Geral W. Sosbee was a Special Agent with the FBI from 1971 to 1978. Sosbee's website contains numerous excellent work evaluation's, and other documents indicating his excellent career while at FBI:

Sosbee's troubles began when he complained to Congress and the federal courts about the FBI's practice of suppressing evidence in criminal trials, obstructing justice, and misleading courts. Sosbee's initial complaint was a 1978 criminal case that he clearly saw as an FBI frame-up:

Careful batboy, you offend all servicemen who serve this corrupt gov in any capacity, for the MOS of any soldier is not always indicative of the sacrifice and suffering endured in the military. You probably have not served and therefore have no idea of the actual nature of military service in terms of challenges inherent in such service, especially in wartime. Geral, isn't it true that initially, your only dispute with the FBI was your perceived inability to continue being an FBI agent? So if the FBI is really an evil entity abusing Americans, your real desire was to continue abusing Americans.
Can you show us any documentation prior to your communications of 1998 with Senator Phil Gramm (concerning your dispute of being forced from the FBI)of your voicing concerns with the US Congress over FBI abuses against US citizens?
It seems to me from perusing your story that you took up the cause of "exposing FBI abuses" upon others only after your own case for your self interests was falling on deaf ears.
Have you ever come forward and documented wrongdoing of the FBI in events you witnessed while you were employed by them- but were not limited to actions you believed were involved with harming your career? You know, something that would make you an actual whistle blower, not just a person disgruntled about his failed career?
Try to actually address the issues, and not come back and attack my person for merely asking questions about obvious glaring problems.
Finally, if I am "anonymous" how am I also an FBI operative?

Sosbee presents himself as an innocent whistleblower who is being persecuted by the FBI for his coming forward about their illegal acrivities against average Americans, obviously to elicit sympathy from them. However the reality is his only entanglements in the Rodriguez case come from not coming forward on his own about injustices of the bureau but that he was sued (without merit) by a suspect he arrested, as it turned out, wrongfully.
Geral Sosbee was never a principal in the investigation of Ms. Rodriguez, was only ordered to participate in her arrest, and thus had no "whistle" to blow regarding other agents' activities on this. In all probability he was squeeling because he felt there was liability to him personally for her wrongful arrest but his own ignorance of the law became clear when that was deemed a non starter:

These appellees played no part in the gambling investigation that led to appellant's arrest; their only role was to make the arrest. The law is plain that an officer who arrests someone pursuant to a valid warrant has no liability for false arrest even though the suspect is later proved innocent. Perry v. 1. The point was since he played no part in the investigation he had no whistle to blow over the whole thing.
2. Of course it was ultimately ruled he was not liable in this case but he was initially a defendant.
3. This all has no relevance to the glaring fact that what he claims makes him a "marked man" and a target is not whistle blowing for the public good but the self serving agenda of his own internal squabbles about a controversial performance evaluation.
Which you don't seem to grasp by saying he had "excellent reviews". Read the page you link to again and pore over his "smoking gun" letter to Senator Gramm. It's not about the Rodriguez case at all but about the disputed performance review. The only "standing up for what's right" he was doing was for his own career. After he's quit the FBI he'd like to portray it as fighting the FBI over the Rodriguez case but that's not true at all. It was over a pissing contest with his supervisors over performance evals which may or may not have been accurate but as I said that doesn't really matter to me. What does is that fighting with your supervisors over performance evals is not "whistle blowing " and had that not happened he'd surely continue to have been employed by the bureau committing all the "sins" he claims they commit. He becomes a "whistle blower" after he appears to have been forced out for incompetence or a management/employee dispute and I see no evidence he came forward while still with the bureau to claim injustices over the Rodriguez case, and even if he did, that could not be explained to be saving his own skin.
Finally is the ever persistent fallacy that if the FBI thought he really was a danger and was murdering him why is he still walking around 34 years later? Nobody's trying to silence him, he's free as a jaybird.

Here are the facts that the anonymous bat pretends do not exist: ---In fact multiple attempts on my life by the fbi are documented in my reports. ---The original Rodriguez case was finalized in 1978 at which time no appeal could be filed. --- The SAC of NYC labored to find a way to fire me, but he could not because all of my performance reports were excellent and I received several personal letters of commendation from the Director; I was also featured in the fbi history book where the record shows multiple assignments with excellent ratings. ---I gave unofficial notice of my intent to resign from the fbi in NYC and SAC Smith knew that I was a graduate student at TC (Columbia U) at the time he was trying to force me out. He ordered me to move out of the grad student dorm so he could finalize his fraudulent assault on my career. I objected (to Congress) to the manner by which the fbi forced me out, though I was quite happy to leave, and I went on to earn an attorney's credentials. ---I planned to quit the fbi in NYC because of the rampid criminal actions by the fbi against me and against innocent citizeens like Rodriguez. Geral, you portray yourself as some sort of whistle blower over events in the Rodriguez case. You also state the FBI arrested her "against my(your) protestations". Yet from documentation on your own website:

There does not seem to be any imaginable way this could be true at all. You were merely a "go-fer" in this case, brought in to be a body to arrest someone that day. Of course the FBI did wrong against Mrs. Rodriguez, that is well documented in that case. The wrongdoing is nothing you were a witness to nor could provide any insider knowledge of, and there is no indication anywhere you offered "protestations" on her behalf prior to or during her arrest as you claim.
You do not fit any possible description of a whistle blower against an organization's wrong doing, as the only whistle you are blowing is on your own behalf and it concerns your being expelled from the organization and continuing duties for it, wrong or otherwise.
I see no evidence any where that suggests you ever came out to anyone about wrongdoing by the FBI against Mrs. Rodriguez except trying to imply you did long after the fact for your own self interests.
Again this seems to be something you found after the fact to try and portray the FBI in the worst light, to malign them merely because you were upset you could no longer continue to be part of their organization.
Which does beg the question, why did 20 years go by between the time you left the FBI and the time you decided to contact the US Congress over the perceived wrongful way you were terminated?

I in fact reported to the supervisor and others that no evidence existed in the file (which I read prior to the arrest) to warrant the arrest of Rodriguez. Indeed, as I was the arresting agent all of my efforts in the case were obscured by the case agent (Arwine) and I was prevented from testifying in both the civil & criminal proceedings. The court was not informed by the fbi or the USA that I had vital information to present on behalf of Rodriguez. My testimony was covered up by the fbi and the USA. This statement by the court is a half truth: "Neither had participated in the investigation; neither knew whom they would be arresting until they arrived in Tampa March 3." I in fact read the file in the Tampa office prior to the arrest and I raised questions about the lack of evidence that I perceived by my reading of the Rodriguez file. I actually stated that we should not arrest the suspect. In the same court statements the judge misstated as follows:Subsequently, the unknown agents referred to in the complaint were identified as Special Agent John J. Batley, who had monitored the wiretap on Vega's phone; Special Agent Joseph A. Arwine, who had mistakenly identified "Margo"; Special Agent James S. Kinne, who had presented Arwine's findings to the grand jury; and former Special Agent in Charge Joseph F. Santoiana, Jr., who had been the immediate supervisor to the other agents. These individuals were joined as party defendants, and they renewed the pre-trial motions of Ritchey and Sosbee, asserting (1) that the complaint failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted, (2) that they acted in good faith with a reasonable belief that their actions were valid, and (3) also asked for dismissal of the cause or for summary judgment. The truth is that the case was a *fraud from the beginning; that we did not act in good faith; that Ritchey was a witness to the fact that Sosbee objected to the arrest; that all of the motions submitted to the court by the fbi on behalf of Sosbee were lies; that the fbi prevented Sosbee from submitting any answers to the court; that the fbi lied to the court, indicationg that Sosbee is not available to appear and is not available for depositions; that Sosbee works in an intel capacity and is not available; **that the fbi advised Sosbee in Chicago that the case against Rodriguez was settled by an award of monetary damages to Rodriguez; that in reality the case continued on appeal until the statute ran at which time Sosbee was invited to quit the fbi; that never was there any demotion of Sosbee; that all performance ratings on Sosbee were excellent throughout his career; that to this day the fbi uses the fraudulent Rodriguez case as precedent to protect the fbi from responsibility for similar crimes committed by the fbi in other cases. If we're dirtbags, if we're scum you need to put down... what does that make you for having no greater purpose in life but to spend time watching us? A step beneath us, that's for sure. Well there aren't any homegrown terrorists, unless you count yourselves. The DHS filed over 800,000 criminal cases from 2004-2007, and just 12 of them, or .0015% were related to terrorism. Even the things I can document and have on DVD recording, like, believe this: they try to terrorize me by making a wall on their side of my house "flex" or "swell" in and out, you can feel it, hear it, and I have numerous recordings of it- how do you prove they did it? At the same time often the house feels like it's rumbling or shaking, and if you stand anywhere near the wall it alternately repels then pulls you toward it- but I don't think it's magnetic.

I have nine similar files,in the above folder, showing the inside and outside at day and at night. Due to the way fiilming on camera then playing back on a small screen tends to lose dynamic scaling, it does not jump out at you with cartoon proportions, but it is quite terrifying at first when you don't know what might be causing it. Also the motion of the camera in perspective with the wall isn't much because the camera and whatever you have it sitting on are moving with the wall- this is some kind of field like magnetic attraction and repelling, but isn't limited to ferrous metals.
So to see what is moving, look at the curvature of the boards vertical and horizontal inside, and in some of these you can clearly see the shadow of an aluminum extrusion moving back and forth. On the outside clips, look at the metal security screen frame, it is straight then gets convex. Or watch the air conditioner tilting in motion clockwise, then counterclockwise. Look at the metal screen frame bend in a curve, but look at the wall edge at the far end of the building, always stays straight.

Try holding a straight edge up to your monitor, or even placing a piece of tape across either the vertical or horizontal lines and watch the bulge increase and decrease. I can assure you the effect in reality is quite terrifying when you don't know what is causing it.
