NP Rank:
Former FBI Agent Turned Whistleblower Gangstalked for Decades
Geral W. Sosbee was a Special Agent with the FBI from 1971 to 1978. Sosbee's website contains numerous excellent work evaluation's, and other documents indicating his excellent career while at FBI:
http://www.sosbeevfbi.com/reportperform.html
Sosbee's troubles began when he complained to Congress and the federal courts about the FBI's practice of suppressing evidence in criminal trials, obstructing justice, and misleading courts. Sosbee's initial complaint was a 1978 criminal case that he clearly saw as an FBI frame-up:
http://www.sosbeevfbi.com/thisiswhy.html
Sosbee went on the document the systemic practice of evidence suppression, evidence tampering, obstruction, and fraud on the court by the FBI:
http://www.sosbeevfbi.com/fbicorruptionoff.html
Sosbee goes on to document the resulting gang stalking that he encountered ruining him physically, psychologically and financially. He has been subjected to, inter alia, 24/7/365 surveillance, harassment, assaults, vandalism, death threats, street theater, noise campaigns, poisonings, slander campaigns, intimate infiltration, break-ins, financial sabotage, etc. What makes his 19 part story, all downloadable from his website, so compelling, is that his background gives him the ability to relate the gang stalking experience in a much more detailed and analytical way than most targets. His story explicates the modus operandi of the FBI gang stalking Program in a detail that only an intelligence operative could relay it. The bottom line is that gang stalking is unmasked as a toxic social engineering machinery that was created by the FBI to destroy its traditional enemies, and crucify anyone that either gets in its way, or is merely a useful victim. The day-to-day grunt work of the Program is delegated to FBI "deputized criminals". See links:
http://www.sosbeevfbi.com/mystory.html
To add insult to injury, the FBI has falsified records to prevent Sosbee, a decorated Vietnam Veteran, from receiving V.A. Health benefits. These benefits are needed by him, in large part, because of the sanctioned extrajudicial torture the FBI is putting Sosbee through. Thankfully, Sosbee has documentary evidence of his honorable military service on his website:
http://www.sosbeevfbi.com/geralsosbeearmyf.html
I recommend that targets take a close look at Sosbee's story and the rest of his website. His story reads true and compelling, and, his life is a microcosm of the American Surveillance Security State nightmare.
In case you're wondering what happens to FBI agents who do not tread so far as to become whistleblowers, but merely make an internal complaint about FBI conduct, read the story of Jack Ryan, who refused to spy on peaceful war demonstrators and resigned from the FBI:

Batvette, the voice of reason. LOL. Batvette claims that his walls are moving and then emphatically states that his story, "The Moving Walls", is credible.

This tread reads likes shit..It's to bad that this always seems to turn into some pro or con argument.
The bottom line is, anybody who hasn't experienced specific gang_stalking over an extended period of time, will not be able to comprehend or understand the activities being suggested by targeted gang_stalked individuals. Nor will those who are unaware be able the relate to any of the suggested psychological nuances of alleged street theater antics.
Also, I feel for Mr. Sosbee (if that is actually him posting here). I don't pretend to know everything that his life experiences must mean to him personally. It's unfair to think any here could walk in Geral shoes by reading somethings on the web, and understand what it must be like and mean to Geral's life. I wish him the best in any of his efforts forward specific to any injustices in his career.
As for batvette, if he chooses not to believe in gang_stalking, but chooses to believe only in the more commonly known and reported proxy stalking, I say let him !
The idea that arguing with batvette or anyone else about 'gang_stalking', which until now is mostly unproven and unknown about by the vast majority of the American public, is really a waste of time. There are actually millions of batvettes who don't believe or even like conspiracy theorists_that we as targeted gang_stalking victims are still considered.
Acknowledging that many still do not understand or choose to believe what gang_stalking victims allege, is actually a step forward for us as victims to also accept and understand. That without specific proof of gang_stalking activities, or anything showing that this is a specifically government run program, means we must also accept the fact that not everyone will choose to believe what we as victims say. That this specifically psychological method and cointelpro style targeted victim run program, is in it's very nature covert and seemingly being covered up by our own leading law enforcement and government agencies.

