The death of Government scientist David Kelly returned to haunt Labour today as a group of doctors announced that they were mounting a legal challenge to overturn the finding of suicide.

Dr Kelly's body was found six years ago this week in woods close to his Oxfordshire home, shortly after he was exposed as the source of a BBC news report questioning the grounds for war in Iraq.

There is no doubt in my mind that foul play was at foot, David Kelly was one person that knew that Iraq had no weapons of mass destruction he also knew that there was no other reasons than the proposed oil pipe between Iraq and the borders of Afghanistan to connect to the already finnished pipeline to China. Thats why I believe he was excuted and this was no suicide. This case will open a whole can of worms that will lead to 10 Downing Street and then onward to the Whitehouse.

Tony Blair and his cronies will be losing sleep over this legal challenge. But I expect that Brown will try to block this as he I am sure was involved in the deceptions conserning Iraq as well.
