phrog pod" inside the hidden voids of your house, where they wait for you to fall into a sound (gassed?) sleep so they can wreak their havoc on your person and property.

Go to the local police, you say. You mean, the ones who wouldn't come to investigate when all this began to happen? The ones who will declare you "delusional" and mentally unbalanced when you try to seek justice? The ones who ordered your car towed to an out of town lot when you collapsed at the wheel after an apparent drugging, where the car was tampered with and perhaps where false "evidence" was planted in a frame-up against you?

Maybe the chiefs don't know what their Indians are up to. I doubt it.

The only solution is for the good people on the inside to move against those officials who allow their operatives to persecute, bankrupt, and slow-kill their neighbors for their own ideological, financial, or hate-inspired motives.

I expect the "good people on the inside" who have managed to keep me alive and to reduce (but not totally stop) the poisoning of my food and water to begin to step forward -- very, very soon.

We will see some "heroes" who knew about these programs for YEARS but, rightfully or wrongfully, felt that they could not speak out or they would risk their lives, their careers, and the well-being of their families.

Now, however, it is clear that the architects of these "programs of personal destruction" are in the sights of these men and women of conscious, who will NOT provide cover for the monsters who so effectively kept them quiet all these years.

The GPS-based stalking "program" alone, even discounting for a moment the radiation weapons attacks that continue to degrade my health TO THIS VERY DAY, is in itself a crime of enormous magnitude -- a NATIONWIDE network of lawlessness created, condoned and overseen by OFFICERS OF THE LAW IN VIRTUALLY EVERY COMMUNITY IN AMERICA.

Now that has been exposed, the people of conscious MUST ACT, even before Holder's D.O.J. acts -- or else THEY RISK BEING SNAGGED IN THIS HIDEOUS CAMPAIGN OF EXTRAJUDICIAL PUNISHMENT AND HIGH-TECH TORTURE.

All those officials and officers who responded to my story by saying, "Who would ever believe that?" or, "We see nothing to investigate. Hire a private detective if you think people are out to get you" -- guess what, Don? Unless they put on the "good guy" jerseys, many of them are GOING DOWN.

They still think they are above the law. They still censor my internet posts, intercept my email, allow stalking "program" members to think they can steal my signature (Home Depot the night before last) and rob the "target" blind with impunity.

These programs are so widespread that the contagion affects EVERY unit of law enforcement in the nation to one degree or another. If I were a law enforcement officer, I'd be looking for some "street muscle" to round up in a belated realization that failure to act serves as a prima facia case of COMPLICITY in these official crimes.

The next few weeks may result in the "liberation" of we, the victims. But just this noon hour, the radiation attacks against me, in my own home, continued. My furnace was sabotaged, a pressure relief valve gummed up with gooey gasket material, an act that could result in our DEATHS, should the furnace overpressurize and explode.

And what can I do? Go to the "locals" who have been apparent accomplices in my five-year demise? No, they must realize themselves that it is THEY who are in jeopardy now. They can C-Y-A now, or suffer the consequences of their official negligence, perhaps malfeasance, in coming weeks and months.

Whatever happens to me now, the die is cast, and each additional abuse against me only serves as another count in their indictment. Since I have been under 24/7 surveillance for years, I can offer them this one piece of advice: Now it is YOU who better watch what you say and do -- because the "good people on the inside" who saved my life are now watching YOU.

They know where ALL the bodies are buried, and some of them have been waiting for this day as anxiously as I. Those who do the C-Y-A flip can save themselves and their families. Those who think the rogue agents who have usurped them and bullied them around for years will offer "protection" are soon to learn a lesson of the ages:

Your "protectors" will save themselves by sacrificing YOU -- unless YOU make the first move.

ps... about ten minutes after I wrote the above, the radiation attacks resumed in force. My head is burning up. It's coming from my attic, or from directly across the street from my front window behind me.

No offense, but if I ever do an interview it will preferably be in person, with someone I have known in the biz, who offers a big audience. But the mainstream media didn't even pick up the Olbermann interview with Russell Tice, so I'm not holding my breath. When I dropped by on Olbermann one day last year, he looked petrified, like he had reluctantly agreed to wear a wire. He was sweating profusely, like someone had told him that I was a nogoodnick. I know that look. Someday, maybe he'll tell me who had contacted him and told him to hang out at the Starbucks at 30 Rock because I was headed his way. (They know I'm a coffee drinker, I guess.)

I would like to talk with Alex Jones, who reprinted one of my pieces recently. Since it appeared, I have not been able to post comments to his site. The computer interference is getting very bad again. I would like the ACLU to file a class action suit against the entire intel apparatus, and I'd willingly be a party to it.

