Dubai and the credit worries

I've been reading some articles, and I see there are some people who claim Dubai is so great it is virtually unaffected by the global economic troubles and so on and so forth, but the truth of the matter is that it is not all rosy rosy. 2009 will definitely be a low growth year for Dubai, even though Dubai will remain a top-notch place to work in. Well, that's my opnion.. Let's wait and see.
