A mysterious document, about three pages, offers another reading of events. In yesterday's edition of the weekly Le Point revealed its contents.

This document is a report commissioned by the DCN, entitled "Nautilus" and dated September 2002. He asserts that "the Karachi attack was carried out with complicity in the military" with Pakistan.

Mr. 10%

The Islamists were the perpetrators, but officers have pursued a "financial goal" frustrated by not having received their commissions under the contract Agosta.

The contract, signed in 1994 under the government of Edouard Balladur, provided by France providing three submarines to Pakistan, a building built in Cherbourg, a second mounted in Karachi, and the third, on which employees were working DCN-designed site.

Pakistani personalities involved in this report are military and some Asif Ali Zardari. Sulphur businessman, nicknamed "Mr. 10%", he was at the time, the husband of Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. It is now the new president of Pakistan.

These sponsors have exploited an Islamist group in revenge for President Chirac after his election in 1995 would have prohibited the payment of fees originally agreed.
