Yeah, well Charged with the brutal rape of a 17 year old girl, 28-year-old Abdikarim Mohamed Firin can be sure to have many reasons why he did it.

Of course once in prison I am sure his cell mates may not be as understanding, as many cell mates have sisters, mother, daughters, who see Rapists as low as Child Molesters.

Let's hope Broom handle Justice in Prison, by Prisoners will permanently Cure what ails him as he protests his innocence to all who listen to his screams.

Many will disagree with my Opinion, but one can be certain a 17 year girl and her family, friends and neighbours would have much worse in store for Mohamend if given the opportunity.

Rape victim helps nab suspect

After suffering broken facial bones after a horrific beating and rape, a 17-year-old girl was instrumental in helping police collar a suspect.

"She suffered serious facial injuries," police spokesman Patrycia Chalupczynska told Sun Media yesterday. Investigators said the young woman was attacked in a downtown home just after midnight Sunday near 102 Street and 108 Avenue, but officers could not confirm reports she had just met her assailant before agreeing to go to his house.

Following the savage assault, the bloodied teen fled her attacker's residence and was treated by Good Samaritans and paramedics before being transported to hospital.

While being treated, the victim passed along crucial information to cops, which allowed them to obtain a search warrant and nab their chief suspect.

"The responding officer was able to get significant information about the incident," Chalupczynska said.

Charged with sexual assault, forcible confinement and aggravated assault is 28-year-old Abdikarim Mohamed Firin.
