Ezekiel Holbert is accused of shooting two sheriff's deputies who were trying to arrest him yesterday. Ezekiel Holbert faces first-degree murder chargesin the deaths of the Seminole County, Oklahoma officers who were trying to arrest Holbert for domestic assault.

The deputies, who were not identified, were serving an arrest warrant on 26-year-old Holbert, she said. One died at the scene, and the other died at a hospital.

After the shooting, the state police tracked Ezekiel Holbert to his own home, where he was taken into custody.
