The reality of domestic torture delivered by ideologically-driven, cold-hearted agents of government and their vigilante citizen operatives is finally gaining public exposure by way of first-hand accounts -- including that of this correspondent, a mainstream journalist who has been "community stalked" and tortured by means of silent, potentially deadly radiation weaponry for nearly five years.

In a matter of weeks, this correspondent believes, operatives who have been involved in the purposeful "dosing" of American citizens with various forms of pulsed radiation emitted from so-called "directed energy weapons" and devices will begin to come forward, confirming reports of what's been euphemistically labeled as "electronic harassment" by victims of so-called "community stalking" or "gang stalking."

The "gang stalking" moniker trivializes what is an extensive, multi-level government campaign of extrajudicial targeting and punishment that victims say extends into Canada, the United Kingdom and other industrialized nations.

After six months of reporting in this space, the first crack in an official wall of silence regarding the wholesale deployment of radiation weapons came on Christmas Eve, 2008 -- and went largely unnoticed by the mainstream media.

The magazine New Scientist reported: "The research arm of the U.S. Department of Justice is working on two portable non-lethal weapons that inflict pain from a distance using beams of laser light or microwaves, with the intention of putting them into the hands of police to subdue suspects."

A recent article on the Wired.com magazine "Danger Room" blog site discusses a court document said to indicate that the U.S. Secret Service is involved in the development of directed energy weapons technology. The article speculates that the agency may have deployed such devices in the course of its official duties.

In fact, say victims of government-inspired extrajudicial punishment, these "directed energy weapons," or "D.E.W.," have been covertly used as a weapon of harassment, torture, and infliction of pain and physical and mental incapacitation for years -- with the number of anecdotal reports surging in the wake of 9/11 and the advent of the "war on terror."

Official confirmation of radiation weapons deployment comes despite a substantial body of medical research which indicates that human exposure to microwave radiation can cause strokes, aneurysms, cancer, eye damage and degraded vision, and can induce symptoms that mimic serious brain ailments such as Alzheimer's Disease and schizophrenia. The science indicates that prolonged or intense exposure can induce cognitive impairment resulting in mental incapacitation and physical impairment, even death.

The "targets" of extrajudicial targeting and punishment apparently are not limited to "terrorists" or drug traffickers. They are said to include individuals who have been labeled by persons in positions of authority as "dissidents," "radicals," "whistle-blowers" or undesirables, perhaps due to their lifestyles, their ethnic heritage, or their religious or political beliefs.

Many find themselves slandered and unjustly accused of wrongdoing. Typically, they are not charged with any violation of the law -- yet they are condemned nonetheless to a lifetime sentence of being "community stalked" by citizen vigilantes, over-reaching uniformed officers, or undercover agents.

Some victims who are charged with crimes typically maintain that they were framed -- set up with fabricated or planted "evidence" or entrapped. Journalists are among targeted classes; but many don't realize they are subject to pervasive surveillance, physical harassment and career sabotage until they are already ruined, professionally and personally.

These targeted persons -- and their families -- are subject to relentless harassment and psychological intimidation, including surreptitious entry into their homes and vandalism of their property. Electronic surveillance devices are secreted in the homes and vehicles of the targets, including covertly implanted GPS tracking units. Surveillance data about their whereabouts and personal daily routines funneled to "community stalkers" who are recruited under the cover of government-funded community policing, town watch, and business-related anti-terrorism programs, even fire and rescue squads. Members of retired officers' and fraternal organizations also are said to participate in community stalking. The operations of these civilian vigilantes appear to be overseen by agents of government, ranging from local police personnel to federal intelligence and security agents under whose direction these programs have been institutionalized.

Under the guise of performing "surveillance," the "targets" are subject to electromagnetic radiation of various forms -- ranging from microwaves, lasers, sound waves, perhaps even particle beams, X-rays and gamma rays. The government publicly claims that these "directed energy weapons," or "D.E.W.", are still in the experimental stage, or that working equipment is large and bulky, such as the Army's recent demonstration of a microwave weapon tagged with an innocuous-sounding sobriquet, the "Active Denial System." The government describes these radiation weapons as "non-lethal" -- despite the scientifically proven fact that, depending on the dosage of radiated energy delivered, these instruments can stun, maim, burn, cause strokes or aneurysms, induce illness such as cancer, or kill.

