Sri Lankan Troops of the 58 Division launched an attack on LTTE suicide cab this evening (15/05/2009) in MULLAITTIVU area. The red coloured LTTE suicide cab was completely destroyed during the attack.AS THE DOOMSDAY of the world’s most ruthless terrorist outfit, Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) was fast drawing nearer, remaining hardcore terrorists in the last strip of land appear to have completely lost their senses while continuing to resort to desperate suicidal missions.
The latest suicide explosion in VELLAMULLAVAIKKAL a few minutes ago targeting 58 Division troops at the frontal defence positions, failed to produce desired results, as the red-coloured LTTE double cab prematurely exploded and went up in flames as it was nearing the troops in the opposite direction.
At least 4-5 LTTE suicide bombers inside the double cab perished in the huge explosion, but the troops on seeing the speeding double cab in advance took prompt action and strategically avoided the intended LTTE bloodbath.
In the past few weeks, cynical terrorists carried out more than fifteen suicide attacks against troops and civilians in the designated No Fire Zone.

Braving heavy LTTE fire towards them and the fleeing civilians, troops of the Sri Lanka Army’s 59 Division this morning (May 14) managed to lay a cable as a lifeline across the shallow section of the Nandhi Kadal lagoon, reports Adaderana correspondent in the area Ashoka Weerasinghe.
Several civilians have fallen victim to the Tiger fire while the injured are being given emergency treatment as they arrive. The more seriously injured are being transported out of the area towards hospitals equipped to handle emergency cases, Weerasinghe says.
Thousands have already arrived into military controlled and thousands more are arriving making use of whatever floating implements they can manage to lay their hands on. Hundreds are using inflated vehicle tubes as their safety rafts, Ashoka Weerasinghe adds.
Sri Lankan Army 58 Division is very close to the Merchant Ship "Farah 3" which is looted by LTTE year in 2006 and the area would be captured within next few hours.It is reported that LTTE Snipers are inside the ship with heavy mortars. More soon..
57 Div uncovers LTTE aircraft engine and accessories - Theravipuram Troops of 11 Sri Lanka Artillery (11 SLA) serving under 57 Division uncovered LTTE aircraft engine and a few accessories in a search operation conducted in general area Theravikulam this morning, 13 May.
According to the information, rotary blades, communication equipments, runaway lights and documents belonging to LTTE "air wing" were also among the items found during the search operation.

Sri Lankan Army is preparing now for the Last Phase of Hostage Rescue Operation despite huge International Intervention. The world most dangerous Terrorist organization is going to wipe out from the Earth.
Yesterday Sri Lankan Army 59 Division led by overlooking Commander, Brigadier Prasanna Silva has broke the silence and captured the Wadduvakal Bridge while advancing 300m further. Now Sri Lankan Army 59 Div. can capture Vellamullivaikkal Village where LTTE Leader’s hideout. Their attempt is to open up a new route for Civilians to come.
Sri Lankan Army 58 Division troops now operating South of Rektavaikkal have advanced further 800m and positioned at the outskirts of the civilian safety zone. Now they are near Karaiyamullivaikkal village.
Sri Lankan Army 53 Division and Task Force 8 also advancing from West side of the NFZ.
From the East side of the NFZ Sri Lankan Navy golden fence activated. At the moment 4 Sri Lankan Navy circles are protecting the coastal Strip including 3 largest warships, FAV line, Fast Attack Crafts including 30 Super Dvora line and 50 Arrow Boats circle.
If LTTE Leader tries to escape via Sea using a Submarine, Sri Lankan Navy Parakramabahu is awaiting for it. It is a Submarine Chaser boat.pirated Jordanian cargo vessel 'MV Farah -III' can be visible now clearly. Sea tigers use this as launching pad to attack fleeing hostages from LTTE tyranny.
As this writer indicate earlier, Sea Tiger activities are increased heavily.Within last 10 days Sri Lankan Navy thwarted 10 LTTE attempts to break the SLN Circle while destroying 17 Boats. Few Ltte leaders may take the Risk and will try to escape via sea Using 50 Suicide Boats.
Last 12 hours 3 Suicide blast have been reported killing 10 LTTE and injuring several Sri Lankan Soldiers.Thease type of attack expecting next 24 hours.
Last Surrendered civilians and LTTE cadres have revealed that the Prabakaran is still in the NFZ with Soosai,Pottu Amman and Nadeshan.

Whatever happens next this war needs to end. LTTE cannot win. They should surrender and not cause more killing.
Then discussions can be held on the future. Tamils could get something like the Kurds have in Iraq.

Approximately 1000 civilians have crossed over to government controlled areas under heavy LTTE fire, the Media Centre for National Security said today. The Centre also added that they expect the cross over numbers to increase during the course of the day.

Not only IDPs, I think countries like Canada, UK, Australia should start investigating on the people who were openly protesting, not for IDPs, but to protect LTTE by waving the LTTE flags.
Some of them might be innocent, however it is highliy likely that the organisers of those events to have a direct link with LTTE and even with other terrorist organisations. I do not have facts to prove this statement, it is just that what I think as a possibility given the scale of funding, arms smuggling, media support, europian political backing that these people had.
Also SOME of the europian politicians may have strong backing from these terrorist groups by way of funding political campaigns and personal business interests. Within next few days, we'll see the end of war in Sri Lanka, will that mean it will end in west? These people will try something out in Europe to find ways to fund terrorism, probably in Europe and Canada.
Toronto could be a great target for Tamils to make the next homeland claim because the tamils who have migrated by various ways to Canada, most of them are strong Ealam supporters.
Since they have sacrificed generations by supporting LTTE for this and failed, now they will look in to other options. It is highly likely that the plans are already in place. It is difficult to do this in India, Sri Lanka without taking arms because of the way south asian politics work. It is too hard and any funding towards this will be a waste for tamils because even they find a breakthrough with one south asian government, things can change with the next government that comes to power.
I would also think and feel it is not the same in western countries. Tamil Ealam supporters can always find a way and once you win your rights, it is secured. It is like Asylam Seekers. All they have to do is to somehow step in to these countries. They get all facilities, benefits and the life is secured more than anywhere in the world.
Just my thinking only. Don't ask me to provide facts to prove my claims.
