We are heartsick since this morning...reading and watching the news. Praying for folks in Buffalo (Clarence) where we lived for most of our lives. We just moved to Tampa in August 2008 but maintained close ties to people we have been friends with.
My son has been friends since first grade, with a young boy, whose father was one of the passengers. Mr. Guo was a wonderful man.. loving, patient, kind, caring... all the attributes you want in a dad, husband and person.
We are deeply saddened and praying for his wife and son... Life will not be the same without him
Praying for all the families and the responders at the scene...

I lost 4 of my cousins on the flight. Donald and Dawn Mossop, their son Shawn, and her sister Ferris Reid. I am totally at a loss for words. This is just absolutely devastating to me and my family to lose so many people at once

A woman named Mary Abraham was on this flight as well. She worked for Invacare Corporation. She had an infectious personality that touched so many. She will be dealy missed. She will be dearly missed.

Sorry to hear that.

I knew Mary Abraham and had the good fortune to have worked with her on some of my jobs.
My staff and I are grieved over this loss. Some of us took the opportunity to pray for her family as well as all those who lost someone in this awful tragedy. I pray that God in His mercy grant peace and comfort to all family members and friends of the deceased and that from this tragedy the investigators find a resolution to the problem that caused this accident for the protection of others in the future.

My daughter's boyfriend, Shawn Lange was a victim on the flight. He was flying up to see her for Valentines Day. Perhaps God has his reasons for such things, but we will never understand, will we?

Oh that is so sad - I'm so sorry to hear that. What a completely unnecessary loss.

Another passenger on the plane was Lorin Maurer, a 30-year-old employee of the Princeton University athletic department. A local newspaper story here:

Hi, I have been trying to find a complete list of the fifty killed on Flight 3407. I noticed your list has Kevin Johnston listed twice. Are there two Kevin Johnstons. If not then this list still has only 49 names, one name is still missing.