"Batvette said, while talking out of the other side of his mouth, regarding getting info posted to Wiki's stalking page. He wrote this in Feb of 2011, I believe: "If we want to get it in there is only one way.............................Get a lot of TI's- like several dozen or more- to open accounts, and establish verifiable edit histories for about 6 months on wholly irrelevant topics. They will also have to learm wiki protocol and wiki-lawyering skills.............................Then one can approach the admin who locked the page (the anome) and casually attempt to reintroduce it, we will need some good sources before that is even attempted.............................Then rally everyone and slam his ass and all the meat puppets he will bring into his blocking actions and the resulting RFC's and higher admin actions. It's about consensus at that point and we'll have be sly but forceful. ............................Though all will have to play the stupid game that we have no personal interest and are solely editing with a NPOV.............................It's complete bull.............................and though I don't expect anyone to read all my ranting, this should dispel any notion I am involved with "disinfo" for the program..................................................................................Continue reading at NowPublic.com: Gang Stalking: Santa Cruz Police Lieutenant Speaks Out | NowPublic News Coverage www.nowpublic.com/world/gang-stalking-santa-cruz-police-lieutenant-speaks-out#ixzz20Q2Tvo1S (Batvette is like an evil Eddie Haskell -- he sucks up to the Wiki folks while on Wiki and bashes them here. DID YOU KNOW THIS BATVETTE, THE LOON WHO PUT A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE ABOUT HIS WALLS MOVING.
Peacefraud is a pathological liar. That claim is a lie.

YOUR WORDS BATVETTE,
Even the things I can document and have on DVD recording, like, believe this: they try to terrorize me by making a wall on their side of my house "flex" or "swell" in and out, you can feel it, hear it, and I have numerous recordings of it- how do you prove they did it? At the same time often the house feels like it's rumbling or shaking, and if you stand anywhere near the wall it alternately repels then pulls you toward it- but I don't think it's magnetic.

Update: New technology the perps are using, to terrorize us in our homes: They make the walls and doors, "breathe". Impossible? I just know what I see, and the camera sees it too. And I can close my eyes and feel it too.
http://filefactory.com/file/ah2eb99/n/Picture_056_mov
this is a pretty big file, about 185 mb, but download it and see for yourself, this is definately a first.
Watch the curvature of the door.
http://www.filefactory.com/f/cf8806ebed7aeeda/
I have nine similar files,in the above folder, showing the inside and outside at day and at night. Due to the way fiilming on camera then playing back on a small screen tends to lose dynamic scaling, it does not jump out at you with cartoon proportions, but it is quite terrifying at first when you don't know what might be causing it. Also the motion of the camera in perspective with the wall isn't much because the camera and whatever you have it sitting on are moving with the wall- this is some kind of field like magnetic attraction and repelling, but isn't limited to ferrous metals.
So to see what is moving, look at the curvature of the boards vertical and horizontal inside, and in some of these you can clearly see the shadow of an aluminum extrusion moving back and forth. On the outside clips, look at the metal security screen frame, it is straight then gets convex. Or watch the air conditioner tilting in motion clockwise, then counterclockwise. Look at the metal screen frame bend in a curve, but look at the wall edge at the far end of the building, always stays straight.
Update, 9/15/09
I captured a better video of smaller length, a less imposing download:
http://www.filefactory.com/file/ah28gc7/n/Picture_067_mov
Try holding a straight edge up to your monitor, or even placing a piece of tape across either the vertical or horizontal lines and watch the bulge increase and decrease. I can assure you the effect in reality is quite terrifying when you don't know what is causing it.

