Eliminating political opponents

A political murder. Gunned down at close range from behind. Maurice Templesman's agent Bill Ulman needs to be questioned about his activities surrounding this murder. An act which occurred during the United Nation's(UNTAG) presence here in Namibia to oversee elections in 1989.  Much has been written about Maurice Templesman's (CIA ?) involvement in the Congo just prior to the elections when the popular leader at the time was assassinated in the 1960’s. What was he doing in Namibia during 1989 ?

In retrospect its discovered he had everything to do with securing Namibia’s DIAMONDS for Oppenheimer/De Beers.  A new “old front” (Tempelsmann) was required in Namibia, to exert its influence and thus the outcome in the United Nation supervised elections headed by Martti Ahtisaariits, (UN Special representative). Under cloak and dagger, smoke and mirrors tactics Tempelsmann/Ulman assumed a defensively independent stance at first, and denied any involvement with De Beers. But he was quietly dovetailed into De Beers's manipulated Apartheid government "third force"officials still operating in the police, prosecution and judiciary, who collaborate with De Beers officials in smuggling syndicates.

(New York) Tempelsman cultured a deep relation with SWAPO 14 years before the independence of Namibia. So when he arrived here he had entrenched his influence, on all levels, on certain governments bureaucrats, to ensure the control of the new Namibian government and De Beers its diamonds, gold, cement, coal and just about all other mineral rights to be acquired in Namibia.

He has succeeded beyond all expectations and exposed the extent of this influence when he threatened the President in writting in 2003, that if he allowed the government to execute a resolution in terms of section 48 and 49 of the Diamond Act, which allows the Namibian government to take 10% of the annual diamond production and test the international rough diamond prices, he would be playing with nuclear weapons, a better solution would be the acceptance of a US$30m “sweetner”.

The government never executed the sale of diamonds, inspite of a Presidential Cabinet resolution and subsequent Action Letter issued to the Minister, he succumbed to pressure, and was removed shortly afterwards. At this point the control over the government by SWAPO politicians was publicly declared lost, shifting Oppenheimer/De Beers’s absolute grip on government affairs, in collaboration with Tempelsman a step forward in particular the control over minerals. The side effects of this instigating political instability within Swapo ranks much to their advantage in all respects.  

Namibia was swarming with South African Apartheid government's -"Stratcom" “third force” agents during 1989. Supported by its local structures, it was hell bent on disruption, manipulation, misinforming, spying, theft, sabotage and the murdering of political opponents, undermining the United Nations efforts in every respect. 

Many of these culprits have found refuge in South Africa, and the “Half” Truths and “lots” of Reconciliation Commission in South African, never resulted in any of the culprits being brought to justice, (This year an exception : when Vlok, van der Merwe and otherswere convicted in South Africa for poisoning Rev Chikane, a crime commited at Hose Kutako Airport in Windhoek, Namibia, van der merwe was then a senior security policeman in Windhoek in 1989) 

Now it is understood, given the close alliances, between “Stratcom’s –Third force” and De Beers and Tempelsman and his manipulated SWAPO government officials, why the police did not apprehend your agent Ulman and question him on his activities in the Late Lubowski's house before he was gunned down in 1989. They need to be investigated as co-perpetrators to the crime.

There can be no peace while the culprits run free and still play an active role in manipulating the affairs of State in Namibia and South Africa, while the victims continue to suffer.

During the Inquests held into Late Adv Lubowski's death, the police swore an Oath in court they were not monitoring him during the UNTAG period, just before he was gunned down on 12th September 1989. But secret Security Police files show that the police were monitoring the deceased under a WH11 code –listening device, planted in the home of the deceased. Further more, a security policeman Linus Neumbo publicly stated that he was monitoring Lubowski while on duty, the shift just before he was murdered. Even the leading newspaper,

The Namibian, at the time accused the police of being involved in the Lubowski murder. The details of the out of court settlement between the Namibian newspaper and the police were not disclosed in the published article "Clarification of the Lubowski murder" settlement deal ?

The police committed perjury, presenting false verbal evidence under oath. The day following the murder, the police removed the device. I arrive at the crime scene early the following morning. It was cordoned off and many police around the house and on the roof. I examined the front gate where Lubowski was shot and went into the house, and for the next three days looked after the place, not one police officer has ever asked me what I was doing on a serious crime scene !!!!!

So blatantly orchestrated was the investigation in his death and these Inquest hearings, that one finds it quite astonnishing that not one of the string of lawyers who claimed to have represented the deceased, including the prosecution - special investigator Nico Horn - did not challenge this public announcement made by Security policeman Linus Neumbo of purjury by the police. To add further insult to justice. human rights and ones inteligence, it was in fact known to all that it was legal for the police to monitor anyone as at June of 1989- the date of a memorandum prepared by Lubowski/Diane Hubbard-Corbit, to have that section of the Act repealed.

Maurice Tempelsman must also tell exactly who he manipulated in SWAPO to get Bill Ulman to be a guest in the deceased's home in Windhoek, when he arrived in Namibia in March 1989 ? And who were the end-users to the information he was stealing from the deceased's house. And did he pass on the bank account numbers of the deceased to the South African military and/or the Namibian Apartheid security police, into which money was paid, as part of the murder plot, so that they could allege after his death that he was a paid spy for South African Apartheid military intelligence. By doing so, also open the though that the new in-coming Swapo government might have had a roll in murdering one of their own key people because he was an alleged paid spy ?  

The Namibian police’s “third force “operatives are silent, for obvious reasons they can not investigate themselves on these crimes and the other linked crimes e.g. the bombing of the United Nations offices in Namibia which the Security Council, UNITED NATIONS, as yet, have not investigate, leaving it up to this syndicate. Police records widely spread inform us. More to come in an endeavour to have justice seen to be done.
