If this series of messages alleged to be from Facebook (reproduced below) is to be believed, it is against Facebook policy to use your Facebook page to promote an event. Wow. What would the organizers of the "Arab Spring" Mideast democracy movement think about that?
If this series of messages is to be believed, you cannot message "strangers," even for "friend" requests. HUH? Ever hear the phrase, "Make new friends but keep the old?" Isn't this Facebook's very raison d'etre?
If this series of messages is to be believed, you cannot use your Facebook page to promote a product or service. Now, what would Washington Post editor and author Bob Woodward, or rock star Bruce Springsteen, both of whom hawk their creative output on Facebook, have to say about that?
It is stunningly obvious that the following "behavioral guidelines," the phrase that actually was used in the message below (exhibiting the fractured syntax of militaryese gobbledegook), are a TOTAL FRAUD.

If Lockheed Martin wanted to really "neutralize" me, they'd leave me alone and call off the local goons and corrupted cops, and stop the financial sabotage, double-billing (or is it triple), etc., and let me establish a means of income from my work as a writer. Saw a link to a Google video on electronic voting machine fraud. Clicked on link. Got full-screen YOUTUBE message (not Google) saying the video had been removed. THEN... suddenly the Google video on electronic voting popped up. I am watching it now.

I truly hope for American taxpayers' sake that today's absence of lame military contractor psyops sadistic cyberbullying, mentioning things like RF castration and lobotomy, means that witch hunting "cybersecurity" programs of personal destruction have been CANCELLED and that relevant government agencies/commands are seeking financial restitution from military defense contractors who have DEFRAUDED the federal government by conducting open-ended surveillance, censorship and malicious intimidation and harassment of extrajudicially persecuted American citizens.
I intend to seek such restitution in a court of law, on behalf of an entire class of hundreds of thousands of extrajudicially persecuted Americans.
