New Delhi: Andhra Pradesh Governer E.S.Lakshmi Narsimhan following the N.D.Tiwari's resignation take extra charge when till not appointed new Governer in Andhra Pradesh. E S Lakshmi Narasimhan was sworn-in as the Governor of Andhra Pradesh following N D Tiwari's resignation in the wake of a controversy over a sting operation purportedly showing him in a compromising position with three women. President Pratibha Patil had yesterday asked Narasimhan, currently the Chattisgarh Governor, to discharge the duties in the Raj Bhavan here till further arrangements were made. Chief Minister K Rosaiah, his Cabinet colleagues, leaders of opposition parties, former Chief Minister Nadendla Bhaskara Rao and others attended the function. State Chief Secretary P Ramakanth Reddy read out the warrant of appointment of Narasimhan following which the High Court Chief Justice administered the oath. A former Indian Police Service officer of the Andhra Pradesh cadre, Narasimhan has also served as chief of the Intelligence Bureau.

Narasimhan arrived here late last night and was received at the Begumpet airport by Rosaiah. Tiwari, who submitted his resignation on Saturday, left for New Delhi around 5.30 am today.

For eg.in Maharashtra. 1) Raj Thackeray & Bal Thackeray saying Maharashtra for Marathas only & north Indians Are not welcome in Mumbai . 2) Manhandling even peoples representatives when they speak in a language other than Marathi In Karnataka; 1) kannadigas only should write the exams in Karnataka and jobs for locals only is demanded 2) At a marriage reception when a Muslim youth attended as an invitee people barging Into the function uninvited shamelessly dragging chaos and embarrassment to Organizers of the function In Andhar Pradesh : 1) Power thirsty KSR. Demanding separate Telangana & Telangana for Telangana people only. There are several allegations by opposition parties people & some members of congress party itself crying hoarse about land grabbing ,construction of industries and accumulating hundreds of thousand of crores by late Rajasehara Reddy, Mr Jaganmohan Reddy, Gali Janardhana reddy, others and few opposition leaders .I wish you will encourage genuine enquiry into the allegations by CBI revenue & forest departments by really sincere and honest officers giving full protection to them In Uttar Pradesh: 1) Irresponsible Myavathi with unresisted desire to become prime Minister playing the Dalit Card & creating caste confrontation to become PM by hook or crook 2) BJP, Shivasena, Ramsena – playing Hindutva Card destroying religious harmony in the country. 3) We have enemies in Pakistan, China & Bangladesh. Now by provoking Indian Muslim & Christian communities turning them into enemies, leading to inter religious clashes causing anxiety for internal Security where will Bharat go? 4) Regional feelings are harmful and ultimately destroy nation, disintegrating into colonies on the basis of language, caste and religion – lead to interstate fights which are starting already for water & power etc. 5) Confusion created by unnecessary proliferation of political parties must also be prevented. 6) Only National parties must be permitted that too only 2 or 3 parties if possible. So a law must be brought and enforced,. 7) I hope you will pay attention to my request to improve the condition in the country. Visakhapatnam- 530013 To THE GOVERNOR OF ANDHRAPRADESH RESPECTED SIR,, POLITICAL CRISIS IN ANDHRA PRADESH Who is Responsible? Is it People, people’s Representatives or Central Government? Are all the citizens of Telangana desire separation whole heartedly? Mr. Chandra Sekhara Rao as a Cabinet Minister under N.T.R. &Chandrababu Naidu and later in Central Government whynever remembered Telangana’s backwardness. What did he do for the region? As he could not get the position he wished under Chandra Babu Naidu he came out starting TRS & Telangana agitation. He is Power Monger. So many families loosing their loved ones. Imagine the agony of parents, Mr Chadra Sekhara Rao, if you want power and want to become Chief Minister -You need not destroy the Andhra Pradesh by dividing, come we will make you Chief Minister of Samaikya Andhra. I openly question Chandrababu Naidu, do you have integrity, value for your word? Did you not just to gain few more seats in elections, join hands with KCR hoping to become Chief Minister? Did you not strongly support United Andhra earlier? Inspite of your support to separate Telangana Dr. Rajasekhara Reddy known for his strong objection to divide Andhra Pradesh won more seats than any party including TRS – Proving people of Telnagana themselves are not supporting the cause and they wanted United Andhra. Devendra Goud left the party shouting for separate Telangan – Jointed KCR, later PRP contested to be defeated again proving Telangana people does not want separation. Not learning a lesson did you not promise TRS & KCR that you will support separation if bill is introduced in Assembly? Is it not a support in Toto? Is it not irresponsible on your part now encouraging cadres to agitate loosing your reliability, integrity & faith among people. BJP leaders went out & out to support Telangana to gain political advantage. Communists for political gain did they not join hands with KCR. Congress leaders, Ministers & Legislators did they not say that they are not against separation. Announcing that their leader is Sonia Gandhi they will be abiding by her decision & central leaders decision? To make Jagan Chief Minister when they went against the same Sonia’s decision though calling her Amma – Organized rallies, Dharnas, Hunger strikes threatening with resignation and shouting that people of Andhra Pradesh wished it though not right. When it comes to Telanagan, they have forgotten the same people. Giving an impression to high command they do not have objection. Now creating fuss destroying public and Government properties is it not irresponsible and shameful to blame central leader for our mistakes. First of all if bill is introduced in the Assembly and put for voting and defeating it, then Center should not have this unfortunate discomfort. Ultimately I say vehemently that neither people nor central leaders and Sonia is responsible for crisis. It is because of our spinelessness, lake of honesty & principles, commitment & concern, lack of forethought, lack of integrity in thought and action is responsible. It is not Sonia or Manmohan or Chidambarm or Pranab betrayed C.M. & Andhra it is our leaders betrayed Sonia & Manmohan and our CM. I am ashamed of what is going on in the state.
