A water main in Dundalk, , Baltimore County, Maryland, has burst in the Logan Village area, flooding Dundalk Ave, McShane Ave, Longview Ave in waist-deep water. Broening Highway collapsed, and is closed from _695 to the Duntalk Tunnel.

Cars are stuck in water, and some of those vehicles are occupied.

Rescuers are now trying to figure out how to rescue those drivers.
