Everyone Deserves Life, Liberty and Justice

Integrity and honesty are not the rule in todays's society. Many times integrity and honesty and fairness are being replaced by deception, manipulation, attitude and greed. Father John Shaloub says:

"Justice and the rule of law always prevail in the long run, and the rule of the jungle and the rule of paranoia and hysteria will not survive."

"Do integrity and honesty rule today? Or do deception and greed have the upper hand? Do fairness and common sense prevail or are we mired in racism, hatred and despotism? We need to ask ourselves these questions and answer them in the light of our Constitution and Christian heritage. The well-being of the individual and society requires honest, decent people to stand for truth and fairness in a world that is full of prejudice and bigotry. "

We can't trample on the rule of law or ram into established institutions of today's civil rights, freedom and civilized way of life. Communism, fascism and dictatorial control should have no place in the United States of America. Justice can be served only by civilized people of honor and integrity. No one should set themselves above any other human being nor trample upon the sacred rights of others. Today we live in a free society, protected by the sacred guidelines of the law and not by hooligans that abuse the integrity of the law.

When people of the law trample upon the sacred ground of the law and turn it into a mockery we set in motion oppression, persecution and eventual violence - the law of the jungle. Arrogance, haughtiness and setting oneself above the law is not what our forefathers fought for in this sacred land. The wheels of justice may grind slow, but eventually they will grind those who abuse it. Those who cause harm to others by misusing and abusing the law because they have money will not escape God's wrath. God's justice will hold them responsible for their own action. The people who do not learn from history will fall into their own traps.

"It's my prayer that we, as citizens, protect the sacred rights of everyone and defend the rights of all citizens regardless of who they are or where they came from. This country belongs to all the people who work to make it what it is today - God's kingdom on Earth," said John Shaloub.
