Balmedie, Aberdeen. Donald Trump makes a visit to his new International Golf Course in construction at Balmedie near Aberdeen Scotland.

As well as the course, luxury villas and a large hotel, many other homes and leisure facilities, are being constructed at the large site.

In the midst of the development, farmer Michael Forbes, living in his small farm, sitting right next to where the proposed hotel will be constructed. Michael Forbes, a quarry worker, is refusing to sell up, siting the fact that the home is his, his only, and that nobody has the right to force another out of their property.

The farmstead, a mix of sheds, machinery and rusting relics, is home to Michael and his mother, who lives next door in a mobile home, internally (And externally) much like any other, well kept and clean, a home any working class lady would be proud of.

Donald appears unmoved by Mr Forbes refusal to move out of his own property, however, what is showing on the surface may not be what is felt away from the press.

As a twist, a plot of land 1 Acre in size at the site has been signed over to the "Tripping Up Trump" campaign, which aims to stop the development of "modern clearances" and the siting of a golf course over protected sand dunes. The plot will be owned by as many people that wishes to sign up to the website "The Bunker" http://www.trippinguptrump.com/the-bunker - The Tripping Up Trump solicitor believes that when the plot is owned by multiple individuals, it will be harder for the Trump machine to move Tripping Up Trump via compulsary purchase order.

The new Trump Links International Golf Course may well bring Millions into the local economy and to other cities and towns in the Highland area, but Michael Forbes and Donald Trump may well have to sit face to face to work out a resolution. Possibly a new village for those displaced from their homes at the edge of the site, who knows!
