All the fretting about the effects of the budget "sequester" -- a classic euphemism of political obfuscation used to describe an across-the-board meat-axe approach to cutting the federal budget -- could be rendered irrelevant if this nation halted its officially-sanctioned and taxpayer-funded persecution of citizens who dare to exercise their supposedly guaranteed constitutional rights.
  
The nation's budget deficit could be largely eliminated one fell swoop by defunding the multibilliondollar fusion center network, an interstate Gestapo run out of more than seventy regional "centcoms" that comprise an extrajudicial shadow government that is accountable to no elected officials at any level of government.   

The structure and organization of the American fusion center network closely parallels the authoritarian system of the Geheime Staatspolizei, the "secret state police" regional policing prototype instituted by the German Nazi party shortly after Hitler took power in the early 1930s   -- what became commonly known as the Gestapo.  

The American fusion center Gestapo uses military high-tech to covertly target, spy on, censor, persecute and physically neutralize and harm many thousands of Americans who have been deemed to be "dissidents" or "undesirables" by ideologues pursuing a hidden agenda of  "social cleansing."   It is the infrastructure of a "social cleansing," a covert slow-kill genocide.

The fusion center Gestapo is under the de facto administration of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, with the U.S. Secret Service the apparent lead agency in command. Its covert "black ops," including electromagnetic torture and programs financial sabotage, are engineered and executed by a fascist element that has seized power in homeland, military and intelligence agencies and commands, via their prime defense contractor, Lockheed Martin -- a multinational corporation that is the logistical arm of a global fascist infrastructure that is known to some as "The New World Order." 

The regional fusion centers have insinuated U.S. military and intelligence agencies into local policing, a de facto usurpation of local control of law enforcement -- a blatant violation of the 19th century Posse Comitatus Act, a law which on paper prohibits the U.S. military from engaging in domestic law enforcement operations.  

While Posse Comitatus never has been officially repealed, it has been rendered obsolete by the draconian legislation passed in the wake of the September 11, 2001 attacks, such as the Patriot Act, which continues to be renewed by a rubber-stamping U.S. Congress despite its codification of provisions which effectively eviscerate many of the rights supposedly guaranteed to all U.S. citizens under the U.S. Constitution, such as the Fourth Amendment right to be free of unreasonable searches and seizures, and the First Amendment rights of freedom of speech and association.   Constitutional rights of American citizens are wantonly violated by broad-based fusion center programs of warrantless surveillance and searches.

The draconian "war on terror" laws also are being used to justify a covert program of electromagnetic assault, torture, impairment, even slow-kill murder, of many thousands of American citizens who have been condemned as "dissidents" or classified as "undesirables" or "pre-criminals."  This American slow-kill genocide is being conducted via a nationwide radio frequency weapon grid deployed terrestrially on cell towers everywhere, supplemented by U.S. military satellites.
