The reality of domestic torture delivered by ideologically-driven, cold-hearted agents of government and their vigilante citizen operatives is finally gaining public exposure by way of first-hand accounts -- including that of this correspondent, a mainstream journalist who has been "community stalked" and tortured by means of silent, potentially deadly radiation weaponry for nearly five years.

In a matter of weeks, this correspondent believes, operatives who have been involved in the purposeful "dosing" of American citizens with various forms of pulsed radiation emitted from so-called "directed energy weapons" and devices will begin to come forward, confirming reports of what's been euphemistically labeled as "electronic harassment" by victims of so-called "community stalking" or "gang stalking."

The "gang stalking" moniker trivializes what is an extensive, multi-level government campaign of extrajudicial targeting and punishment that victims say extends into Canada, the United Kingdom and other industrialized nations.

After six months of reporting in this space, the first crack in an official wall of silence regarding the wholesale deployment of radiation weapons came on Christmas Eve, 2008 -- and went largely unnoticed by the mainstream media.

The magazine New Scientist reported: "The research arm of the U.S. Department of Justice is working on two portable non-lethal weapons that inflict pain from a distance using beams of laser light or microwaves, with the intention of putting them into the hands of police to subdue suspects."

A recent article on the Wired.com magazine "Danger Room" blog site discusses a court document said to indicate that the U.S. Secret Service is involved in the development of directed energy weapons technology. The article speculates that the agency may have deployed such devices in the course of its official duties.

In fact, say victims of government-inspired extrajudicial punishment, these "directed energy weapons," or "D.E.W.," have been covertly used as a weapon of harassment, torture, and infliction of pain and physical and mental incapacitation for years -- with the number of anecdotal reports surging in the wake of 9/11 and the advent of the "war on terror."

Official confirmation of radiation weapons deployment comes despite a substantial body of medical research which indicates that human exposure to microwave radiation can cause strokes, aneurysms, cancer, eye damage and degraded vision, and can induce symptoms that mimic serious brain ailments such as Alzheimer's Disease and schizophrenia. The science indicates that prolonged or intense exposure can induce cognitive impairment resulting in mental incapacitation and physical impairment, even death.

The "targets" of extrajudicial targeting and punishment apparently are not limited to "terrorists" or drug traffickers. They are said to include individuals who have been labeled by persons in positions of authority as "dissidents," "radicals," "whistle-blowers" or undesirables, perhaps due to their lifestyles, their ethnic heritage, or their religious or political beliefs.

Many find themselves slandered and unjustly accused of wrongdoing. Typically, they are not charged with any violation of the law -- yet they are condemned nonetheless to a lifetime sentence of being "community stalked" by citizen vigilantes, over-reaching uniformed officers, or undercover agents.

Some victims who are charged with crimes typically maintain that they were framed -- set up with fabricated or planted "evidence" or entrapped. Journalists are among targeted classes; but many don't realize they are subject to pervasive surveillance, physical harassment and career sabotage until they are already ruined, professionally and personally.

These targeted persons -- and their families -- are subject to relentless harassment and psychological intimidation, including surreptitious entry into their homes and vandalism of their property. Electronic surveillance devices are secreted in the homes and vehicles of the targets, including covertly implanted GPS tracking units. Surveillance data about their whereabouts and personal daily routines funneled to "community stalkers" who are recruited under the cover of government-funded community policing, town watch, and business-related anti-terrorism programs, even fire and rescue squads. Members of retired officers' and fraternal organizations also are said to participate in community stalking. The operations of these civilian vigilantes appear to be overseen by agents of government, ranging from local police personnel to federal intelligence and security agents under whose direction these programs have been institutionalized.

Under the guise of performing "surveillance," the "targets" are subject to electromagnetic radiation of various forms -- ranging from microwaves, lasers, sound waves, perhaps even particle beams, X-rays and gamma rays. The government publicly claims that these "directed energy weapons," or "D.E.W.", are still in the experimental stage, or that working equipment is large and bulky, such as the Army's recent demonstration of a microwave weapon tagged with an innocuous-sounding sobriquet, the "Active Denial System." The government describes these radiation weapons as "non-lethal" -- despite the scientifically proven fact that, depending on the dosage of radiated energy delivered, these instruments can stun, maim, burn, cause strokes or aneurysms, induce illness such as cancer, or kill.

These D.E.W. are being widely deployed, as noted in an article in the April 2008 FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin. The article discusses the potential adverse health effects of D.E.W. fire. The article also states that law enforcement personnel themselves may fall victim to these adverse effects, should criminals or terrorists obtain D.E.W.

