FED GESTAPO USES JOURNO'S CELL PHONE TO TARGET MICROWAVE TORTURE

The Obama admin needs to order the Civil Rights Division of the D.O.J. to raid the MAGLOCLEN-RissNet fusion center (after ongoing investigation) and arrest its management, operatives and affiliates for wholesale civil and human rights violations. Then the Obama admin needs to dismantle this unconstitutional, interstate usurpation of local police power, which, in effect, has federalized local police into a nationwide military police Gestapo.  "Intelligence-based policing" is being used as an excuse for a political, or hate-based, purge.

The Pentagon needs to be forced to keep hands off of local law enforcement, and those who engineered this police state apparatus need to be charged with violations of the Posse Comitatus Act and the Tenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Congress needs to convene Church-committee- type hearings into the atrocities and constitutional rights abuses being committed by this rogue fusion center shadow government.

Finally, the naive, entrained politicians need to recognize the much of the "war on terror" may be a manufactured, trussed-up Potemkin Village intended to provide camouflage for an ideologically-driven silent coup and purge of American society.

The American Fourth Reich must be brought to justice by the forces of democracy and personal liberty. It needs to start in Bucks County, PA, centcom of the MAGLOCLEN Mid-Atlantic states fusion center apparatus.

Finally, the naive, entrained politicians need to recognize the much of the "war on terror" may be a manufactured, trussed-up Potemkin Village intended to provide camouflage for an ideologically-driven silent coup and purge of American society.  What never ceases to amaze me is the way we glorify war.  If we don't have one, we create a faux nationalistic raison d'etre for starting one.  If we don't have an appropriately camouflaged opportunity to make war with another nation, we start one within our own.  Each little gang-stalking act of oppression is, within it's own little microcosm, an act of war.    What is the draw ... the lure?  Is it simply that we like to fight?  We talk of Julius Ceasar and his Roman Empire ... we talk of the "Fall of the Roman Empire".  Our schools don't even teach us that the Roman Empire was the "bad" stuff that happened after 300 years of successful Roman Constitutional Republic rule.  They really should teach us about the "Fall of the Roman Constitutional Republic" - destroyed by the creation of the Roman Empire by Julius Ceasar ... and subsequently - the whole of their society only a few hundred years later ...  Must we glorify war to the exclusion of peace?

I have just realized that my most important article to date, "U.S. Silently Tortures Americans with Cell Tower Microwaves," first published in early December 2009, is MISSING from my "stories" list on NowPublic.com/scrivener. Here is the link that is missing from the queue:

Apparently, rogue elements of the U.S. government are so desperate to cover up these microwave/radio frequency crimes against humanity that operatives and/or agents have hacked into NowPublic.com to remove that title from the story list -- and to juggle around the order of other stories, which should list the articles in a descending order, from newest to oldest.  It seems that columns in which some of my political prognostications turned out to be bad calls have been moved up the queue, and more recent articles have been buried. 

I ask that any NowPublic.com staff who may be reading this please restore my article to its rightful position on the list, and please re-order the stories listed, from newest to oldest.

It is apparent that the NowPublic.com/scrivener that I see other my connection is a "spoofed" or faked NowPublic site under the control of a malicious, color of law violating, constitution-shredding warrantless surveillance and censorship regime. I believe this operation has been jobbed out to "information systems" defense contractors working under the aegis of the MAGLOCLEN-RissNet Mid-Atlantic states fusion center in Newtown, PA. -- what I term the regional "centcom" for a nationwide American Gestapo shadow government being run out of the nation's 70-some Homeland Security- administered fusion centers.

Also, I notice that once again, the "edit" buttons have been removed from my end of the connection, making it impossible for me to fix errors in posted comments -- some of which are maliciously inserted into my data stream by the rogue surveillance censor operatives who daily make a mockery of the U.S. Constitution and civil liberties. I will not rest until I help bring these rogues to justice.

MICROWAVE WAR CRIMES AND CENSORSHIP REPORT -- Thurs., June 25 through Mon., June 28th, 2010

NOTE: This post apparently was taken down from my Facebook page by "hackers" -- most likely, the fusion center surveillance-censor operatives who disrupt and censor my internet telecommunications every day. Also, I found that this document was misfiled on my computer -- which apparently is controlled by a remote server connection that I cannot turn off, even when the internet is unplugged, and is not under my exclusive control. Apparently, government operatives have the capability to wirelessly access my computer..

Their rogue programs have been exposed, and yet the MAGLOCLEN-RissNet multi-agency Homeland Security- administered fusion center war criminals will not cease and desist in their use of the U.S. government's cell tower- based microwave laser radio frequency "directed energy weapon" system to silently torture, impair, subjugate and yes, SLOW-KILL, extrajudicially "targeted" American citizens.

