The State of Florida formally apologized to the African American Community for injustices committed under slavery and afterwards. The State of Florida stopped short of offering reparations. News was courtesy of the Miami Herald.

No problem! Local isn't so much of a category as a function: stories tagged with your city/state/province will show up in your own Local channel- it's not a duplicate post. Even if it were, we know that you're no spammer!
