I've been very nostalgic, since i read this lines... "How many deaths will it take till he knows that too many people have died?" "How many years can some people exist before they're allowed to be free? Yes 'n' how many times can a man turn his head, pretending he just doesn't see?" ...

The Vietnam war has been featured heavilly in the TV's and Films. The war also influenced a generations of musician and songwriters. The band Country Joe and Fish recorded "I-Feel-Like-I'm-Fixin'-To-Die Rag" in 1965, and it became one of the most influential anti-Vietnam protest anthems. The musical Miss Saigon focuses on the end of the war and aftermath. In cinema, noted films that have shaped the popular conception of the war include Appocalypse Now, Platoon, The Deer Hunter, Hamburger Hill, Full Metal Jacket, Good Morning: 'Vietnam', Born on the Fourth of July, the Rambo films and We Were Soldiers, as well as Jacob's Ladder. It serves as the setting for numerous video games, such as Confflict: Vietnam. It was represented on television by the series Tour of Duty. It also provided inspiration for the Colonial Marines in Aliens (film) Aliens.

The Vietnam War, also known as rhe Second Indochina War, or the Vietnam Conflict.

Some 10,450 Filipinos troops were dispatched to South Vietnam, They were primarily engaged in medical and other civilian pacification projects. These forces operated under the disigration PHLCAAG or Philippine Civil Affairs Assistance Group.

The War, and the failure of the United States to achieves its objectives had a major impact on US politics, culture and foreign relations, America were deeply divided over the US government's justification for and conduct of the war. Opposition to the war formed basis for the counterculture youth movement of the 1960s.

The War exacted a huge human cost to approximately 58, 000 US soldiers killed, 3 to 4 million Vietnamese from both sides, and 1.5 to 2 million Laotians and Cambodians lost their lives.

Thanks again!!! to the writers for describing it so vividly with such a beautiful words... AWESOME!!!

Mabuhay kayo Kabayan!!!

War is destractions... war is disturbing.... war is boring....

All We Need Is Love... All You Need Is Love... To remembered  John Lennon's  ' Love' lyrics:

"Love is free, free is love...Love is living, living is love...love is needed to be love!"

           ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''

"Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. ... This is not a way of life in any true sense. Under the cloud of war, it is humanity hanging on a cross of iron."

Dwight D. Eisenhower, April 16, 1953