The frat boy sadists who do the real-time monitoring think they are imperious. They are sadistic, seizing control of my computer, disabling functions, and they have made changes to my copy, requiring me to go back in and repair the damage. These are rogue programs, run by authoritarians who sully our Constitution. They are the traitors, the true enemies of the state. To them I say, "Don't tread on me!" Go find Osama (little wonder he's on the loose; they're too busy destroying the lives of real patriots).

How can the ACLU be convinced to file a lawsuit on behalf of victims of pervasive government spying? The report from Russell Tice should motivate some journalism society or advocacy group to file suit. But the media has been cowled into submission. Even the NY Times guy who told Olbermann he knew he was being spied upon didn't write about Tice's confessions. I know people at The Times; I believe I have been slandered to them. Maybe they will be witnesses if I ever sue for defamation and a host of other offenses.

My job won't be done until the public realizes that DEATH SQUADS are perpetrating a silent GENOCIDE in modern-day America -- and demand that all of those responsible be brought to justice... not just the "ground muscle," but the officials and officers running these "multi-agency action" programs of personal destruction -- programs I believe have played a major role in ruining the economy and untold thousands, perhaps millions, of lives...

It's no accident that similar programs have been established in other industrialized nations.

They have stolen my nation, my good health, my ability to support my family, and my right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. They are traitors, seditionists, enemies of the state, and murderers -- and they dare to ruin the lives of innocent people, believers in the Constitution, and call themselves "patriots" who are fighting the "war on terror"?

They are waging a war OF terror, on their fellow citizens. They must be exposed, stopped, and brought to justice.

We need another Mark Felt. Many good people inside the FBI are disgusted with these "programs of personal destruction."

Yes, the FBI has been involved in the planning and execution of these programs, the evidence indicates. But it is my understanding that the good people at the FBI felt compelled by the Bush-Cheney White House to go along with the program... the most nafarious elements of which appear to have originated with the military/intel/secretive security agencies and services.

Indications are that secretive security services worldwide have adopted these programs -- a global neo-fascist movement that shares direct parallels to the National Socialism fascist movement of the '30s and '40s.

I get this impression that certain people at the FBI are waiting for the right moment to speak out. It is my considered opinion that the right moment will come this week or next, as Eric Holder and Janet Napolitano are confirmed by the Senate to their respective posts at Justice and Homeland Security.

I hope they change the name of DHS. Better yet, place its law enforcement and security functions under the direct aegis of D.O.J. as a subset of Justice and NOT as an independent cabinet department. The creation of DHS, in conjunction with the multi-agency action "programs of personal destruction," was the structural underpinning of The American Gestapo created under Bush-Cheney (although these programs had antecedents in Cointelpro, Project Total Awareness, and MK-Ultra).

I believe the "seat" of the "shadow government" can be found within some cabalistic, cultish agencies and units under the DHS umbrella. This structure, I believe, already has emasculated the FBI, usurping its authority and charter as the nation's primary domestic law enforcement agency.

The FBI must once again reclaim its standing within the security hierarchy, as it did in the early '70s when it led Woodward and Bernstein by the hand to take down the administration of Richard Nixon and its private army of rogue security/intel agents and operatives.

A posting I made to a web story on The Washington Post web site elicited a direct and menacing threat against me. I have tried to access the web page, but the original posted threat, on a thread responding to a WaPo story criticizing President Obama's personal security, apparently was taken down. I plan to file a complaint with the Civil Rights Division of D.O.J. -- when that unit gets some honest leadership. Hopefully, that will happen within a couple weeks' time.

I did copy the threat, which I re-posted for all to see on another WaPo thread (Feb. 1, '08, under the "44" WaPo blog). Here is the threat, and my response:

"War prisoner" is more like it. (Since no post gets published without the censor's approval, I don't know if you are being sincere or sadistic. But it hardly matters.)

There has been a breakdown of law and order in Bucks County, PA, and in other areas of the country as well. Cowardice and a C-Y-A attitude have allowed GENOCIDE and slow murder via radiation weaponry to continue with their apparent knowledge.

My home continues to be surreptitiously entered late at night. Our heating system, our plumbing, our appliances, even my clothing, have been vandalized, to the point of endangerment. Local authorities appear to be under the thumb of cruel federal agents who have convinced them that I am persona non grata. I strongly believe that neighbors are involved, and some of them have ties to local government and law enforcement.

This is officially sanctioned terrorism, in my opinion. The U.S. Justice Department has confirmed that radiation weapons are being deployed to local police nationwide. I know that "hit squads" are operating in this county, on my street. I am being attacked inside my home, apparently from nearby properties, and/or by devices that have been secreted in my house.