These D.E.W. are being widely deployed, as noted in an article in the April 2008 FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin. The article discusses the potential adverse health effects of D.E.W. fire. The article also states that law enforcement personnel themselves may fall victim to these adverse effects, should criminals or terrorists obtain D.E.W.

What the article does not state is that victims of "community stalking" have complained for several years that they are being tortured by painful D.E.W. radiation attacks, and that their health has been degraded by the cumulative effects of exposure to silent and potentially lethal beams of radiated energy.

These weapons share a characteristic that explains why few people outside of law enforcement are aware of their widespread deployment and usage: The radiation energy the weapons emit is silent and invisible, making possible "the perfect crime" -- the covert application of potentially lethal force.

Victims of D.E.W. attack have tried to appeal to law enforcement for justice, but to no avail. Indeed, that's part of the "M.O." -- when victims complain, they are routinely written off as delusional or mentally ill. Victims say that health care workers also cooperate in this persecution. Targeted persons may even be subject to attempts to commit them to psychiatric facilities, a means of accomplishing the underlying goal of extrajudicial targeting and punishment -- the removal of "targeted individuals" (and by extension, their families) from mainstream society.

Victims of extrajudicial targeting also charge that their family finances are sabotaged and ultimately expropriated by secret government programs ostensibly implemented to disrupt the financial dealings of terrorists and drug traffickers. In effect, they say, they are victimized by a parallel system of transaction processing sold to lawmakers as a necessary component of the "war on terror" -- not as an ideologically-motivated tool of social control and political repression.

There is no rational or moral defense for this horrific domestic torture -- what could be termed a campaign of "slow genocide" -- which is happening right now in cities and towns across America. The "targets" typically pose no danger to society. They are victims of a political system that has institutionalized -- and has attempted to legalize -- extrajudicial punishment. The "war on terror" is the pretext that has been employed to effect a wholesale bypass of the judicial system, and of constitutionally protected rights.

This is the transformation of American democracy into a fascist police state -- an American Gestapo, a frontal assault on our constitutionally guaranteed civil rights and liberties.

When the pervasiveness of this officially sanctioned and funded domestic terrorism and torture is confirmed by "official sources" -- in recent times, the only sources that much of the mainstream media consider sufficiently credible -- any excuses for the excesses that heretofore have come to light will be exposed as evil sophistry.

But if you want anyone to believe you, you're going to have to fill in some of the holes and provide specific facts so that the people you say you want to inform of all this can reach educated conclusions. "Mike 123" is correct, in my humble opinion. A case has to be built brick by brick, so to speak, starting with the most believable information. I'm not saying you're "crazy", as you've alleged. I'm saying that many of the people randomly plucked from the street, so to speak, don't have the background or framework that would enable them to understand and/or believe what's happening.

This vast network is not going to fall by the acts and words of one individual -- it will take many of us, working together for a common goal. Let's not personalize this -- it's critically important that we don't.

So in the interest of providing a response immediately after the comment I am responding to, I will repost this response:

Once again, when officials won't run down leads and accept the evidence, victims are effectively checkmated from "proving" their case... because the authorities with the power to investigate, to offer immunity, to prosecute, won't consider the evidence.

As you know, I read Mike 123's disinfo, too. Or are you Mike 123 as well?

And I don't think just anyone is "plucked" from the street to be targeted. The targeted are the people deemed as "troublemakers," "dissidents" -- in other words, people who value freedom of thought, expression, and believe in free will and will not succumb to the totalitarians behind these genocidal (or is it politicide?) programs.

You are not convincing me, and I trust the judgment of "real" readers and real victims to decide for themselves whose arguments ring true.

This is sport for you, or perhaps a training exercise. Either way, please don't be insulted if I choose not to play the game.

