In Mekran a family dedicated to the independence of Baluchistan has lost a second member to the Pakistani intelligence services.

The victim's name was Ibrahim Saleh and his widow, Banuk Khadija Baluch, a member of the largest student group in Baluchistan, has said Pakistan intelligence officials had abducted and killed her husband.

Saleh's brother-in-law Dr. Khalid Baluch was killed as he challenged the Pakistani occupation forces in his native district in August 2007. Another brother-in-law Wahid Qambar has been languishing behind bars for many years now.
