ELECTION DAY IN THE U.S. Obama vs McCain Nov 4 2008

So todays the big day in the U.S. for the Presidentail election.  As a Canadian it still is exciting to watch this unfold.  You have Obama Barack versus John McCain in the most anticipated election in history.  Like a prize fight it sure will be a huge ticket.  On one side you have Obama the cool next door neighbour you would like to have a conversation with , and on the other side McCain the grumpy old guy that mutters cuss words under his breath to the neighbourhood kids.  Each candidate is truly the best person for their party , both having strong attributes to bring to the global table as a world leader.   Anyway you look at it, this election will either be a landslide victory or the tightest vote right to the last counted ballot.  In the long run It appears that which ever candidate becomes the next Commander-in-Chief these next four years are going to be interesting.  Adding economic collapses and wars that are on-going can the U.S. re-establish it's world image.  The answer is we will have to wait and see.
