Finland: Lowest number of drownings in 20 years during Midsummer?

This Midsummer seems to be the safest one for long years with only total nine deaths and historically only two drownings, as the average drowning number is over 10. Looks like the years of enlightening has done something good. But even that Midsummer was good, there has been more drownings this year than usually.