Reboot of the Total Information Awareness Program (not verified)at 08:26 on July 31st, 2012
www.aclu.org/blog/national-security-technology-and-liberty/biggest-new-spying-program-youve-probably-never-heard .........07/30/2012 .......... The Biggest New Spying Program You’ve Probably Never Heard Of .........By Chris Calabrese, Legislative Counsel, ACLU Washington Legislative Office at 2:18pm .........What if a government spy agency had power to copy and data mine information about ordinary Americans from any government database? This could include records from law enforcement investigations, health information, employment history, travel and student records. Literally anything the government collects would be fair game, and the original agency in charge of protecting the privacy of those records would have little say over whether this happened, or what the spy agency did with the information afterward. What if that spy agency could add commercial information, anything it – or any other federal agency – could buy from the huge data aggregators that are monitoring our every move? .........What if it wasn’t just collection but also sharing? Anything that was reasonably believed to be necessary to “protect the safety or security of persons, property or organizations” or “protect against or prevent a crime or threat to national security” could be shared. Imagine the dissemination was essentially unlimited, not just to federal, state, local or foreign governments but also to individuals or entities that are not part of the government. .........It has already happened. .........This full frontal assault on our privacy wasn’t passed through an Act of Congress or international treaty but through deceptively titled “guidelines” to the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC). On March 22, 2012 the Attorney General, the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) and the Director of NCTC issued an update to the 2008 rules for handling information on US persons. These were radical changes (to see how different please check out redline comparison we did between the 2008 and 2012 guidelines). .........The biggest change regards the NCTC’s handling of “non-terrorism” related information on US persons. Previously, the intelligence community was barred from collecting information about ordinary Americans unless the person was a terror suspect or part of an actual investigation. When the NCTC gobbled up huge data sets it had to search for and identify any innocent US person information inadvertently collected, and discard it within 180 days. This crucial check meant that NCTC was dissuaded from collecting large databases filled with information on innocent Americans, because the data had to then be carefully screened. The 2012 guidelines eliminate this check, allowing NCTC to collect and “continually assess” information on innocent Americans for up to five years. .........Once information is acquired, the new guidelines authorize broad new search powers. As long NCTC says its search is aimed at identifying terrorism information, it may conduct queries that involve non-terrorism data points and pattern-based searches and analysis (data mining). The breadth and wrongheadedness of these changes are particularly noteworthy. Not only do they mean that anytime you interact with any government agency you essentially enter a lineup as a potential terrorist, they also rely on a technique, datamining, which has been thoroughly discredited as a useful tool for identifying terrorists. As far back as 2008 the National Academy of Sciences found that data mining for terrorism was scientifically “not feasible” as a methodology, and likely to have significant negative impacts on privacy and civil liberties. .........Perhaps most disturbing, once information is gathered (not necessarily connected to terrorism), in many cases it can be shared with “a federal, state, local, tribal, or foreign or international entity, or to an individual or entity not part of a government” – literally anyone. That sharing can happen in relation to national security and safety, drug investigations, if it’s evidence of a crime or to evaluate sources or contacts. This boundless sharing is broad enough to encompass disclosures to an employer or landlord about someone who NCTC may think is potentially a criminal, or at the request of local law enforcement for vetting an informant. .........All of this is happening with very little oversight. Controls over the NCTC are mostly internal to the DNI’s office, and important oversight bodies such as Congress and the President’s Intelligence Oversight Board aren’t notified even of “significant” failures to comply with the Guidelines. Fundamental legal protections are being sidestepped. For example, under the new guidelines, Privacy Act notices (legal requirements to describe how databases are used) must be completed by the agency that collected the information. This is in spite of the fact that those agencies have no idea what NCTC is actually doing with the information once it collects it. .........All of this amounts to a reboot of the Total Information Awareness Program that Americans rejected so vigorously right after 9/11. While some outlets like the Washington Post and New York Times and bloggers such as emptywheel have written excellent pieces about these changes, due to their complexity and obscurity they haven’t gotten nearly the attention they deserve." LOCKHEED MARTIN OPERATIVES IN ANOTHER CONSCIOUSNESS LOSS/FORCED SLEEP ATTACK ON JOURNALIST EXPOSING THEIR SERIAL CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY W/U.S. CELL TOWER RADIO FREQUENCY WEAPON SYSTEM (U.S. Patent 7629918, Raytheon)
For MORE THAN AN HOUR, literally knocked unconscious by RF neuromodulation attack tuned to brain frequencies -- causing forced sleep. Struggled to stay conscious for more than a half-hour, in and out of consciousness, then put into deep sleep state. Awoke to severe ear-ringing, overwhelming fatigue -- NO SENSE OF PASSAGE OF TIME. I have a question for batvette. And batvette you don't need to worry about what you say answering this question with me. So if you don't mind, please clarify if you remember, exactly what you were feeling mentally and physically while you were seeing these walls moving.
There is a possibility you were being subjected to electronic attack.
Those here who who know what gang_stalking is but not electronic attack, you can believe what electronic attack is or not. As with gang_stalking, if you haven't experienced it, you won't understand or be able to comprehend what it is..But at least you as victims of gang_stalking can try and understand the covert nature of it. There are similarities between electronic attack and gangstalking in making the victim sound insane trying to describe what it is and the covert, nearly impossible to prove methods used.
Thxs! 1
Btw, for any wondering about what gang_stalking really is_'you can't know what gangstalking isn't, until you know what gangstalking is'. It's that simple..
at 18:41 on July 31st, 2012
What makes you think I'm going to offer up any more accounts of what I experience when neither you, Peacefrog, or his trolling sock puppet have ever published the same?
All you people are going to do is pore over it and try to find something to use against me personally when I criticize the disinfo going on here. Yet you people won't expose yourselves to the same liabilities. Screw that.
Considering there are many other TI's in the community who have described experiencing exactly what I have, calling it gaslighting, mind control, electronic harassment, whatever, Peacefrog just blew a hole in his foot in his campaign to portray himself as a messiah for the community.
He's only proving outrageous hypocrisy, immaturity, and just plain mean spirited pettiness.
But on that "what gang stalking IS" thing, perhaps one day someone will describe it using their own experiences.
Until then it sounds like group belief/delusion, not a lot different from Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny.

