Dr. Earl Bradley, a pediatrician in Lewes, Delaware, was indicted on 471 charges including rape and assault.
Earl Bradley is accused of molesting 103 children who were his patients. The alleged crimes were captured on 13 hours of video.
Back in December, Earl Bradley was arrested and charged with abusing 9 children, with 29 felony counts.
Bradley is being held on $2.9 million bail. The state Board of Medical Practice has permanently revoked his license.

If anyone can say that a public horsewhipping would constitute cruel and unusual punishment for this guy, speak up.

I agree 100%. I would add that once the horsewhipping was completed, he would be turned over to the fathers and mothers of those children he molested. No profession is trustworthy.....isn't it time we step up be proactive?
