It's happened again. An official demand that I repeatedly sign my name on an electronic digital signature touchpad yielded a document that displayed a signature vaguely resembling my own, but which clearly was not an accurate representation -- what I believe to be the product of purposeful electronic trickery intended to make persecuted "dissidents," "undesirables," and other extrajudicially "targeted individuals" vulnerable to identify theft and financial fraud.

The Luciferian motive of the electronically rendered signature scam: to compromise a key piece of personal identification, an individual's unique signature, while marginalizing the "target" as a paranoid personality when he or she questions the authenticity of the electronically rendered signature image.
This time, it happened at a Morrisville, Falls Township Bucks County PA branch of Wells Fargo Bank, where I was opening a new checking account in an attempt to thwart suspected identity thieves who may be responsible for suspicious cash withdrawals and purchases. It is possible that the bank staff was "just following orders," and may not have fully known that rogue law enforcement or security agents were engaging in what I am convinced was another devious and criminal set-up -- forging my signature in real-time by remote control, a sociopathic ruse to make me appear paranoid and delusional when I remark that the signature does not look "legit."
In this latest Wells Fargo bank branch case, the prime evidence was the way in which the first letter of my last name was depicted on the digital signature printout presented to me by a bank customer service person. The tail of the "L" did not turn downward -- as always is the case when I sign my name -- but extended horizonally in an unbroken pattern, floating above the remaining letters, even crossing the "t" in "Livingston." I always cross the "t" in a separate stroke, and have done so since I first learned to write cursive English.
When I was handed the obviously phony facsimile of my John Hancock, it knew exactly what was going down, because the exact same modue operandi was foisted upon me in May 2011 -- and in 2007 as well as in 2003 -- when I renewed my driver's license at a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles office in the same township. On those occasions, an apparent undercover agent posing as a DMV clerk asked me repeatedly:
"That is your signature, right?" -- evoking from me a truthful response:
"Well, what you're showing me doesn't look like the way I signed it on the pad a few minutes ago."
"What are you saying?" the rogue DMV agent asked me last year. "You just signed your name on the pad, right?"
Sensing a set-up, I responded thusly:
"Well, I signed the pad, but what you just handed me looks like a forgery."
"How could that happen?" the rogue agent demanded of me.
"Well, anything that's transmitted electronically can be altered in transit."
"Who would want to do that to you?" came the predictable response, intended to reinforce the notion that I am some kind of a paranoid personality.
My rejoinder went something like this:
"Well, I'm a journalist, and you'd be surprised at the lengths to which some people will go if they don't like what a journalist is writing about."
At that point, the apparent agent offered the suggestion that sometimes the electronic pen does not render a precisely accurate signature image. And I said that's certainly true.

When I looked for the account today, I discovered that all references to the incident have been "disappeared" -- most likely by a draconian real-time telecommunications/computer censorship regime administered by Lockheed Martin under contract to various U.S. agencies and commands:

In yesterday's incident at Wells Fargo Bank, my responses pretty much mirrored what I had to say on those earlier occasions. I was careful not to make any bold assertions of a set-up in progress, knowing that to do so would be to fall into a meticuously engineered "gaslighting" stunt -- so named after the classic Ingrid Bergman movie in which a psychopathic husband manipulates the environment in an attempt to make his wife think she's going mad.
How could rogue agents stage such a high-tech ruse on the spur of the moment? The answer is that it was not a spur of the moment thing; agencies and commands of the nationwide threat fusion center Gestapo track my every move, my every word, via illicit, apparently warrentless 24/7 surveillance, within my premises, inside my car, and everywhere I go. These ideology- and hate-driven operatives, military contractor personnel and their government overlords, know that I suspect my checking account has been compromised, and heard me discuss with my wife our intention to secure access to our family finances and meager savings.

