The City of Miami Florida has been gearing for early voting in light of the anticipated heavy turn out on November 2, 2010.  One of the people who have been active is Joe Miller. Joe Miller is the Chairman of the Miami Dade Democrats with Disabilities. He has been encouraging people to vote.