So you've accused him of being both him AND mike123, and you're you, and I'm me but me has a good batvette and a bad batvette.... and there's a third party that manipulates your computer... and at least half the people commenting in all these stories was paid to do so.... damn the gov't accounting office has as helluva time with all those payees and their SSN's...

I have noted your inconsistencies; in some posts you are a sympathetic "friend," in others, a name-caller who would have us believe he is a "victim."

Fact is, most of the post here ARE from disinfo agents whose assignment is to discredit and slander. The other posts, from regular readers, don't seem to get through.

I answer your posts because I believe in the concept of proportionate response. So let me spell out my opinion of "batvette" -- paid disinfo agent, but helpful to the cause of justice in that your posts have included verifiable information that support my basic contentions. A compatriot who is worried that he will be "found out" as a "fellow traveler" in the cause of justice and in defense of the Constitution.

Hope that doesn't land you in the brig. I will see you in the FEMA camp, maybe... that is, if things don't work out the way they should.

Fact is, most of the post here ARE from disinfo agents whose assignment is to discredit and slander. The other posts, from regular readers, don't seem to get through.

Reads as: "there are LOTS of people who I haven't irrationally attacked and who don't perceive me as combative if I don't immediately see their point... you just can't see their comments because they're blocked by the disinfo dept."

In reply I just have to comment that nobody needs to pay people to get on the internet and get their digs in on people with your well displayed personal qualities. It is its own reward.

Self importance, paranoia, complaints of victimization, a Pollyanna-ish steadfast belief the cavalry of "good people inside" is about to appear galloping over the horizon, complete inability to admit any error of detail, I'd go on but risk hypocrisy as some of those faults I display often as well.

There is one quality inherent in us all that we can utilize to mitigate most of that before it gets out of hand. Humility. If someone doesn't pass your "sniff" test that doesn't make them a disinfo agent, it may mean your nose doesn't know everyone elses's situation or philosophies as it does your own.

Oh yeah, the FEMA camp... I wonder when the food riots will start. The economy, it's bad, real bad, anyone thinking "recovery" hasn't noticed on the bottom of every consumer product imaginable where it used to say "US Patent #.......... it now says "made in China" and the service sector jobs that replaced the factory jobs were filled mostly by illegals willing to work for slave wages and benefits.

I'm 47, you're a dozen older, and thus know even more that there once was opportunity, a future, that is no longer. I remember around 1988 or so you had to be stupid to not just fall into a job that could put a roof over your head and 3 squares in your gut. I'd say what happened, but I know. Endless line of crooked politicians, greedy corporate stockholders, and short sighted Americans lusting for cheap consumer goods to fulfill our lives. We're all to blame in our own way, and even if we knew the consequences we'd do it again.

Today, March 4, 2009, is the first day of the last throes of American fascism.

After today, there will be so many "heroes" coming forward that the lazy, compliant mainstream media will be competing among themselves for access to the whistle-blowers.

And the disinfos won't know who to try to discredit first, the truth-tellers or the journalists or the public officials from other agencies who no longer will provide "cover."

The journos will realize that their trashed and slandered colleague had it down.

But who will give me back my health and earning power? Not to mention the past FIVE years of hell and government-engineered "familicide."

Here in North Dallas (Plano, Richardson...), microwave torture is used sometimes, but much more common is "cold-cell" torture, where a person's residence is converted into a refrigerator-like environment. Similarly, mobile HVAC specialists are employed to propell freon-like chemicals (by use of a mobile generator) and sub-freezing air through drywall or metal, delivering a cold stabbing sensation whether the person is in a room or driving down the road in a car. Guantanamo technology is actually quite primitive compared to that used here in North Texas, the state which specializes in prison-economics (i.e. forced cheap labor, either in prisons, or else on probation, where building contractors rake in millions off of this type of cheap labor...). Texas, according to the most recent Pew Center report, has 1 out of every 22 citizens either locked up or on parole / probation...once you are in the system, torture and gangstalking are virtually gauranteed. Of course, the best way to shut up a political dissident is to set him up on false charges...

