The 308 GT4 is nowhere near the BMW Isetta in terms of goofiness, but it's still, in my opinion, the goofiest-looking Ferrari ever created.
Of course, whatever small amount of powerfulness this car projects with its relatively-mundane Bertone styling is diluted when it's parked next to a truly aggressive-looking Pininfarina-styled beast like the Ferrari Testarossa.