Local law enforcement knows these weapons have been deployed, I believe, and that is why if I complain they would attempt to marginalize me as "delusional" or mentally ill. If I complain, they would "search," say they found nothing, and take steps to have me neutralized. That is the "M.O."

THEY ARE COMPLICIT BY DINT OF THEIR APPARENT KNOWLEDGE OF THESE HORRIFIC PROGRAMS. And so, I have no one to protect me and my family. This is fascism, nihilism, a GENOCIDE.

The FBI knows all about this. Good people on the inside got the hit squads to turn down the "rheostat," and the poisoning of food and water has abated (but, I believe, not totally) but the radiation assaults have continued. It appears that in the past metallic particles have been added to my consumables, magnifying the effects of the radiation attacks. This is MONSTROUS; the "do-ers" know this is part of the "M.O."

Crimes against humanity are being committed nationwide, and it appears that virtually all police departments have knowledge of community stalking and the use of radiation weaponry. As I have stated, I believe the intent is to mentally incapacitate the "targets" (and their families), so as to remove them from society. This is GENOCIDE, a slow genocide, every bit as pervasive and evil as the crimes of the Nazis, and more cleverly disguised.

Now that there is a new attorney general, I am hopeful that the "good people on the inside" at the FBI will finally take action, and that some of those with direct knowledge of the radiation attacks will speak out -- if only to save themselves from prosecution by way of immunity in exchange for their testimony.

If the Bucks County DA's office really wanted to end these crimes against humanity, it could offer immunity to certain individuals I believe have direct knowledge of exactly who is terrorizing me and my family. But the offices refuses to investigate. Instead, I have been advised to hire a private investigator (as if a PI wouldn't be part of "the program."

As for the media, they are AWOL, co-opted totally and completely. Only the internet and public blogs are protecting my right to communicate. And even then, the dark side forces are constantly and maliciously and sadistically interfering with my attempts to communicate. This is what fascism looks like, people.

So, in my view, the system is thoroughly corrupted by this evil. Only a firm directive from Washington, and a triumph of the good people within the FBI over the forces of the dark side, can remove this malignancy. The locals are either complicit, or are cowardly.

What a sad state of affairs. Bucks County, PA is a community stalking/radiation weapons assault capital of the East Coast. But it is no different than anyplace else, I am afraid. This is a nationwide contagion, deeply entrenched and institutionalized. I will not be cowled. Like Anne Frank in her attic, I still retain faith in my fellow human beings, that good will in the end win out over evil. As was the case with Anne Frank, justice may come too late for me, and my family. I may go down as a victim -- but NOT a silent victim. No surrender.

Well, it's been said that reporters rank somewhere just above used car salesmen on the public esteem list... yes, I'm sure there are rogue reporters, too... However, in 30+ years in the business, I don't have any recollection of a reporter setting someone up for a fall, poisoning their food and drink, radiating a "target" with a silent directed energy weapon, or even buying the Big Lie from a "higher-up" to justify inhumane acts.

In fact, the more I think about it, most of the people I worked with in the newspaper biz were pretty damn noble. As for the TV news biz, well, I recall a couple stinkers, but again, nobody who would use a silent radiation weapon to fry someone's brains.

So you tell me... how pervasive are the rogues in government service? I'm hoping they are in the minority... in fact, I'm betting my life on it...

On the other hand, have you ever thought about the possibility of a joint arrangement between two types (news & low level types) that are lets say, possibly unstable in some ways, alcoholics, and or aggressive, irrational and looking for a reward, and or bump in pay?

You know, maybe these are the kind of guys that go and set at a bar until morning hours, and discuss everything under the sun and draw conclusions (while anebriated) and have it all figured out at the end of the discussion. You know, these are the types that think they can do whatever they want, as long as they don't get caught..

You mean like the kind of people who would arrange to plant keycapture software on a TV station's computer, and then use a "mole" to induce a smart but gullible anchorman to use a captured password to access his co-worker's email, and then smear the guy all over the newspaper and make a federal case out of what was a stupid act of (induced) petty spite? And ruin the guy's career and slander his good name? And then the rest of the media never even bother to investigate who the mole was, and who put him there, and why the mole disappeared from the scene after the op?

Is that the kind of thing you are talking about?

Reading what you wrote, I look at your story this way. Regardless of whether the anchorman was gullible or not, it seems to me, that person should have had the common sense not to invade the privacy of a co-worker without the proper authorization. Which would probably never happen under any circumstances whatsoever. That whole story sounds personal, like a vendetta.

So the answer to your question is a NO.

"Probably never happen." Probably. But maybe the illegality would NOT have occurred, but for a deceptive (and under the law, exculpatory) act of entrapment (if indeed the gullible anchorman was entrapped).

And is it "legal" or "moral" to place a mole in a private business, and tamper with their computers with the intent to entrap? Isn't there some highly questionable legality there, IF (and I repeat, IF ) that is what happened?

