Earthquake alert has been issued to Dalian City, According to a local news / radio service it has been said that the earthquake might hit dalian. Its advised for people to be alert from 9:00 p.m CST to 4:00 a.m CST. Panic has been noticed in many areas of the city and people are taking reasonably safety measures.
The earthquake panic has been highly noticed due to the events occurred in the last month in Sichuan Province, China.