What the article does not state is that victims of "community stalking" have complained for several years that they are being tortured by painful D.E.W. radiation attacks, and that their health has been degraded by the cumulative effects of exposure to silent and potentially lethal beams of radiated energy.

These weapons share a characteristic that explains why few people outside of law enforcement are aware of their widespread deployment and usage: The radiation energy the weapons emit is silent and invisible, making possible "the perfect crime" -- the covert application of potentially lethal force.

Victims of D.E.W. attack have tried to appeal to law enforcement for justice, but to no avail. Indeed, that's part of the "M.O." -- when victims complain, they are routinely written off as delusional or mentally ill. Victims say that health care workers also cooperate in this persecution. Targeted persons may even be subject to attempts to commit them to psychiatric facilities, a means of accomplishing the underlying goal of extrajudicial targeting and punishment -- the removal of "targeted individuals" (and by extension, their families) from mainstream society.

Victims of extrajudicial targeting also charge that their family finances are sabotaged and ultimately expropriated by secret government programs ostensibly implemented to disrupt the financial dealings of terrorists and drug traffickers. In effect, they say, they are victimized by a parallel system of transaction processing sold to lawmakers as a necessary component of the "war on terror" -- not as an ideologically-motivated tool of social control and political repression.

There is no rational or moral defense for this horrific domestic torture -- what could be termed a campaign of "slow genocide" -- which is happening right now in cities and towns across America. The "targets" typically pose no danger to society. They are victims of a political system that has institutionalized -- and has attempted to legalize -- extrajudicial punishment. The "war on terror" is the pretext that has been employed to effect a wholesale bypass of the judicial system, and of constitutionally protected rights.

This is the transformation of American democracy into a fascist police state -- an American Gestapo, a frontal assault on our constitutionally guaranteed civil rights and liberties.

When the pervasiveness of this officially sanctioned and funded domestic terrorism and torture is confirmed by "official sources" -- in recent times, the only sources that much of the mainstream media consider sufficiently credible -- any excuses for the excesses that heretofore have come to light will be exposed as evil sophistry.

Some clarifications here, people. Lets use Occams Razor.

Why do "perps" perform these acts against their fellow citizens? Lets not blow it out of proportion. I would bet strongly these perps got busted last weekend with an ounce of pot or meth and the cops gave them a very simple choice. Or, and offer they could not refuse?

The scenario goes something like this. The newly snagged perp is given a choice. Five years in the county lockup...or he can do some "community service" for the cops. Bad news is, that community service is following we Targeted Individuals around night and day. The good news is, suspended sentence and in 3 months you are free to go. No court fees. No jail time. No probation. Its all just swept under the rug.

Now, what I have seen is that the cops, or dark actors whatever you want to call them, have the option to utilize "selective breeding" in its pool of slaves. Does a perp show a true desire, or lust, to harass the targets he is given? Well, that guy isnt let go in a few months, he is promoted to team leader. Now those "team leaders" that follow orders without question are given electronic weapons training and most likely a monthly stipend.

The guys that have been doing the hardcore work for a year or more are most likely the guys you see in the shiny SUV with the chrome wheels and whatnot. Granted, this is my OPINION, but I strongly suspect this is how the meat is fed into the machine.

Lets not forget that Marcus Wolf, creator of the East German STASI was hired by Homeland Security in 2004 along with KGB General Primakov. I doubt VERY much these clowns were passing out interior decorating tips to the DoJ. They were most assuredly telling the DoJ exactly how to create an army of snitches that are now being unleashed on the unsuspecting American populace. Also, as to where the money is coming from to fund this bufoonery, lets NOT forget the CIA is making BILLIONS (with a B) a month in the Afghanistan opium scam. WHAT THE HELL DO YOU PEOPLE THINK THE CIA IS GONNA DO WITH ALL THAT MONEY?!

Again, and as always, thats my opinion as to how the system works but I suspect its close to the truth.

Precisely. "Glenn," yours is one of the few genuine-sounding posts to come to these pages for some time. Could that be a sign that an order has come down from DC that fusion center spies must stop censoring the internet postings?

They are still inserting typos, blocking cookies, filling the hard drive up with DS store files that slow the computer, etc.

Glenn, the tortue continued all day today on me -- intense, dehabilitating. My internet postings are obviously causing the torturers to turn up the heat. Their actions only steel my resolve. And because their identifies are known to their monitors, who now have different marching orders, they increase the harm they do to themselves with each additional assault.

That said, have I missed some strategies to accelerate their path to justice?

While I'm here, some thoughts tonight:

You can run, but you can't hide. So you might as well stick around and do what you can to fight for what's right, and to believe that there are many other "good people," some even on the inside, who are working as I write this to see that what appears to be a virulent, under-the-radar fascism, does not prevail.

