Fannie & Freddie bailout in the works: Congressman confirms intervention

Reports say the bailout of Fannie and Freddie is imminent.
SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) Rep. Barney Frank (D., Mass.) confirmed Saturday that Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson is planning government intervention to back troubled mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The chairman of the House Financial Services Committee said in a statement Saturday that Paulson "intends to use the powers that Congress provided it" in a law passed in July to keep Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac stable and functioning, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal. But Frank said he didn't "know the details of the proposed interventions," and a Treasury spokeswoman declined to comment, according to the Journal.

Keep in mind.... our Leaders set the stage for all that happens to our people.
When the banking system and the currency system was taken away from Congress and placed into the hands of the private federal reserve system (which has NEVER been audited) our lands were doomed.
They (the private Treasury and Federal Reserve Bank) are now 'bailing out' (using YOUR MONEY to 'prop up' a massive fraud system) their friends who OWN the banks and lenders who KNEW this would happen.
Many homeowners and honest judges across the nation have figured out that the German and Swiss Banks illegally purchased YOUR ORIGINAL MORTGAGE NOTES and noone told you. When homeowners DEMAND to see these original Notes and Deeds in foreclosure proceedings, the banks LIE and say they LOST them.
SMART JUDGES are denying the foreclosures when the banks cannot produce Original Titles and Deeds and Notes, so they are giving HOMES and LAND back TO THE PEOPLE and cancelling the foreclosures and the homeowners are free from the fraud and own their homes and lands FREE AND CLEAR (except for property taxes). and the banks lose because they committed frauds and SOLD YOUR SIGNATURE without telling you...