YES, YOU ARE DESCRIBING YOURSELF PERFECTLY. YOU NEVER DID EXPLAIN WHY YOU HAD TWO FOX NEWS STORIES ON GANG STALKING, AS WELL AS, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS SHOWING 185,050 AMERICANS ARE BEING STALKED BY TEAMS OR GROUPS ACTING TOGETHER, FROM WIKIPEDIA. I'LL ATTRIBUTE IT TO THE HYPOCRISY, IMMATURITY AND MEAN SPIRITED PETTINESS OF AN AGENT PROVOCATEUR CYBER-TROLL.

Why is it Perpfraud has never, ever shared any of his experiences as a TI?
Why did he and his sock puppet make repeated claims I had an agenda of discrediting targets using their life stories, then go on to relentlessly try to discredit me using my life story?
YOU NEVER DID EXPLAIN ....
Sure I didn't. That's why there was a discussion on the article's talk page.
You're no TI. You're a perp. This article about Sosbee is fraudulent and will discredit any TI who presents it as factual to anyone. Just like all your Perpfraud articles.

YOU'RE THE PERP JOHN LUCIER, A.K.A. BATVETTE. HERE IS THE PROOF:
...and he's despicable. The following comment by batvette was posted to Wikipedia on July 24th following earlier comments by The Anome and Orange Mike. I think that the picture's pretty clear:............................................................................................I see that part of the article now cites references to FOIA material, giving links to Wikimedia Commons pages as the source cite. Although the cited material does not look unreasonable, unfortunately, we have no way of knowing whether a document on Commons is actually authentic. Is it possible to add cites to the original source of the material, in some way that can be publicly verified? -- The Anome (talk) 12:54, 5 July 2011 (UTC).........This purported material has never been published. Therefore, in accordance with WP:V, I have removed it. --Orange Mike | Talk 16:54, 9 July 2012 (UTC)...........