Oh, and I should mention, the cold-torture is used in conjuction with sleep deprivation. Many of the area temp agencies (day-labor) employ these type of tactics. They are populated with 2 types of people which use these tactics: (1) those who are simply playing dirty to get the best-paying jobs that come up, usually at night, by incapacitating the competition, and (2) undercover operatives and bounty hunters who track people for a living...the day-labor thing is just a cover for them, and they know that since nobody else will hire those with a mark on their record, they camp out in the day-labor temp agencies as a means of hunting for contracts...

Notice the temperature extremes torture and finishers in this game. This is what the "muscle" (black ops, police, fbi, mob ?) uses in Plano. "Muscle"? Yeah, "muscle". The people who rent rooms on craigslist, fishing for contracts to work by renting to desperate people, knowing that probably they are in trouble with the law, and can't rent anywhere else. The motels / hotels that run your license...once they identify that you are in trouble with the law, they call the "muscle", who uses various methods such as temperature extremes, microwave zappers, etc... temperature extremes can effect the entire room, or a specific bodypart, almost to the point of knife-like stabbing and intensity...

It doesn't have bugs in the game, or various gases introduced into the room through the ventilation system, between space in drywall, down the fireplace, etc...

Well, I'm getting "hot" (microwave radiation weapon/device torture) and "cold" (the cold room you describe), as the "aware" sadists reading this blog well know.

This "op" must cost a forture, even if "volunteers" are involved. I agree that the level of contstant harassment and torture is so intensive that paid or "in kind"- compensated operatives must be involved.

Here's what's different this time: Major figures in Washington are following this blog site like housewives and college students follow All My Children and General Hospital.

And those of you who think posting to blog sites is like "shouting down a hole," to quote one of you, are badly mistaken.

Now they realize that, and I have been electronically "banned" from posting to various web sites, including (but apparently not limited to):

* The full articles comments section of Politco.com, where I posted many of my full-length articles until the government censors cut off me a couple of months ago, either through their own "filtering" or by pressuring the people at Politico (perhaps slandering me in the process);

* Broadcastingandcable.com, where I posted many comments aimed at getting the transition to digital TV and the shut-off of analog signals delayed... not because anyone was paying me, but because I thought it was the right thing to do, to protect public access to "free" TV (as a former editor of what was once cable TV's top trade mag, I know how greed motivates some of these decisions);

* cqpolitics.com, which the censors must believe is an influential site, because ALL of my attempted posts recently have failed to go up (notably, those to the SPYTALK blog (hmmmm);

* infowars.com, which posted my article, "Domestic Torture Via Radiation Weaponry: America's Horrific Shame," and now my comments won't post;

* gangstalkingworld.com, where I can't access certain pages such as "links" and "forum" -- another blatant example of censorship.

These acts of censorship and/or prior restraint cannot be justified by any "probable cause." The people interfering with my telecommunications and surveilling my every keystroke are, in my opinion, lawbreaking rogues who are not only violating my constitutional rights, but are INSUBORDINATE to their civilian leadership, exposing our government to liability for these actions.

I believe these are TREASONOUS acts by entrenched ideologues, federal and local, who have justified their social genocide on the grounds of "patriotism," fighting "terrorism," and ridding society of "undesirables" or "dissidents."

THEY are not "patriots." They are betrayers of the Constitution. They have stolen our democracy and subverted the law of law. They are the traitors to our nation, and they must be removed from power and brought to justice.

Thanks for the cite. Do me a favor: Please email her a note, with a link to this site. (My email is intercepted and oftentimes does not generate a response).

Tell her I am STILL being gang-stalked and tortured in my own home with microwave and sonic radiation weapons/devices (as recently as tonight); that I am a virtual prisoner, in that if I leave the house empty, invariably when I return something has been vandalized or personal effects have been damaged and disturbed or food and drink has been poisoned; that these people doing this are locals, maybe even people right in my neighborhood, who, with some justification, think they are "protected"... and that I must seek legal redress immediately because I have evidence that indicates I am being framed and set up and our billing statements appear to be counterfeits that inflate balances -- most notably, utility bills.

