A historical day, people voting like never before, supporting their candidates, lines of citizens waiting on line under the sun or rain can be observed all over the country, even little children have an opinion this time.
The tension grows as time to know official results is getting near. IFE disorganisation has been evident and contributed to doubt, anxiety and tension at the urns.
"The polling booths opened very late, the process was very slow, it took me 5 hours to vote." says Nathalia Mejia "It could have taken longer but the voters organised themselves writing their turn on their wrist otherwise it would have taken even longer" " I wonder how many hours # 700 had to wait"
People who have not had an opportunity to vote are protesting in front of the IFE building.
