Every Cup Counts

So we had a power outage at the campaign headquarters this morning.

It affected the entire neighborhood, which meant that the local coffee and grocery stores were not open for business.

I ended up wandering around with one of the nice British folks who have been volunteering, trying to find deodorant (for him) and coffee (for me).

We eventually found a 7-11, and I was struck by the "Vote" ad banner they had running. This election definitely seems to be permeating every aspect of our culture, much more than I remember in past years.
