Earl Update: Powder is still dry and balcony flowers need rain
So far, the sky is cloudier this morning. There is not a speck of breeze as Earl is hugging the shoreline to the south of us. I can see on radar that Southern Virginia south of Washington is getting some rain. Air traffic appears normal for this time of day.
Radar doesn’t lie, Earl is a creep.
