Few Blacks and Minorities in Obama Administration

In senior positions there are fewer black people then in the clinton administration. That is correct. But if you are looking lower in the best position to learn from the best of the best like Geitner, Summer etc there are the smartest and hardest working blacks all over the adminstration. Obama doesn't see his administration as the administration of the black people he sees it as the administration which opens a window of opportunity for the best young black people to get the next elite of the us society.