Tell her my appeals to both local and federal authorities have failed to stop the torture, the surreptitious home entries and the vandalism; and that this contagion appears to infect law enforcement nationwide on multiple levels; and that there is strong evidence that local law enforcement knows exactly what's going on and chooses not to uphold the rule of law.

Finally, tell her I've done everything I can do get this story out... but that I apparently have been slandered and marginalized as "delusional" to easily intimidated mainstream media journalists, possibly including some I have worked with who should know better than to believe the Big Lie.

Maybe it's a minority at the "highest level" who is more cognitive and receptive to understand the degradations of our plight. Targeted individuals, on many levels, undergo what must have been undergone by blacks in the early part of the last century, and the last part of the one before.

What makes our position potentially even worse than that of the blacks of the past century, is the application of the new torture technologies. That's really what these technologies are, in a big sense, and for the most part nothing else.

The purveyors of this madness have found a way to demonize a portion of the population, and that portion is us. They insert our names into a database that takes feed mostly from those with malicious intent to demonize us, and which subsequently provides this malicious content to "on the ground" devices such a gps-located navigation units and cell phones.

Part of the reason that these technologies enhance our antagonist's torture efforts so well lies with the fact that they automate the torture. The little beep from the cell phone that alerts a person who only moments before had no clue that a target was in the area, provides for so much damage with so little effort (very high efficiency). It's this facet of the torture technologies that makes them such evil devices in the hands of a (staggering) proportion of the public.

Blacks currently constitute about fifteen percent of our population. Targeted Individuals comprise only about one or two percent of the population. Given those numbers, and that the blacks, in spite of their numbers, had such a turmultuous ordeal in their rise over the oppression, I would say that we are in for a long night. Again, here I am holding out hope that one whose race was decimated in a similar manner feels enough commiseration to act.

It's their communications system that is greasing the wheels of their machine. This communications system leaves a "paper trail" that is a mile long. Eventually, when that "higher authority" presses the right buttons, it should be relatively easy to identify the various participants, and to make sure that they never again engage in such activities against their fellow man.

Precisely. And my concern is that certain people who have Obama's ear may not convey the message that you so effectively have delivered here with compassion and concision...

...or may attempt to discredit the messengers, based on false and misleading "inside knowledge" that is the product of years of "directed" disinformation.

If the locals here were interested, I could provide leads that would deliver up the "do-ers." There is no interest. None. In fact, some of the leads I could deliver would demonstrate how this "torture matrix" appears to extend into officialdom.

The GPS "crown of evil" network that creates a public safety hazard every time these local Nazis "swarm" a target would provide the name and electronic "fingerprint" of EVERY person in the "program."

The FBI knows this; they may have saved my life by getting the food poisoners and the directed energy weapons assailants to throttle back (somewhat, but the attacks have resumed in force)...

.... but the FBI is demonstrating that it will not act unilaterally UNLESS DIRECTED TO DO SO.

I hope this blog, and my posts to major web sites (the ones that the censors have not blocked from my reach), contributes to that effort.

BUT THE INSIDERS COULD MAKE THIS HAPPEN IMMEDIATELY.

Imagine if a group of ten or so conscientious FBI agents in the Philadelphia office used internal channels to make their views known to, say, Assistant Director John Miller -- if the local SAC hasn't done the right thing already.

Now, some of the people on lower floors might not be happy about such a prospect. To them I say, "Okay. Why don't YOU stand up for the Constitution instead of having to be embarrassed and forced into compliance with the rule of law?"

The fact is, in my opinion, some of these agencies are allowing their operatives to be insubordinate. If the civilian leadership at some of these agencies (DHS in particular) really knew what was happening on the ground, many of these abuses would be curbed.

As for DoD, its intel and research arms, and the other intel and secretive security agencies, there things get much stickier.

The cretin stalkers don't scare me as much as some of the black hats who may already have issued their death sentences, using Bush-Cheney doctrine as their excuse for genocide-politicide.

I already may have suffered enough "slow-kill" to fulfill the mission of these cold-blooded killers masquerading as defenders of the nation.