The precise date and times of these assaults (so that conscientious investigators can compare with their surveillance of MAGLOCLEN operatives):

Thurs., June 24:

8:12 a.m., sharp burst to the forehead; 8:59 overwhelming, disorienting headache and extreme induced fatigue; 11:26 a.m. Severe, prolonged penetrating pain and disorienting headache, front lobe forehead, accompanied by overwhelming fatigue; all afternoon, severe, disorienting headache, extreme fatigue; 7:14 p.m., again at 7:18 p.m. severe, painful jolt to the right temple; 7:30-9:20 p.m., constant beeping of RF (radio frequency) detector as I drove in Trenton and Ewing Twp., N.J., even when detector was inside my pants pocket -- an indication of microwave attack as I was driving. (My car is equipped with an unwanted and unordered GPS tracking beacon, so there is no reason for constant RF irradiation unless it is being used as a weapon to inflict debilitation and fatigue.)

Fri., June 25:

7:05 a.m. severe ear-ringing, degrading my ability to hear, accompanied by weakness and then a sharp jolt to right forehead (again at 8:04 a.m).

4 p.m.-5:30 p.m. -- Extreme induced weakness, fatigue, head in vise head pain, caused by constant microwave/radio frequency irradiation, so severe that the pain and feeling of disorientation forced me to leave the house and get into the car for a drive. The RF detector beeped incessantly as I drove to nearby New Jersey, but the extreme pain relented; perhaps the fusion center torturers are beginning to realize that their attacks on persons as they drive endangers other drivers and pedestrians as well. Until just a couple of months ago, the attacks while driving often were just as severe as those I suffer while at home (where I believe a 3D laser targeting device has been secreted in or near the premises, facilitating precision attacks anywhere on or inside the body).

Sat., June 26th -- Extreme induced fatigue all day, making it difficult to function or even stay awake... late afternoon, I struggled to stay awake but could not.

Sun., June 27th -- Same as above.

Mon., June 28th -- Work up to severe ear-ringing and headache. By mid-afternoon, the induced fatigue became overwhelming. Again I fought to stay awake but fell asleep during Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan's opening statement at her confirmation hearings. The fusion center goons apparently realized that I wanted to watch that event, and
"upped the amplitude" of sleep-inducing radio frequency. The same sadistic manipulation of the human physiology often occurs when my wife and I try to watch a movie on TV. Those who are not familiar with the capabilities of microwave laser radio frequency directed energy weapons will find this account hard to believe; I assure you that this weaponry can and does induce these effects. Sadists and war criminals are acting as our puppeteers.

CENSORSHIP:

Both Thursday, Friday and again today (Monday), political blog comments boxes on washingtonpost.com blogs exhibited a smaller box inserted in the lower left-hand corner reading, "300 characters remaining." The Washington Post blogs have no known "300 character" limit. It is obvious that I was looking at a "spoofed" web page to which my browser has been re-directed, apparently under the control of operatives of the MAGLOCLEN-RissNet fusion center.

Also, the "comments" boxes on the Facebook page of my congressman, Patrick Murphy, are absent from the page, preventing me from posting comments (the same thing happened on the Facebook site of author Naomi Wolf).

A comment I attempted to post to the Facebook page of former FBI agent Coleen Rowley would not go through, despite repeated attempts -- the link went dead, when other links on the page appeared to work. I re-posted the comment to my "profile" page and it appeared to go through. I then returned to Ms. Crowley's page, and this time, my comment appeared to post.

I say, "appeared," because my comments to the Politico.com web site appear to be posted to a "spoofed" or faked version of Politico. In the past, I have found that my comments go missing when I return to the page. I find only a handful of my Politico comments when I conduct a Google search.

It appears that the Google website that I receive is a "spoofed" or faked version to which my connection has been re-directed. Many Google search items referencing my six years as a host of a TV show on a major regional sports network (MSG) are missing, as are but a couple of references to the title of the TV show, "Foxwoods Sports Business Report." It is apparent that my past has been PURGED from internet search engines by rogue agents of the federal government, or by contractors working under their direction. The purpose of this campaign of personal destruction is the neutralization and isolation of the targeted individual -- or, in the words of the U.S. Secret Service, "Identify the threat; assess the threat; isolate the threat; neutralize the threat."

An attempted comment to a New York Times web article appeared to go through, but never appeared in the comments queue -- which was displayed over my connection in a "centered text" format, a sign that I was looking at a clumsily "spoofed" web page to which my data stream had been re-directed.

I believe the U.S. Secret Service, FEMA, the National Security Branch of the FBI and various Pentagon commands and agencies (NSA, DIA, etc.) are at the head of a multi-agency fusion center extrajudicial campaign of slow genocide directed at so-called "targeted individuals."

My experiences and reporting indicate that many innocent Americans are targeted for their politics, their outspokenness, their ethnic or racial background, their journalism (in the case of mainstream reporters) -- or just because someone in authority has the power to destroy those they believe are not worthy of the liberties and rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. The "war on terror" has provided a convenient pretext and cover for these crimes against humanity and the Constitution.

THE MAGLOCLEN-RissNet fusion center, its operatives and affiliated agencies, commands, agencies, municipalities and corporations are engaged in crimes against humanity and the Constitution of the United States -- and to date, they are unbowed and undaunted. The rule of law has broken down in America.
