TruemorsThe way lawns look at the moment in Victoria. In the Melbourne area we are allowed to hand water shrubs and trees between 6 and 8 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Lawns cannot be watered at all. As I write the temperature is approaching 40 degrees Ther has been no rain for about a month.