And doesn't entrapment jeopardize the prospects of successful prosecution?

Anyhow, this is all academic now, since in this ripped-from-the-headlines "hypothetical," the "victim" of what may have been exculpatory entrapment pleaded guilty because, maybe, he knew his life would be hell if he didn't.

This really has nothing to do with innocent people being radiated, physically damaged and perhaps incapacitated, or even "slow killed," by radiation weaponry supplied to localities under federal programs... while the authorities keep letting it happen.

I believe you must know that is the case, although I know why you would not concede as much.

You sound like you are one of the "good people on the inside." In fact, I'd bet on it.

It is both tragic and ironic that people -- blacks, Jews, other targets of hate -- whose grandparents were unjustly and cruelly hunted down and persecuted, some murdered, by the KKK or other extremist groups now find themselves in the position of having to apologize for those who are allowing the same evil to infect American society today.

The evil known as "gang stalking" is cloaked in the world of mental illness and so it continues unabated. It is Machiavellian and it persists because anyone who dares to speak of it is labelled "mentally ill." Where are the "good people on the inside?" The good people on the outside need you. Stand up and do something for the good of mankind.

The people who are involved in this sadistic process vandalize property and steal from their victims. These are tangible truths, but "no evidence, no crime/s." MY EDUCATED OPINION:

"Mental illness" is the M.O. Zap the target's brains with radiation weapons or secreted devices and when they exhibit what would be temporary cognitive impairment due to the assault, have them declared mentally incompetent by mental "professionals" who are in the "program."

This is GENOCIDE, and political activist "dissidents" are targeted, along with certain minorities, "trouble-makers", journalists (Google "NSA warrantless surveillance", "Russell Tice") "deviates" (maybe gays or lesbians who authorities deem as too "assertive")... or how about intellectuals, "pushy" Jews, or blacks who didn't know "their place." This is how innocents are targeted along with suspected "terrorists."

But were these programs REALLY designed to go after narrowly defined "terrorists" -- or is fighting "terrorists" the convenient cover to engage in racial/ideological "purification," "eugenics," a "culling of the herd?"

The mental illness, if indeed it ever really existed and wasn't the byproduct of radiation assault, is INDUCED, the cover story to camouflage GENOCIDE.

Because they are legally complicit in economic crimes against American citizens, and horrific physical crimes against them as well, crimes against humanity, as they say?

Another bit of "evidence": How about legal opinions from high councils of executive power that deigned to "legalize" torture, infliction of injury and illness, and eventual death -- HOMOCIDE -- by permitting radiation weapons assaults on U.S. citizens?

It matters not whether some documents may have conveniently disappeared. It would seem that many are the witnesses to these official pronouncements -- legal alchemy that only evil fools would think can protect them from culpability.

There are websites out there asking "Why", and leaving the answer wide open to all manner of interpretation. For some reason, those websites are highly visible in the search engines, and although purporting to be "help" to those looking for answers to the question, only serve to further confuse anyone seeking help.

In my humble opinion, it is exactly those type of sites that make those seeking help from "gang stalking" look mentally ill.

Re: "No evidence, no crimes." The statement was in quotes for a reason but, to clarify, I should have added, "according to the police, when they are called to investigate." You're 100% correct -- there is plenty of evidence and, as you said, "the crime is that the authorities refuse to investigate." As such, those in power are participants. (Some participate knowingly, while others choose to turn a blind-eye. All are guilty of crimes against some very good people -- all are guilty of crimes against humanity. Those who choose to turn a blind-eye need to stop doing so -- it is time to come forward.)

How easy it is to label someone "mentally ill" and, tragically, as we know, many fall in lock- step with those who are complicit in this genocide (and it is genocide). My goal is to be a part of exposing and stopping these horrific practices. No one should ever have to endure these evil practices ,especially in a country which was founded on the Constitution.

Are you being paid by the "good people on the inside" to write these fictional accounts? Those "good people on the inside" don't sound so good to me. It sounds like they are, at the very least, accomplices to those shameful "radiation attacks" you write about.

So, what about the logistics involved in your fictitious literary device? Who, exactly, is handling the actual weapons during the attacks? Where are they firing the weapons from? Who is providing the weapons? How did a good writer like you get involved with this group of "good people on the inside" ("good people" who are actually accomplices to all those shameful "radiation attacks")?

You could add some credibility to your fictitious account by introducing some believable plot devices, such as vigilante attacks by drugs and bio-weapons. Genetically engineered bio-weapons capable of targeting certain ethic populations would fit nicely into the genocidal theme of your story.

I hope you are getting paid more than .01 per word for your efforts, if not ask those "good people" for a raise!