This is a high-tech proprietary system camouflaged as surveillance and the National Broadband Initiative. The protected class is not under electromagnetic attack because the attack system is centrally controlled. How does the broadband or wifi get to the computers? Same general manner in which the triangulated scalar electromagnetic beams triangulate on the target. The target illumination devices may be portable, but scalar wave triangulation, from phased array antenna that are ground-based OR low-orbit based, is much more efficient.

You like to characterize the situation as being the result of only private interests and "proprietary systems." It's partially private - but on the whole it is a public/private cabal - hell bent on the fascist subjugation of the whole land. The government is right in the middle of it and up to its neck in the funding and organization of it. The private portion is driven by profit motives and by the generally asinine behaviour of psychopaths. Of course the government is driving it all, and this is obvious because eighty percent of the population engages in GS/flashmobbing/tracking/stalking/ via fusion centers and rogueish "citizen" oriented groups like the people's court (not the TV show). The government funds it because there is no revenue stream otherwise. Who would be buying all of the high-technology of oppression? Following the money means it leads back to government. Without a doubt its black budget coffers have been reinvigourated by the 700B bailout. In other words, we are paying to enslave ourselves. You have mentioned police involvment yourself. What't that? Government.

The bottom line motive is "social cleansing" -- genocide. The targets are members the same groups and social classes targeted by totalitarians and hate-mongers throughout history. U.S. corporations and their co-conspirators in powerful and secretive units of the federal government, as well as state and local security agencies and law enforcement, are following the Nazi playbook to the tee. The fusion center network provides the overall infrastructure for the implementation of this slow-kill social cleansing/genocide.

The brazen disregard for individual privacy rights is the title of your article, as identity theft is more likely when the government considers its "subjects" to be open book pawns for its own aims. The founders created the fourth amendment to the constitution - expecting that the most likely source of interference for individuals was via the power of the state. They did not foresee the combination of public and private, and the total information awareness surveillance police state - where a somewhat disingenuous combination of public and private parts would present the power of the "state". They would have abhorred such a device as much as straightforward state-only power, as a means to totalitarianism. Of course. But - due to the lack of foresight into what technology could do to easily combine public and private power into an invasive system of oppression - they outlined the fourth amendment around "governmental" entities. In reality - the current system is "governmental", although that is cloaked by an intentional blurring of the interactions between public and private cabal elements. The Russian constitution, interestingly, was designed in the current era (1994), and expressly prohibits even private meddling in an individual's affairs. In fact, the Russian constitution requires government intervention in such instances, to protect the individual. This requirement was driven - I should imagine, by the knowledge of "psuedo state" power of private interests that may be a result of money in combination with today's massively invasive technologies. Today, in Russia, what we observe as "gangstalking" would be a highest level felony offense. The lack of explicit code for "privacy" outside of government action or influence, in our constitution, was seen as a "loophole" through which ultimately - our country has fallen to fascism .

Whitecapping is a violent lawless movement among farmers that occurred specifically in America during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It was originally a ritualized form of enforcing community standards, appropriate behavior and traditional rights.
The Whitecapping movement started in Indiana around 1873, as white males began forming secret societies in order to attempt to deliver justice independent from the state. These groups were known as the 'White Caps'. The first White Cap encounters were generally aimed at those who went against a community’s values. Men who neglected or abused their family, people who showed excessive laziness and women who had children out of wedlock are all prime examples of possible targets.[2] As whitecapping spread into the Southern states during the 1890s, the targets became drastically different. In the South, White Cap societies were generally made up of white dirt farmers that intended to control black laborers and prevent merchants from acquiring more land.[3] These societies in the South made it their task to attempt to force a person to abandon his home or property. This racial character of whitecapping in the South is thought to have been ignited by the agricultural depression that occurred around the same time. With all of the attention centered on producing cotton, the South’s economy became very unbalanced. Many farmers went into debt and lost their lands to merchants through mortgage foreclosures.[4] The merchants and their black laborers became quick targets for the dirt farmers who seemed to be losing everything. Racism contributed to the problem as well, prosperous black men in the South always faced resentment that could be expressed violently.[5]
