(Note: My attempts to properly format this article also are being sabotaged, apparently in real time by cyber-psychopaths of Lockheed Martin, prime contractor for U.S. government "cyber-security" censorship regime.)
GET POLITICAL W/ VIC LIVINGSTON
A year or so ago, I discovered that the electrical service voltage to my house was constantly running 7-8 volts off the 120-volt norm, causing electric lights to flicker and motors (such as the refrigerator motor) to run slow, possibly reducing the life of motor-driven appliances. I became suspicious when our lights seemed to be constantly dim -- what the "gangstalkers" call "gaslighting," after the classic film Gaslight, in which an evil husband lowered the house lights as part of a psychopathic campaign to make his wife believe she was going cray. An inexpensive voltage meter revealed that someone, or some authority, had ordered that the voltage our electrical service be chronically cut back.
Another symptom: a vintage record player seemed to run slow at times, making me think that a part was defective. The voltage meter confirmed the sick, likely truth: Lockheed Martin cyberNazi surveillance operatives were cutting back the electrical voltage to make me think that the unit was malfunctioning.
Now, last night, it happened again; a player that seemed to be functioning fine started to run slow. So I went to the closet to retrieve the voltage meter so that I could check the electrical service to confirm my suspicions that these psychopaths were using my electrical service to play mind games.
But I could not perform the test, because the voltage meter is now missing -- apparently STOLEN out of my house while my wife and I were upstairs, kept in a deep sleep state by Lockheed Martin attack with the U.S. government electromagnetic radio frequency directed energy weapon system, whose heinous use I have exposed in my writings.

Interestingly, this all happened just days after a "smart" electric meter -- a new, high-tech, radio frequency- controlled whole house meter -- was installed on the side of our house. (We had voluntarily signed up for what was described in utility company literature as a stand-alone RF device to curtail the external central air conditioning unit during summer "heat events," to use the power company's phrase, and I was personally assured by the technician when that work was done several weeks ago that the dedicated A/C device did not affect the whole-house electrical service.)
Now that there's a new, unrequested and undesired RF smart meter controlling the power flow to the entire house, not just the external A/C compressor, are Lockheed Martin operatives now able to more easily cut back the electric service voltage coming into their targets' homes by using the new "smart" meters? I strongly suspect that's the case -- although they've apparently had no problem cutting back MY voltage for years now (perhaps because their goons have installed technology that externally controls all of my home's major systems).
If the voltage meter shows up in another place (possibly returned by home invaders after I publish this account), I will let you know in this space. In the meantime, I'll go out and buy another one, just so I can continue to chronicle the psychopathic psyops that continue to victimize me and my interests.

The cost of a dental crown = $1100.00 quote from an American Nazi dentist. If the Führer approves your bloodline and underwrites an honorary insurance policy for you (which you must pay for) it will cost about half of that (plus the cost of the insurance). So, with the Führer's blessing, expect to pay at least around $500.00 to get a fake tooth installed that costs the dentist around 50 bucks from a dental lab. Big ****Sieg Heil-salute**** for that!

Measuring voltage off your outlets is meaningless, if you have corrosion on any contacts in the circuits and breakers before that it will cause a voltage drop and that's not the power company's fault.
Median voltage in the US is 117 volts. Appliances are designed with a 5% tolerance of that.

To any passing normal reader, the aggressive and insane drivers and the home invasions and petty (but expensive over time) vandalism that Vic describes so perfectly in this article would seem unbelievable. Such things cannot happen in the US. But such things ARE happening. And such things are being orchestrated by DHS/NSA, etc. Vic's article describes the lower circles of the tortures of the New Dante's Inferno -- the New Cointelpro on Steroids that has spread across the US like a cancer and eagerly embraced by generations who have forgotten what this country used to stand for. Our nations' values and freedoms are being deliberately rotted from the top by our own "defense" and "police" agencies. The US is the new USSR. Maybe there's hope -- maybe the Pentagon will put its foot down and stop the rot.

There is NOTHING "petty" about persons invading one's home in the middle of the night to commit acts of vandalism and "gaslighting." That is the dictionary definition of TERRORISM. We have been terrorized in this manner for more than EIGHT years -- as far as we know... perhaps it goes back even farther than that. Don't you dare to use the term "petty" to describe these felonious acts of domestic terrorism, which also involve theft, and likely, identity theft that's cost us untold sums of money.

"Petty" describes the theft that I have experienced of petty items that appear and disappear from my house, items, such as toothpaste, soap, eyeglasses, dishes, books, etc. The thefts so far have been small (petty) but over time the cost of these items mounts, because when they go missing, I am forced to buy replacments. The fact that a lot of these items eventually have been returned (as part of the gaslighting circle of hell) does not negate the fact that this is theft.

They are not "petty", each act is obviously being planned with "malice aforethought" of the next act - all planned in advance. Time Warner Cable has a smart home technology that people can order so they can turn on and off all their appliances and tvs and lights, etc. in their homes from home or at work, out away from home. Is it possible that the smart home technology is already set up in homes... a small amount, 50%, 75% of homes, more??? Well, many targeted individuals have complained about being shocked and tortured and also having their fridges, tv's, lights etc go on and off, make strange noises, shake etc... so at least we know TWC admits to having this tech. They sell this smart home technology! Of course it exists! But most people are too afraid to care, or too dumb to realize that this is going on, or too naive to think anybody would be sadistic enough to do this to good people.