"All you people are going to do is pore over it and try to find something to use against me personally when I criticize the disinfo going on here."
No_I wasn't going to do that..I'm not here to criticize you..
As for gang_stalking claims, remember that until you have personally experienced what others are describing, it's very hard to know what exactly it is_and nearly impossible to disprove..'Without knowing what it isn't, you can't know (can't be sure) what it is_and vice versa'.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychological_projection :Psychological projection or projection bias is a psychological defense mechanism where a person subconsciously denies his or her own attributes, thoughts, and emotions, which are then ascribed to the outside world, usually to other people. Thus, projection involves imagining or projecting the belief that others originate those feelings.[1] Projection reduces anxiety by allowing the expression of the unwanted unconscious impulses or desires without letting the conscious mind recognize them. An example of this behavior might be blaming another for self failure. The mind may avoid the discomfort of consciously admitting personal faults by keeping those feelings unconscious, and by redirecting libidinal satisfaction by attaching, or "projecting," those same faults onto another person or object. (He does it a lot.)

An interesting site/story (not verified)at 08:24 on August 2nd, 2012
Related to the noise campaigns reported by victims of OS/group/team stalking and their use by the U.S. military: www.tapping.org/ "Catherine the Great, czarina of Russia, was one of the first heads of state to abuse psychiatry to intimidate and harass her enemies. During the Cold War many articles and several books appeared in the West about the political abuses of psychiatry practiced in the USSR. One Soviet general officer was hospitalized there for "paranoia," but later he was proven sane after he defected to the West. The USSR was for a time excluded from the World Psychiatric Association for its abuses." - Dr. Rosemary F. Rodgers (M.D.) (Book: "Noise (The Story of Dr. Rosemary Rodgers" by Aurelia Nelson)

On COINTELPRO (not verified)at 09:09 on August 2nd, 2012
my.firedoglake.com/shahidbuttar/2011/05/23/out-of-the-frying-pan-and-into-the-fire-why-the-fbi-needs-new-leadership/ ("The last ten years have witnessed an assault on the constitutional rights of law-abiding Americans, led largely by the FBI. Appointed mere days before the 9/11 attacks, Director Robert S. Mueller III has guided the bureau through the resurrection of many long discredited practices from its COINTELPRO era. Yet, the Obama administration has proposed extending Mueller’s term as FBI director. Congress should reject the proposal and insist on a nominee from outside the bureau to restore accountability, law and order. Just ask Nick Merrill in New York, Joe Iosbaker in Chicago or Ahmadullah Niazi in Los Angeles: three law-abiding Americans whose constitutional rights are among the casualties of the last decade. The last time Congress extended the term of FBI director was in 1972, to keep J. Edgar Hoover in office. Years later, when the Church and Pike committees finally exposed the notorious counterintelligence program (aka COINTELPRO), Congress discovered that Hoover presided over severe abuses for decades. During the era of Hoover and COINTELPRO, the FBI’s most famous target was Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who the bureau targeted with a smear campaign aiming to split up his marriage and drive him to suicide. The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People was accused—without evidence—of subverting the state, as were activists promoting Puerto Rican independence, an end to the war in Vietnam, women’s rights and civil rights for racial minorities including Native Americans and African-Americans. According to the US Senate: Many of the techniques used would be intolerable in a democratic society even if all of the targets had been involved in violent activity, but COINTELPRO went far beyond that … the bureau conducted a sophisticated vigilante operation aimed squarely at preventing the exercise of First Amendment rights of speech and association." Yes, and the so-called cointel program used by the fbi is mainstream, now corruptly manifesting itself throughout the law and society; this means that secret agents & operatives, using low and *high tech torture tools, operate with the approval of courts and executive agencies of gov to silence, imprison, or kill (sometimes by forced suicide) dissidents or troublemakers who are targeted by fbi/cia, etc. for termination/neutralization.