Did I mention that the torture continues under the Obama administration? Last night, I was hit with microwave radiation fire that was painful and palpable, followed by bursts of sonic waves that literally made me momentarily DEAF. This sonic attack came as I attempting to write a new article for this blog site.

THIS IS TORTURE. THE FEDS WON'T STOP IT. THE LOCALS WON'T STOP IT. HOW DO THEY THINK THEY WILL GET AWAY WITH THIS?

I believe devices, perhaps "humint" in the form of "phrogs" (Google it) are secreted in my premises on a daily basis. I sleep very soundly (under the circumstances, unusually soundly) and I apparently am "knocked out cold" when "resources" are "allocated."

Just this morning I heard Obama announce millions in new grants to local police, with a significant proportion of those monies going to the very sort of community policing programs that have been misused to create the backbone for the ongoing, unconstitutional "extrajudicial punishment network."

Your post is so well crafted that I would ask that you craft a preamble for those who are not familiar with these issues, and send it to op-eds and letters sections of major newspapers and web sites. Since you are a facile writer, this shouldn't be too much of a task.

And congratulations: Yours appears to be among only a handful of posts here that pass the "disinfo-free" sniff test. Thank you so much for that.

Dec 15 2006 Microwave Sickness / Deadly Electronic Weapons / Canada Hello When I worked in the diesel generator business, I worked with a lot of communications companies all across Canada. Bell Canada was a big one I did a lot of work with. They all have "standby diesel generators" at their central offices and all their repeater stations. A lot of "national security" concerns within these systems. People within these systems have more than enough resources to make you sick if you "step on the wrong toes." Lots of surlpus "microwave generators." and "radio equipment." All with "no forensic evidence." It just takes one "idiot" to put something together who does not like you. There may be a union / non union theme to my problems. I worked at a non union company, Harper Detroit Diesel. I had no idea about "radio waves as weapons" until 2005, ......8 years after I initially got sick I started my research project in January 2004 on the internet with the keywords "constructive dismissal" in relation to my own problems at Harper Detroit Diesel. I am not sure about "microwave mind control", seems to be a lot of articles on the internet about this topic. It does look like more and more people world wide are looking at "radio waves as weapons". I think maybe thats because there is now so much "radio equipment"around the world with the advancements in "communications." The problems with all these types of systems is the technology falls into the wrong hands. Some real horror stories from people worldwide about this topic on the internet. What an eye opener ! Don't hold your breath figuring that Obama will correct the problem, for he's part of this problem himself.

His people routinely terrorize conservative media, and have threatened to pull the plug on them. But it's really not a partisan thing. For both parties are to blame.

That is also the case for illegal immigration, and why we now have over 38 million illegals sucking the lifeblood out of our country now. But that figure will rise to over 100 million if Obama gives them amnesty, "free" medical care, and everything else he's promised them.

For they will invite all brothers, cousins, and friends, etc. to come here too if Obama lays out the welcome mat for them instead of getting rid of them, as he should instead do.

Both Obama and McCain are pro-illegals and pro-New World Order.

And it's the New World Order agendists that are engaged in the illicit practices covered by this article.

Anyone who thinks Obama will stop it is incredibly naive. For BOTH parties utilize it.

Why do they censor my internet postings, restrict access to certain pages, slow down my computer, impose sadistic and malicious control over the functions of my computer?

Because what they fear most is the truth.
The naivete of liberals is an enabling trait, but it is not a venal sin -- like frying out your fellow citizen's brains with DEW fire from death squads.

Your "resistance is futile" meme is lame psy ops.

It is only day 53 of the Obama-Biden administration. And the censorship, prior restraint and harassment is getting worse and the radiation attacks on me and my family continue -- even though I have reason to believe orders have been issued from Washington to "stand down."

So now we are talking insubordination bordering on treason -- in the ranks, maybe higher up the chain of command. So who are the betrayers of the nation, of the Constitution?

I have said before that I throw my lot with the good people in the FBI. I would like to revise and extend that remark. I also throw my lot with the good men and women in the rank and file of our military, the ones who are fighting and dying, many of whom are asking, "For what?" For someone's legacy? For oil? To keep the arms industry flush?