The torture matrix is coming apart at the seams, as I said before. The people who think they are above the law will not prevail.

But Barack Obama and his staff, especially David Axelrod and Rahm Emanuel, need to drop the naivete. Did anyone else notice that once again, Obama's left cheek and eye socket looked bruised and distended in his video address, which was probably taped on Friday?

Good people on the inside: I know what directed energy weapons fire feels like, and looks like. I have been attacked all day today, leaving me extremely weak. At one point, I could feel my head burning up. At another point, I couldn't stay awake -- until I got up and moved to another location in the house. Then the drifting off to sleep ended.

Good people on the inside: This is just a hunch, a supposition. I believe President Obama may be exposed to microwave radiation weapons or devices (directed energy weapons). During the late stages of the campaign, he had a sore below his left eye that seemed to take many weeks to heal. And now that area once again just does not look right.

When I raised the possibility in a recent article comment at the Washingtonpost.com, a poster responded with this post: "You ain't seen nothin' yet."

Was this a rogue insider who knows something the naive liberals think "can't happen here"?

And despite an order from JOSOC to special forces in Afghanistan to stand down from special ops due to too many collateral civilian deaths, the radiation attacks on U.S. citizens continue.

I am led to wonder, when I put it all together, whether we are in the midst of a silent coup that very shortly could plunge the nation into chaos, with the imposition of martial law and perhaps a forced change at the top. This is what I fear.

Or have the renegade armies, now apparently in possession of DEW, gone totally "rogue" and are no longer adhering to command and control? Or was that the plan in the first place -- give them the "tools," let them do the dirty work, and disavow knowledge?

Good people on the inside: Is President Obama aware that "DEW" are onsite at the White House? Is he aware of the many reports of radiation weapons attacks on U.S. civilians? OR has the disinformation convinced the White House that thousands of Americans, perhaps tens of thousands, are "delusional"?

Of the millions of Americans on the "terrorist watch list," (many wrongfully listed), how many are under DEW assault? I have not only felt it; I have seen evidence of the weaponry and have looked into the face of a likely trigger man. He didn't look like a commando. He looked like a typical young guy.

And I believe local officials know this weaponry is in use in this community, and may, in fact, have been part of a Justice Department community policing program that has placed these silent, organ-cooking death ray guns in the hands of both regular and "irregular" forces.

I respond to these comments to maintain communication with the good people on the inside who are carefully monitoring those who continue to torture me, hold me a virtual prisoner with their surreptitious home entries, vandalism, and yes, I believe, the continuing tainting/poisoning of consumables.

Good people on the inside, I have some items I would like tested for contamination. If I go to local authorities, the playbook would have them use this against me in a five-year campaign to marginalize and neutralize me as "delusional."

Were other recent instances of food poisoning around the nation the result of these community gang-stalking "program" members? I strongly believe that food store stock may be "switched" by program members when "targets" shop for favorite items. If this is happening in Bucks County, it's probably part of a psy ops/ torture protocol that's followed nationwide by these renegade forces.

How about the fires in Coatesville, PA? From what I have read, it sure sounds like the kind of domestic terrorism these groups commit on a daily basis in southeastern PA -- and most of the victims have been blacks.

Good people on the inside: There may be disloyalty in the ranks. Someone independent of the usual hierarchy needs to request a meeting with Obama, Biden, Axelrod, Emanuel and Panetta, STAT. At the risk of being regarded as an alarmist, too many signs point to the possibility of nefarious goings-on.

Perhaps I would not feel as strongly if I hadn't come across (via Wikileaks) that purported "unconventional warfare" manual that openly talks of the "circumspect" manipulation of the economic systems of nations as a UW tool.

Could our own nation's economic system be in the cross-hairs of some misguided and subversive official forces from within who feel justified in ignoring the will of the people, and their sworn duty to uphold the Constitution?

I raise the issue because I know that the good people who believe in upholding the Constitution, the rule of law -- and the electoral process -- are reading this.

One final thing I've been wondering: If Chuck Norris is calling for the citizenry to rise up and remove Obama from office, is that not an indication of just how close we are to anarchy?

Good people on the inside: You must have the courage to stand up and do something. I do not believe it is an overstatement to say that the fate of the nation, and our liberty, is in your hands.

Congress is full of naive and timid politicians. I am convinced that only the good people on the inside can save the nation. It happened once before in recent times, when Nixon learned that the President is not above the law (no small thanks to some back channel communications by a top FBI official). It is time for men and women of conscience to to act swiftly and boldly, so that naivete and inaction do not doom the rule of law and respect for human rights in America.

