If this series of messages alleged to be from Facebook (reproduced below) is to be believed, it is against Facebook policy to use your Facebook page to promote an event. Wow. What would the organizers of the "Arab Spring" Mideast democracy movement think about that?
If this series of messages is to be believed, you cannot message "strangers," even for "friend" requests. HUH? Ever hear the phrase, "Make new friends but keep the old?" Isn't this Facebook's very raison d'etre?
If this series of messages is to be believed, you cannot use your Facebook page to promote a product or service. Now, what would Washington Post editor and author Bob Woodward, or rock star Bruce Springsteen, both of whom hawk their creative output on Facebook, have to say about that?
It is stunningly obvious that the following "behavioral guidelines," the phrase that actually was used in the message below (exhibiting the fractured syntax of militaryese gobbledegook), are a TOTAL FRAUD.

Lockheed Martin coordinates the communications and its subsidiaries train the team leaders who run the black ops. You want me to provide links? Did you ever hear of original reporting? Of course, you could read Lockheed Martin's own web pages (at least, as they were constituted back in '09-10, where Lockheed boasted of its communications network to citizens on the street).

as usual vic, you accuse me of being a cyber security agent.... fine I'm a cyber security agent here to harrass you. Electronic Harrassment is the catch term for this invisible indectable torture. We've been thru this 100 times. But are we supposed to start shooting at the Lockheed buildings just because you say they are behind G/S and E/H??? I'm trying to help, but we need evidence. He's right though, if you look at LMIS's webpage they brag about compiling the National Database and providing Anti-Terrorist ground support and basically managing the gangstalkers thru their LMIS Ground Systems Staff. But that's all the evidence I can find that it is indeed Lockheed. I have talked to Army Enlistees that said they were doing 'psy-ops in Louisiana'.... so basically the Army is involved in gangstalking. Hey pal, I've been stalked by U.S. Army Rangers in full beret and camo, in Philly, Bucks County, PA, Ewing Township, NJ, and I've written about it. You don't have to school me on the multi-agency/force structure of American extrajudicial fascism. But Lockheed (and past and present subsidiaries, such as Homeland Security Co. LLC) is the main infrastructure contractor for this torture matrix, including, it appears, the mechanics of financial sabotage. I have never said other corporations are not involved; I do report that Lockheed coordinates the communications for the black ops known as vigilante gang stalking, working as contractor to such entities as RISSNET, and also has operational command and control over the radio frequency directed energy weapon system deployed nationwide on cell tower masts. That does not exclude the fact that other companies (such as Raytheon and some you've named) are involved; but Lockheed Martin is the major domo. Like the Air Force says: "Aim high."

If Vic was really a veteran reporter, and had ties to any of the "good people on the inside" who actually wanted to end the "gang-stalking" - it would be a simple matter.
All they would have to do is interview the store employees at any of the several local stores who have been instructed to "harass" me. That would eventually produce the leads needed to end this. Simple. Simple. Simple.
But that will never happen. Why? Because Vic and the rest of these shills ARE the people on the inside who are, and have always been, part of the community involved in "harassing" targets like me. Devious bastards.

This journalist has discovered that a recent account in which I detailed suspected financial fraud against so-called "targeted individuals" was surreptitiously edited to expunge the modus operandi of financial records sabotage apparently performed under cover of Lockheed Martin- administered directed energy radio frequency weapon attacks on citizens.
I have developed strong evidence that "targeted individuals" are subject to systematic financial fraud, involving counterfeit bills and statements as well as personal financial records subject to forged counterfeiting -- effectuated by surreptitious home entry, removal of items such as checkbook ledger stubs, which then are replaced with forgeries that omit entries for certain payments subject to double-billing. When the target consults the checkbook ledger for proof of payment, no entry is found, and cancelled checks are not returned; when victims complain, they often are told checks are processed electronically.
THIS FINANCIAL FRAUD, TAMPERING WITH VICTIMS' PERSONAL LEDGERS, IS DONE UNDER THE COVER OF NIGHTTIME ELECTROMAGNETIC ATTACK, ENSURING THAT VICTIMS DO NOT AWAKEN AS THEIR RECORDS ARE REMOVED FROM THEIR HOMES, WITH FORGED COPIES RETURNED IN THEIR PLACE -- ENSURING THAT VICTIMS CANNOT PRODUCE PROOF OF PAYMENT.
Bucks County and federal law enforcement have REFUSED repeated requests for an investigation into this apparent fraud scheme. It is my belief that local law enforcement, as well as local municipal and corporate authorities, are aware of these "programs" and are sworn to secrecy. This appears to be more SPOOFED webpage internet censorship via fraud and deception, the taxpayer-pillaging specialty of Lockheed Martin Information Systems, cyber-censor to U.S. government agencies/commands. This is all a psyop to CRIMINALIZE SPEECH even absent criminal BEHAVIOR. The false flag ideologues of the security-intel complex seek to take down the apparatus necessary for social organization and association, when it is criminal BEHAVIOR, not speech, or "meet up at the town square," that should be punished.
Law enforcement can and should monitor public (as opposed to PRIVATE) speech, including social media, to detect and deter planned acts of VIOLENCE. But it is a slippery slope when ideologues and their psyops agents use words like "reasonable restrictions" to criminalize speech.

I am logged into washingtonpost.com. But when I attempt to post comment to editorial about lack of political protest movements, I receive message that "you are not logged in" -- despite the fact that my log-in name appears at top of the page.