And I throw my lot with the good men and women in local law enforcement, the ones who are coming to realize that they are being used as pawns in a global geopolitical game; that they have been fed lies; that citizens they are sworn to protect have been set up by costly, elaborate "programs" that drain resources away from the battle against real dangers and threats to the community.

The forces of good are gaining new members as each day passes, as more of my neighbors and those sworn to uphold the law come to realize that they have been USURPED and EXPLOITED by ideologues and tyrants who make them ashamed each time they bow their heads in prayer, or kiss their children goodnight.

I've worked with cops for most of my career. I know I am stereotyping, but I never met a local cop on the beat, out on the street, who was a "frat boy Nazi" out to "purify" the world. The ones I have met were too busy doing their jobs, protecting the public and their brothers in blue from the REAL bad guys, not from people who are despised and slandered because of their ideas, their beliefs or their ethnic lineage.

Instead of assigning a squad of disinfo agents to track my every keystroke, perhaps the commanders running this clown show should worry about maintaining the slavish loyalty of the local "partners" you have so badly deceived, usurped and exploited -- the ones who are now threatened and challenged by a ragtag civilian army that includes too many misfits who have grown drunk with power and think they are above the law.

Locals, let's hear it for local autonomy and state's rights.

We have no evidence that any of this is an official government program or policy, so alluding to an order that rescinds it is nonsensical.

Some official programs, such as Citizen Corps and USA on watch probably used legitimate tools for recruiting then the individuals filtered out the people who didn't fit their mold.

We can reasonably assume individuals with positions in government at many levels are participants in this. The change of leadership in the White House at best might bring an end to the ideology driven atmosphere of the previous administration which almost surely led to all of this. Oh, it was going on before that, but 9/11 and a DOJ led by John Ashcroft was like gasoline on the backyard bar-b-que.

In any case there is no way in hell ANY President has the ability to walk in, wave a magic wand, and instantly cause such a large number of psychopathic dimwits to stop their hate fueled activities. This is now their raison d'etre, I noticed they were even out on Christmas Eve, rather than at home with their families. Some sick puppies there.

As for your first comment, I believe the official involvement was setting up the "program," funding the equipment (including cars and gas to the people you call the "dimwits"), and providing training and other material support. Yeah, I flew from San Diego, picked up my shiny new SUV from the government perp center (since lord knows you cannot rent such a thing) and sat in the parking lot while you went to pick up your meds, but they were obviously out.

Not in any official capacity, not in policy, and claiming it is will be problematic because in making a false claim their denial of it is easy. By failing to see this distinction you will make it hard for the "good people inside" as you call them, to see your position because you are attacking them all.

I do find your continued faith that this will be all ended merely by the good conscience of those "good people inside" to be laughable, even pathetically naive. They stood by and let it happen, you think they will grow a spine just because they finally found YOU complaining about it? I don't mean that as an attack on you but as a heads up that you need to pursue another angle even if you choose not to abandon that one. People just don't give a damn about others, certainly not enough to risk their careers making waves in a government position. If you don't understand that basic fundamental of government employment, that the only way to get fired is by being a troublemaker, then Vic, you aren't only not a good reporter, you've been asleep at the switch of life itself.

Dammit, Vic, most of them saw us as "undesirables" in one fashion or the other, deserved or not, it is just stupid to assume any of them would risk their career for us. The only thing humans really care about is themselves, you want to affect change you better appeal to that.

In that vein here are the 3 logical avenues of appeal:

To the perps on the street, accountability for their crimes. Record them in action, Create a database compiling photos that eventually can be identified through biometrics. License plates.

To the public officials who may be their handlers, again, accountability for their actions, and public exposure for their crimes which would defile their family name and stature in their communities.

To the public in general, the ONLY thing you've got, is the certainty of the slippery slope- once the current crop of TI's is gone, there will be another. And another. Eventually someone will disapprove of something you do and YOU will be next.

Notice in none of the above do you find good or evil or right and wrong. Just a certain fate presented as their destiny for inaction.
