Faleh Hassan Almaleki originally from Iraq has been charged for running over his 20-year-old daughter Noor Faleh Almaleki for allegedly being too "Westernized". It is alleged Almaleki did not approve of his daughter's dress style and "non-traditional" values.

The incident happened in Arizona, USA, where Faleh Hassan Almaleki ran over his daughter by a car, resulting in injuries that Noor Almaleki died from at an Arizona hospital yesterday, two weeks after the incident.  It is believed the incident could have been an "honour killing." Another person -- Noor Almaleki boyfriend's mother was also injured in the incident. Almaleki tried to get out of the country and go to the U.K., but was diverted back by British customs officials back to the U.S., where has subsequently arrested.
