The man's name is Mark Castillo - age 41 who has been arrested and treated for "self-inflicted wounds" at a nearby hospital:

PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) - A Maryland man who was estranged from his wife drowned their three young children in a Baltimore hotel bathtub over the weekend, police said on Monday.
Officer Troy Harris of the Baltimore City Police, said that Castillo had called the front desk at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor Hotel to say that he had murdered his children and was about to hurt himself.
"Officers found the three victims dead at the scene," Harris said."The cause of death was drowning." He said the time of death had notyet been determined

The children were identified as Anthony, 6, Austin, 4, and Athena, 2.

The charges against him include; multiple counts of child abuse and multiple counts of first and second degree murder.

Officer Harris said that he believed Castillo was divorced from his wife.  No other names have been mentioned and no other news reports are available as yet.