If not now, when? When it's too late?

The holes in the theory are many, including the fact that these people don't need to have drug addicts and petty thieves put into positions where they need to be counted upon to be certain places at exact times to be on duty. Let alone put them into positions of trust with the basic fact that knowledge of the program can be dangerous in itself.

I don't know all of your ages but I have noticed lately that in my neighborhood even on friday and saturday nights, it's so quiet after 11 or 12 at night you can hear a pin drop.

Didn't used to be like that, and it's not just a "maybe" it's startling. I've alwaysd been a night owl, that was reinforced when I was in the military as they fly the plames all day and we spent all night fixing them. It's like every oddball who didn't conform and robotically go to their 9-5 slave wage job, has disappeared off the face of the earth.

Stalker claims unsettle police

Detectives are questioning a former Verona resident who has been handing out fliers claiming a large, organized group of stalkers is targeting residents and business owners with the objective of destroying their lives.

"Their intention is to murder their target without getting their hands dirty. It's the perfect hate crime." states the flier, which is titled "A Community Secret Revealed: Organized Stalking is Thriving in NJ."

The one-page flier concludes, "Your neighbor, Frank Raffaele" and gives a Pine Brook address.

Raffaele, 51, is a former Verona resident who moved years ago but resurfaced in recent weeks to hand out fliers, according to police. He has dropped them off in businesses across the township and left the papers in doors and fences in Verona, Caldwell and Pine Brook.

"He's scaring people," said police Chief Doug Huber. "It doesn't make any sense, it's unsubstantiated and it's frightening some people."

Patrol officers and detectives have questioned Raffaele on several occasions. One detective asked him to stop handing out the fliers.

Reached by phone on Tuesday, Raffaele said he has no intention of stopping.

"I'm exercising my First Amendment right at free speech," Raffaele said. "I want to inform people and raise awareness on this subject. These people do exist and it's a big problem."

The flier states that group stalking is a method of harassment by a large group of people, often in the hundreds, against a sole individual.

"The process starts when the group selects a target," the flier states.

"Once the selection is made an expert campaign of character assassination begins with the intention of isolating the person from the community."

"He's getting people excited, especially in light of what happened," said Police Capt. Fred DiStefano, referring to the Feb. 22 robbery and shooting of gas station attendant Daniel Pritchard.

Pritchard, 29, was killed at the Claridge Sunoco on Pompton Avenue. Two suspects have been arrested, jailed and charged with murder in his death.

DiStefano said there is no connection between Pritchard's shooting and Raffaele or his fliers.
Police have not charged Raffaele with a crime, saying it appears to be within his legal rights to hand out the literature.

"There's no law that we could come up with" against it, DiStefano said.

Still, detectives have questioned Raffaele at least twice - in person and on the phone.

And Verona police have taken the unusual step in recent days of including Raffaele's letter in their police blotter, calling the stalking claims unsubstantiated.

The blotter, along with a copy of the flier, was faxed to the Times on Monday morning.

"He's disgruntled, but what he's disgruntled about we don't know," the police chief said.

The flier states the stalkers are professionals, both paid and unpaid, full and part-time.

"The unpaid stalkers are usually neighbors who have been recruited as a result of a successful smear campaign," the flier states. "They naively think they are doing a good deed. Harassment techniques are infinite."

The flier contains the Internet addresses of three Web sites with information and video about gang stalking, and general information about who the victims have been. In one video, the narrator discusses the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center, former President Ronald Reagan and the practices of Scientology.

The video further states that community police watch groups, church groups and gay activists "might actively follow, harass, and assist in the torture and occasional murder of targeted individuals that are total strangers. ..."

"I think this is a serious issue," Raffaele said.

Huber said Raffaele has no history of arrest.

Asked whether Raffaele might be dangerous, Huber said, "He's never given anybody a hard time - we don't believe he's dangerous."

DiStefano asked that anyone who receives a "stalker" flier from Raffaele call police. He said detectives will continue to question Raffaele if they receive complaints.

Every statement quoted from the Frank Raffaele flier comports with my personal experiences.

The good people on the inside know the truth -- about the extrajudicial punishment network, and the veracity of the statements attributed to the Verona police.

Talk about stepping in it. At least the local authorities here in Bucks County appear to have the good sense not to convict themselves in the local media.

Thank you, "any name at all." Rather than being unnerved by what was said about Frank Raffaele, I am encouraged by this development.

