Pakistan Federal minister for Minorities Shahbaz Bhatti is shot dead in Federal capital Islamabad minutes after he left for his office from his mother home in Sector I-8/3 of Federal capital.

Bhatti was also a vocal opponent of blasphemy law and got several threats from extremists groups for his life.

This is the second high profile murder of a government official. Earlier this year Salman taseer Governor Punjab was shot dead in Federal capital also on Jan 4 by his own body guard.

Pakistan police and law enforcement bodies have failed to stop those extremists’ hands behind these brutal day light attackers who are going on ever so easily as never before.

The modus operandi shows the CIA has struck to further pile up pressure on Pakistani government for release of its agent, Raymond Davis, facing trial in Pakistan on double murder charge. Firstly, the reports say that the assassins of Bhatti, who reportedly belonged to the Tehrik-e-Taliban Punjab, left some pamphlets at the crime scene whereas it is not the common practice of the outfit, which allegedly claimed the responsibility for the attack. Secondly, even if the outfit did it, it has also been reported earlier that Raymond Davis had also been in touch with the TTP. So there are strong indications that the CIA is involved in the incident to pressurize Pakistan as well as to unleash propaganda against the so-called extremists.

Yes Surely this Pamphilat case makes serious doubts on this operation bcz its not the TTP rule to do this in the past.
