Most of us remember Cosmo Kramer, Jerry Seinfeld's, uh, eccentric neighbor, prone to uninvited visits, even when Jerry wasn't home.

Humorist Brian Unger, featured on National Public Radio's Day to Day, offers a different take on the problem created by having Senator Hillary Clinton serving as Vice President in the Obama White House; that would be former President Bill Clinton, showing up to offer his help or advice, like Kramer, unannounced and making himself at home.