Will the Verona police please tell the local press they know nothing about the GPS

I take special note that the local reporter throws in the references to 9/11 and Scientology. Raffaele simply referred to a web site that posted some articles -- maybe even my article, which was posted on infowars.com. Just because he referred to a web article does not mean he buys everything that's posted there. I certainly don't.

As a longtime journalist, it seems obvious that the local cops pointed out the Scientology and 9/11 references to the reporter, who dutifully passed along what seems to be intended as disinformation -- ANOTHER questionable move. Chief Colluzzi or Chief McAteer wouldn't do something so ill-advised, I would like to believe.

Ah, as for myself, I take a camera everywhere I go. I get alot of "street theatre". As far as EM weapons, a mid-20's girl moved in upstairs a few months ago and the torture began in force. The agent was new to the area and I suspect this was a "sanctioned" action to get this guy out of action before he saw too much. Basically, my tactic now is a preemptive strike. If its assured we are tracked by our credit card records, or a secret GPS device planeted in our car, whatever, Ill just show the waitress or salesperson a few select pages so that when the cops walks in right after us, they are mentally prepared for what to expect. I tried this for the first time when we went furniture shopping at Conlin's here in town. I just gave the nice lady the above info and told her I am an anti-war activist and I am subject to harassment. She was stunned about the sheriffs son being a drug dealer and the border guard being almost killed but no arrests. Sure enough, the first day we went shopping, we wrapped things up then off to get some Burger King drive-through action. As we were pulling away from BK we realized we didnt get a copy of the receipt, so we drove the 2 blocks back to Conlin's. Sure enough, there is a Flathead County Sheriff cruiser in the parking lot. This is all within minutes of us leaving, as always. We went back the next week to check some other prices and sure enough, there is a dirty bug-eyed looking snitch sitting at in the waiting are staring intently at me and me alone the whole 15 minutes. This aspect of street theatre is called "baiting". It is hoped that eventually the TI will physically attack the perp or stalker, then once the TI is in the grips of the legal system, they are slowly ruined.

I have to admit, before I ran into this blog I had assumed the harassment system would crumble as a result of the overall global financial mayhem.

But since they are so monumentally, intergalactically stupid as to target a very visible and vocal journalist, I now suspect the harassment system will meet backlash in much the same way as we saw in Iceland.

Only problem (for them) is that unlike egg-throwing Icelanders, Americans are very well armed. But perhaps "they" dont care. Their low level operatives are mere fodder. Maybe they are intentionally fomenting anger and resentment as part of a larger goal. Order out of chaos and all that nonsense.

If I had my druthers, I would simply offer the perps amnesty in exchange for a full confession, access to their equipment...and the names of their bosses. Its not out of the realm of possibility. I know the three other renters in this house are perps, so I printed out and put on their car windshields a news article that describes the "anonymous" leaking of 100,000 names of STASI informants after the collapse of the Soviet Union.

From what I understand, any STASI collaborator now living in Germany is subject to the exact treatment they meeted out to their victims. They cant get jobs, apartments, they are harassed wherever they go, etc. On the other hand, I doubt the perps in America have enough awareness to see beyond thier next hit of meth to know or care what happened back in the 90's.

Anyhow, with that article on the New Jersey man in the newspaper, hundreds of people will now be walking around with little light bulbs popping up above their heads, putting 2 and 2 together in their minds. Once that ball starts rolling, it will gain momentum rather rapidly.

Concerning "those on the inside", I hope you are right but I suspect many "law enforcement" officials are deeply into this network of harassment themselves. Check that youtube clip of a kid recording an abusive officer at a vehicle stop. At 5:05 the cop openly admits "We will ruin your life, and career, and whatever else you got". Who is "we"? How can he be so confident he can ruin a citizens career? What does he mean by "Whatever else you got?".

Back in 2004 I began to suspect my phone calls were being intercepted, and "whatever else I got" in life was being manipulated. I called a guy in Maryland and asked for some motorcycle engine parts. He was a cool guy and we spoke for a bit. He said he would look into the parts for me and get some prices worked out, and that I should call him back in a few days.

I did call him back, but when I did his manner changed completely, as if he didnt want to do business with me or talk on the phone with me. When the cop thraetens to ruin any aspect of your life, I wouldnt doubt they simply get a copy of your phone records, and as soon as you hang up the phone, they call and tell the person you just talked to that you are being "investigated" as a "terrorist".

If a SGT in a dinky little town is fully plugged into such a scheme, I can only imagine how bad things are at the sheriff, state police, and God help us the FBI. I heard and interview with a KGB defector that the KGB only spent 15% of its time and resources on "spy stuff". He went on to say the KGB spent 85% of its time manipulating or subverting the body politic, and identifying then neutralizing dissidents.
