Saakashvili launched last Bush Attack for war against Russia

Yesterday Skynews Europe brought the Interview with Saakashvili eager to join NATO. Even he was not convinced anymore that Russia started the war. He said something had to be done to protect Georgia, well shooting first, the old Bush doctrine.

Bush last surprisal:

Fast track without qualification procedure to enter Georgia and Ukraine into NATO. That would mean a clear message to Russia for NATO war. The proposal was rejected by inner NATO circles publishing the last Bush attack for war and so the Bush war seems to end grounded in Peace.

No doubt, Obama counteracted Bush-Cheney last minute war

An EU probe into the August war between Russia and Georgia was formally launched Tuesday, Dec. 2, tasked with ascertaining the origins and unfolding of the conflict.

Heidi Tagliavini, former UN special representative to Georgia, will head the enquiry, which will consist of 10 "recognized experts" handpicked to dissect the facts surrounding events leading to and during the war.

The team will draw on military, history, legal and human rights expertise and has until July 31, 2009, to present its conclusions to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), EU nations, Georgia and Russia.

Both Russia and Georgia have accused each other of initial aggression in fighting that broke out in and around the rebel Georgian regions of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.

Saakashvili warns West on Russia ties

TBILISI (Reuters) - Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili urged the West Tuesday not to return to "business as usual" with Russia without holding it to account for its five-day war with his country in August.

He made the appeal in an article in the Wall Street Journal, timed to coincide with a NATO meeting in Brussels at which alliance foreign ministers will consider relaunching a high-level NATO-Russia dialogue, suspended after the war.

The meeting is expected to encourage reforms in Georgia and Ukraine and reconfirm commitment to their eventual membership, but again deny them a formal roadmap to joining -- reflecting deep division among NATO's 26 member states.

The European Union agreed last month to relaunch talks with Russia
