How would you know, "Ripley," that the number of TIs is "small"?  (Another computer-perp red herring.)          The defense contractors and their gov enablers (and future employees) would not make the gazillions they are making off a "small" group of people. And no one really knows how many have been thrown under the US Military-Oligarchy bus. The defense contractors are making millions off each person that the "defense" folks can find some "figleaf" reason to label  as a threat. That way they can keep a person "tortured in perpetuity."  The Perpmeisters have every incentive to throw a name into the "watch" list and no incentive at all to remove a name. There is no real judicial or legislative oversight of any integrity -- no penalty for persecuting innocent people. May the Government sponsored Torture Matrixmeisters burn in Hell.

The TIs are by definition "harmless." Otherwise, the Perps would not use their children and wives the way they do as part of the "attack force" of gangstalkers. MICROWAVE/RF ATTACK REPORT -- Thurs., July 15, 2010

The war criminal domestic terrorist operatives under the command of a the multi-agency MAGLOCLEN-RISSNET Mid-Atlantic states fusion center in Bucks County, Newtown, PA have resumed intense, penetrating, painful sudden microwave pulsed burst attacks on this victim of their extrajudicial torture and persecution matrix...

...while continuing to irradiate my surroundings with near-constant lower-level radio frequency irradiation, causing extreme ringing in the ears, headaches, extreme fatigue, weakness, a sense of malaise and inability to fully concentrate.

At precisely 10:49:30 this morning, I was stuck with a penetrating, disorienting microwave burst to rear right skull, literally knocking me for a loop. Earlier, at about 2 a.m., instead of extreme fatigue and weakness, I was wide awake, unable to sleep -- again, I believe, the result of radio frequency irradiation affecting the nervous system (possibly, the effect of negative ionization of my surroundings. I went downstairs to watch TV, and soon after experienced a severe attack, with ear-ringing and severe, penetrating head pain. The severe pain quickly ebbed, but left me staggering and woozy.

THIS IS FELONIOUS ASSAULT -- TORTURE -- CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. FEDERAL AND LOCAL OFFICIALS BASED IN THIS REGION REFUSE TO INVESTIGATE MY COMPLAINTS.

Have officials compared my accounts, with precise times of attack, with surveillance of MAGLOCLEN operatives and affiliates who have access to the U.S. government's cell-tower- based "multi-functional microwave laser radio frequency directed energy weapon system" known as RFDE? If they have not done so, THEY ARE COMPLICIT AND ARE THUS GUILTY PARTIES IN THESE HEINOUS ASSAULTS BY THEIR MALFEASANCE AND LACK OF SUPERINTENDENCE.

I add here that the telecommunications interceptions, malicious interference and censorship continues unabated. We continue to receive "hang-up" phone calls, preceded by extremely loud buzzing in the line. My attempted comments to web sites such as The New York Times and Politico.com either fail to post, or appear to be posted to "spoofed" or faked web pages, facilitating constant "man in the middle attacks" that facilitate censorship (see http://nowpublic.com/world/u-s-govt-uses-spoofed-web-pages-and-urls-censor-internet ). My calls to a financial services firm were answered by an apparent imposter (see full report link in "Notes" column).

ARE FEDERAL AND LOCAL OFFICIALS IN THIS REGION SO CORRUPT, SO COMPLICIT, THAT NOT A SINGLE AGENCY WILL ENFORCE THE LAW OF THE LAND AND STOP THESE FELONIOUS ASSAULTS...

I believe the "amplitude" of the attacks has increased as the direct result of an item I posted yesterday -- a Washington Post color photo of President Obama's head, clearly showing unusual gray or bald streaks and patches on his scalp. For nearly a year, I have been writing about other troubling physical observations of POTUS, such as a profusion of facial moles, facial sores that do not quickly heal, and, for a time, apparent sudden weight loss and a gaunt, haggard appearance. WHEN WILL THE CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE RESTORE THE RULE OF LAW BY MAKING AN EXAMPLE OF MAGLOCLEN AND BUCKS COUNTY, PA -- CENTCOM OF A MID-ATLANTIC STATES AMERICAN GESTAPO?

The aim of the USGov Gestapo is to control the target's environment completely. Ostensibly, the network is set up to neutralize "terrorists." Not. These people need a network to suck funds out of the US Treasury, to keep their salaried psychopaths occupied, and to have fun testing their gadgets. The Perps get the cooperation of all US Gov institutions, as well as private businesses, to monitor the Target's phone, computer, mail; the Perps also, via fiber optics and radio signals, monitor the Target's tv and send signals to the Target's radio with messages that echo the Target's recent activities. Why bother?  Indeed. Most of us would not bother with this nonsense. But there are people for whom this is amusing -- the same sort who, as children, enjoyed pulling the wings off flies. The Perps aim to neutralize the target; to make the target dwell in the Perps' virtual reality. The Perps use the "echo" technique ad nauseum. They send "echoing" ads to the Target's computer. It works this way: the Target gets a lot of "joint pain" ads on whatever page he is viewing (the Perps control the computer). Then the Target sees one of his gangstalking neighbors walk down the street with a limp; then the Perps use microwaves to create joint pain in the target's knees at night. Sounds crazy.            It is crazy. It is the Police State. The  Surveillance State. The triumph of the Military-Corporate Oligarchy.

As more elected officials become aware of the use of a classified U.S. government cell tower- mounted microwave laser radio frequency weapon system to silently torture, impair and subjugate extrajudicially "targeted" Americans, one might think that the officials and contractors who have their fingers on the trigger would stand down.

Not so. The silent torture continues, every day -- although this journalist and victim has noted a marked decrease in the number and frequency of piercing, painful pulsed bursts. But several of those sharp jolts have continued to occur each day, as has an almost constant radio frequency stream that causes extreme weakness, fatigue and exhaustion -- causing an inability to function at optimum levels.

So that conscientious law enforcement investigators may corroborate my accounts, here are the precise times of the most painful recent attacks:

Monday, Aug. 19 @ 3:42:50 p.m. -- A sharp, piercing burst to the crown of the head left me temporarily stunned, unable to concentrate. This attack was followed by constant low-level radio frequency irradiation, causing extreme fatigue. Another sharp jolt to the right front forehead occurred at 10:14 p.m.

Tuesday, Aug. 20 @ 6:30 a.m. -- I awoke to severe ringing in the ears and a piercing headache, signs that I was under radiation attack as I slept. Another sharp burst to the head occurred at 7:20 a.m., and a prolonged attack, causing the "head in a vise" pain, occurred at 11:40 .m., and again at 12:21 and 21:25 p.m.

THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. THERE IS NO DOUBT THESE ATTACKS EMANATE FROM THE MAGLOCLEN-RISSNET FUSION CENTER AND/OR ITS PARTNERS AND DEFENSE INDUSTRY 'INFORMATION SYSTEMS' CONTRACTORS WHO MAN THE COMPUTER CONTROLS OF THIS HEINOUS SYSTEM.

THESE OFFICIALS ARE COMPLICIT IN CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY COMMITTED UPON AMERICAN CITIZENS DUE TO THEIR FAILURE TO STOP THESE ATTACKS AND TO BRING THE ASSAILANTS TO JUSTICE.

Let me add that sadistic, taunting advertisements about fibromyalgia, a condition believed to be caused or aggravated by microwave radiation, continue to appear on my pages, featuring a picture of a "ridged" thumbnail, a condition I developed shortly after these attacks began more than six years ago.
