RE: Request to strip communication license of the NATIONAL

BROADCASTING  CORPORATION [NBC]

As Director of the non-incorporated association, Americans United Against Fascist

and Theocratic Government, I am requesting you to order an investigation

Of the conduct of NBC in the broadcast of its recent production, MORMON in

AMERICA which was initially aired at 10 PM on August 23, 2012.

                    The reason for this request was the refusal of NBC to present a balanced and fair

                    broadcasting of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint in an impartial

                    and fair manner to Americans for the purpose of promoting the candidacy of

                    Willard Mitt Romney to the office of President of the United States during the

current   election year the production was designed to mislead the

 populace of the United States that the aforesaid church has no intention of

committing a coup ‘d etat in peacefully capturingcontrol of the United States

government to convert it into a theocratic kingdom to expand influence and control

of the church over the governments of the world utilizing the  

powerful military capacity of the U.S. government.  This allegation is supported by

history and published writings of the Mormon Church as well as investigative books

and journals.

 The production was slanted and made to appear that it was the result of impartial

investigative reporting when in fact it could have been produced by the public

relations Department of the referenced church.

I have attached a review of the production published on the internet on August 27,

2012 through OpedNews.com to demonstrate that an attempt was made to NBC

three daysprior to the time of the airing to alert it to the other side of  the issue of a

Mormon [Mitt Romney] seeking the office of president as a threat to the Republic.

That reviewsuggests that an unwarranted interference by operation

MOCKINGBIRD of the CIA is present to assist in the implementation of the  

quest.

I will submit other materials in support of this needed investigation to the FCC upon

your request.

This issue is of vital and urgent importance to the government of the United States

and to the People it serves and should be commenced immediately!
