farming, today......and in the past 06/11/08

I was visiting at a friend's today, on a farm that has been in her husband's family for generations..... I took a walk at noon...and saw THIS farm in the distance...and i treated it to some aging courtesy of my Mac Iphoto editing tools....

I liked the effect...so I applied it to several other photos I took at the same time. My friend's house is in the bottom photo. Beef cattle are currently grown on the farm. Everything on this farm seems old...but in fine condition... and it was a pleasure to spend time there.
